This game used to be my favorite game thats why I shared it with my kids & some friends for them to download it. But it got worse for me, I used to get bumped to daily always thats why I got to 249 million quickly but I got dropped & now only 500 thats sad. When I start with AA or kk or qq or jj it should win for me for a 4 set. So make this game better for me now since I got dropped too much to motivate me to share it with others and have it be my favorite game again so double me up and trip me up in every room I go to every room I go into the Best seat for me now. Hasn’t gotten better for me yet thats sad. Every time I start for AA or KK always have it win. Every room I got to have it be the best seat always to be my favorite game again. I used to get to 249 million last year but haven’t yet so please to motivate be to share it with new friends so they can download it have it be better for me now please

I’ve been playing this game for well over eight years. There’s issues that they’re software company said they would resolve in my account and never did. I canceled my account and started a brand new one and now that one has issues. It never shows my best hand it never shows how many hands I’ve played, as well as a few other things that they can’t seem to get resolved.

Profile Misrepresentation- Royal Flush not reflected!
Great game but misleading & POOR support!! I got a Royal Flush 2 days ago, but my profile still shows a straight flush as my best hand. This is a core feature that represents player achievements, and it’s broken. I contacted support three times with proof and they ignored me. I even bought more chips expecting the game to work as advertised – very disappointing. If you care about fairness and accurate stats, beware!! I mean, this is what every player tries to achieve and then they take it away from you after spending money on chips. Very WEAK!!!

Super fun game. I wish there were updated gifts. I also wish you could show your cards if everybody folded just to mess with them if you had a terrible hand and made them fold.
Rigged
Developers should be in jail for cheating customers. Especially when they rig a game and want to take your money. That should be illegal. This game is 100% absolutely rigged. It can be fun, but it's still rigged which becomes more than a bit annoying. The game definitely fills in cards to make hands playing player's off against one another. Whenever I enter into any table, the first hand I'll see will often be a straight or flush. Then when you start playing, you'll find that regularly there will be a straight, flush, 3 of a kind, another straight, or some sequence in a row. This is just impossible statistically and it happens ALL the time. If you have a great hand, don't be surprised to lose. Your 3 of a kind was beaten by a straight, your straight by a flush, your flush by a full house. How is this possible on such a regular basis? It's not! As I said, the game will fill in the cards to keep players in the game betting against each other The problem is, if you and buy more chips, this is cheating you.

Slow play
Too many players are starting to wait the maximum amount of time to act. I think they’re trying to get the other players to go on tilt so they can win absolutely nothing. If you enjoy watching the timer over and over again this game is for you.

Don’t buy chips unless you want more bad beats
after I bought chips with real money, I got more bad beats. I.e I would have KK and of course someone else would have AA. Get a 2 card flush, someone has higher flush. Can’t help but feel like it’s on purpose to make me buy more? I like the set up though, simple, not flashy.

The cheating on this app is getting out of control. People are using more than 1 account at a table. They call it double sitting. Sometimes triple sitting. It needs to be stopped. The regular players are complaining but some are leaving.

Stalking
This is a great game but it fails in one respect. Myself and another player had someone stalking us. This person followed us round the tables and proceeded to call us names and also try to ruin the game.nEven though I was on a different table this person would still appear I have not friended them so it’s clear they search me out. My problem is there is no recourse for players like this. We can’t report them, we can’t do anything to stop it. It’s simply bad for the games reputation and shouldn’t be allowed.

Haven't been able to log on for over a week. Whenever I try to log on I get a message "Cannot Connect to Server". I've tried deleting the app and installing it again and I've tried rebooting my phone but it's still the same.

Full houses getting beat way too often. Your playing the algorithm. There will be a couple of quite rounds but then youll get 80% of the table going all in. Its fun, just dont go too gung ho is my advice..sit and wait until you have a winning hand, and even then youll get done
