Sehr schlechte App seit Tagen nicht mehr brauchbar. Ticketmaster ist viel besser!

Ticket können nicht heruntergeladen werden und nichts geht… Support ist auch nicht erreichbar?! wie kann man etwas anbieten was nicht funktioniert? Und anscheinend haben viele Benutzer immer wieder die gleichen Probleme?

Ich könnte niergendwo finde für zwei Personen Ticket kaufen. Am Ende gehen wir mein Man und ich separat.

Dubious business practices
The company offers no way to resolve double charges. I have been charged twice for the same purchase but my only option is to call a 0900 or number and pay to speak to them.
User friendly, great functionalities but often crashes.
Pros: Very user-friendly app. The media feature is of great help, allowing you to listen to artists’ songs instantly. Easy to navigate and book tickets. Cons: the app often crashes when using filters. Selecting delivery method (e-ticket, paper ticket, etc) should be a step ahead or a separate purchasing step; as it might be missed at the final step. It would also be great to be able filter for venues (not just city).

Unsympathisches Buchungsprozedere. Ich ärgere mich jeweils mit der Auswahl der Ticketzustellung - und da wäre noch „wollen sie wirklich …“

Der Kauf von Tickets funktioniert gut. Leider können die Tickets nicht ins Wallet übertragen werden. Die Lösung über das Ticketcornerystem überzeugt nicht. Ich drucke daher die Tickets daher auf Papier aus.

UX miserabel
Ich finde die Nutzerführung richtig schlecht, man kann die Anzahl Tickets im Warenkorb nicht anpassen, Twint-Zahlung via Code statt direkter Verlinkung in die Twint-App. Irritierend schlecht für ein führendes Portal.

Pas très intuitive
Faut chercher, pas très très intuitif et la recherche de place peut être fastidieux. Après c’est un site suisse où les frais divers s’appliquent, m’enfin on a l’habitude avec ce mastodonte qui n’a que « peu » de concurrents.

Eigentlich bin ich super zufrieden mit Ticketcorner. Dass ich auf meine Anfragen zum abgesagten „Stromae“-Konzert keine Rückmeldung bekomme., ist ein Aber und nicht akzeptabel. Bitte zurückmelden!!! Gruss, Tobias
Eigentlich ganz gute App, aber…
Leider ist es immer noch nicht möglich, dass mich die App als LiveMember erkennt. So muss ich mich mich jeweils übers Internet bei LiveMember anmelden um eine Ticketbestellung zu platzieren, damit ich von den vergünstigten Versandkosten zu profitieren. Ich habe das bereits mehrere Male moniert, leider erfolglos☹️

Leider lassen sich die Tickets nicht ins AppleWallet übernehmen. Im Jahr 2024 immer noch Tickets ausdrucken ist extrem rückständig

immaginatevi, dice che bisogna configurare l’e-mail nell’iphone, che non c’entra proprio niente! insomma non si riesce a chiedere perché i biglietti elettronici di un evento non siano ancora emessi dopo due giorni dall’acquisto e a poca distanza dall’evento
Manque de groupe
Bonjour, je trouve le site simple et très efficace pour tout son ensemble. Le seul point négatif est qu’il y a également beaucoup de groupe qui se présente en Suisse mais dont les billets ne se trouvent pas sur Ticketcorner, c’est dommage. Pour le reste rien à dire

Kein Kalender Eintrag möglich
Es ist kein eintragen in den Kalender möglich. Es heisst man solle die Einstellung ändern, aber die App fragt überhaupt nicht an in den Kalender schreiben zu dürfen, daher existiert die Einstellung nicht.

Discriminatory and Frustrating ESC Ticket Sale
This entire ticket sale process has been deeply frustrating and feels discriminatory — I am seriously considering taking legal action. I’m a German-Czech citizen currently living in the United States. I followed every instruction to register correctly on the official website by the deadline (December 16), using my U.S. residential address. On December 18, I received a confirmation email stating that I had successfully pre-registered. But after that — nothing, including no access code. When the first wave of tickets went on sale and I still hadn’t received a code, I contacted customer support. I explained that I was a real individual simply trying to buy two tickets for personal use. Their response? “All codes have already been sent, and we cannot issue any more.” No explanation as to why my pre-registration wasn’t accepted. No help. No accountability. I then missed the second wave of ticket sales as well. Here’s where it gets even more suspicious: after I posted my experience on Social Media, multiple friends of mine in the U.S. replied saying they experienced the exact same thing. All had followed the process, all lived in the U.S., and none received access codes. This suggests a disturbing pattern — one that feels discriminatory toward U.S.-based fans. This is unacceptable and reeks of bias — possibly racism or nationality-based discrimination. I am actively exploring legal options to hold the organizers accountable for this exclusionary and unjust system.

For days we kept getting an error message from trying to access our tickets. StubHub tried to help but the technical difficulties of this app were unsolvable and we missed a once in a lifetime concert that we had paid for months in advance.

Serious issues for ppl from USA
I have been trying to purchase tickets for an event in Basel Switzerland. The app nor website will accept a visa or MasterCard and it’s absolutely ridiculous. In addition there is no way you can verbally discuss with anyone while in the USA. Phone numbers do not work nor does sending an email. I have trying this for 3days.
