Excellent
Just what we need. Great app.
Crashes. Refresh needed.
When it works it does the job, but 19/20 launches the app hangs on launch. Refresh does not work. Using iPhone 11. Poor UX. Wish CR would overhaul its platform and offer API integration.
In-app chats
For version 4.2.1, I prefer to use the app to initiate regular text messages with members rather than doing in-app chats. I don’t know if all members have the app. The new version has made communications harder for me.
Update my info?
Seems to be no way to update my own contact info/photo.
Update of app will not open
I have a 2012 era iPad. Updated app today as pompted and now it will not work/open. How can I get an older version to install again?

iPhone not updating
Our club directory has been updated with new pictures however iPhone not updating the new photos on the CR apt. Patrick.Mullin.2845
Member list
After viewing an individual member and returning to the member list, the list resets to the top of the list rather than staying at the place of the current member. This is not helpful. It would be better if it list remained at the spot of the last member viewed.

The app kept crashing
There is no new updates and I can’t use the app. It crashes as you open it.
Locator doesn't work
Tried to use the Club Locater in Townsville, North Queensland without success! The App opened up the map and correctly identified my location but, after a more than generous wait of 5 minutes, did not display the location of any Rotary Clubs.

Log out and password remembering
Although the app is quite useful the major problem is that it will often log out on opening ( particularly if not connected to WiFi ) . The app does not remember password so that one has to remember . With so many passwords to be remembered these days I personally do not recall all . This means having to ask admin to change it or just don’t use the app . I tend not to use the app .

It's a great way to see some of the information in ClubRunner, but it needs more.

Completely useless app
The one useful thing about this app was the directory to see member's numbers. With the new update it crashes anytime you click on someone's name. This is ridiculous, for the cost the clubs pay for clubrunner they should have a functioning app.

Very good app. Locator should include the ability to find clubs near a new location (not my current location) that I might be planning to visit.
Nice, but...
Every time I try to call a club member from the app, it dials as an international number instead of local. For instance (817) 555-1212 would dial as +81 7555 1212. This doesn’t work.
Good for contact info only
It's good to obtain contact info for members, but it still needs the ability to write posts for club admins.
I love the ClubRunner App!
Amazing App! I now have access to all my club members info and the district information and calendar! The App is so convenient and it is easy to use! I would highly recommend it to everyone to install it on your phone you will be amazed at all the information that is available to you!
Cannot get it to work - iPhone 7+
Loaded and reloaded. Received "an unknown error occurred." No further explanation. Poor!
Needs more features
I'm an admin, I'd like to see more features, new app maybe. Really need to update profile on the fly Well done
Very glitchy
App is very glitchy. Much better and more user friendly on desktop version.
Not perfect but certainly useful!
Some harsh responses but I think it is useful for the purpose of looking up member contact information. Much faster using the app than trying to look via web with Safari on my iPhone. Perhaps it's just my old eyes! The locater does not list all the local clubs in my area but that may be because they do not use clubrunner, I just don't know. For a free app, it's worth the download. Keep the faith my fellow Rotarians!
I like the improvements
The CR app allows members to have access to contact information of other members wherever and whenever they need it. The addition of texting is a real plus. The full functionality of ClubRunner club management such as entering attendance requires a larger screen so a tablet such as an iPad is needed so that the full application can be accessed in a browser such as Firefox or Safari. members of my club like this app.
Not displaying member info
After the last update when clicking on a member Anne an icon and the name appear. Click on the icon and the app closes. I will change the star rating when fixed.
Entry level app
Entry level app. Would like to see more admin access and on the club locator would love to see meeting places, dates and time of meetings.
The Members directory is great!
The login process is super easy. Please add access to the Calendar and Speakers. A very handy tool.
A fantastic app
I feel that this app is essential for club members and particularly new club members. Having the picture available to help get to know the club members is amazing. Love it!!
Almost completely worthless
Great idea and concept, however you guys really need to do some work on this app. The only real redeeming quality is being able to pull up the member list. From the member list, you provide an option to add to contacts - it doesn't work. It does allow composing an email from the member list but shows their email address only, not the members name. I haven't found a way to compose to more than one member at a time. Nothing updated since 2013? Really? There's been multiple OS updates since then!
Good Start
This app is a good start for Rotarians whose clubs use Club Runner. I'd like to suggest the option to "Remember my username" as it's cumbersome. Then we'd only have to put in our password. The ability to download member's information into contact book directly is a nice feature.
Major bug fixed
The latest release fixes the bug where the story list did not update to the latest content. It works now.
Worthless
Does not uodate. Home page stories are weeks old. Does not connect over half the time. Worthless!
Not very useful
The only thing of value is the contact list. It doesn’t even display the club calendar.
