Never disappoints!
Can’t access paid content
This app is woeful as far as user experience goes. I subscribed to Vogue last year but I have not yet managed to get access to the digital version. I have repeatedly activated my account with Condenaste and created usernames and emails with online Vogue to no avail. None of their online forms allow me to activate my subscription in a way that will let me access the content I am paying for.
Great app but
Love the app but would be great if I could see my saved scrapbook pages across all my devices that I use, for example I’m unable to see the pages I saved from my iPhone when I read from my iPad
No back issues
The US edition of the app lets you download back issues but the British version makes you pay for any issue before the date you subscribed at £2.99 per issue. There’s a stall in my local market selling old copies for 30p each so why sholud I pay 10 times that for a digital editon? Other fashion magazines (Elle for example) give you back issues included so this is a bit of a ripoff.
A bit disappointing
Went through a long process of signing in and accessing my subscription. In two days it says I don’t have a subscription. Tried to sign out and sign in again. Didn’t really work
Things I hate about the app
Each time I reboot my phone I have to reboot old and new publications It takes long to load and freezes I end up losing all I have downloaded in old publications that I would like to save
Bad app
App does not work well at all. For a huge brand like Vogue I was surprised. Subscribed for a month and still won’t let me view magazines. Have unsubscribed. It’s a shame!
Paid through March 2017, but still asked to purchase issues.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, nothing works. Conde Nast doesn't recognize my account. Can't log in. Can I get a refund?

I think the app is just pretty hard to look at, super disappointing for a magazine focused on visuals, it could be really good, and the read on the go option is great. I just wish they’d update it and make it look a little more exciting
Doesn’t work on iPadOS 17
The British Vogue app does not work in iPadOS 17. It doesn’t even open and crashes immediately. I downgraded my iPad to iPadOS 16.7 in order to continue using this app under my paid subscription.

I have had dreadful slow access to the issues I buy monthly, and this has now completely stopped downloading. I paid for May issue and cannot open it.

Magazine would be a 5 but I can’t download Jan 2022 issue resulting in losing 2* due to frustration.

Absolute rubbish app, that doesn’t give you any information about your subscription details etc. Nor can you change any account information in the account section . Which is really bizarre !!.. It looks like this app software was written by an infant with real basic features. From a supposed A list editorial to G list for garbage style app . Sort out peeps .. surely you can do better than this rubbish .?..
Poor
Took over ten days for a customer service operative to help me access my purchased content and the formatting of the magazine looks poor and disjointed on screen. The magazine itself is littered with spelling and grammatical errors which never used to be the case - expected more from a publication of this price/ calibre.
Some false advertising
I purchased a subscription thinking I would get access to all editions of British Vogue on the app, not just the current one. After going back and forth with both Conde Nast and Apple, and rifling through terms and conditions, it seems you only get access to the most recent edition, and the new ones thereafter. If you want older editions, you have to buy them individually! I think that’s pretty rubbish, and poorly advertised. Really disappointed.

The app won’t open!! It keeps crashing every time I try to open it! Waste of a subscription.
Text problem
All your pages, not just the occasional one, need to expand, so it makes reading the text easier. Other than that, it’s a good mag.
No pleasure
Very inflexible. Difficult to navigate. Cannot see all the tiny pictures of suppliers’ work. It’s like trying to see designs in a thumbnail.

App is not working at all
Okay but....
Would love the ability to resize the screen. You can't so sometimes it is difficult to read the small print or get a good view of the small images. I prefer zinio where you can resize....
Vogue reader
The app is a bit hit and miss when downloading the magazine. Sometimes the pages don’t fill the screen and you have zoom in. Other months its fine.
A little bit of decadence in my world
Having a subscription of vogue for me is an utter treat. I travel the world and always manage to download my monthly copy .
It doesn’t open!!!
I downloaded the app and I’m trying to open the app, but it’s not working at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it again, and nothing!
Useless
Like another reviewer I couldn’t access my subscription. Wasted my money and spent my time going back and forth between condenaste and Apple. None of who would take responsibility for this ridiculous app or refund me. So disappointing!! Purchase at your own risk!
Terrible interface
What on Earth has happened. The past three issues have been simply horrid to read via the app. If there is no improvement by April’s issue I shall have to go back to reading the print version.
Doesn’t seem to work properly on iPhone
Some issues don’t download all the images, though you still get all the ads… not great for a magazine which is half visuals. I like the option to read articles on the go. But I still want to see all the content, and the images are missing from the latest download. Instructions just say delete download and app and start over again but it still doesn’t work. Don’t bother with a digital only subscription!

Love the ability to enlarge the font. Don’t love the fact I have to download the new issue every time I want to read it.
I Can Now Bring Vogue Everywhere With Me
As a fashion student, reading Vogue is critical. My lecturers went as far as to mention the magazine as part of our required reading. When we were informed of this it coincided nicely with Edward Enninful’s appointment as editor-in-chief, and thus I became a subscriber. Unfortunately I cannot change my Vogue subscription address, a minor flaw but when half your year is spent at university and the other half at home... this becomes inconvenient. You can imagine my delight when I found that a years subscription to Vogue includes the digital editions. Downloading the app I was wary to the many one star reviews. However, it seems the issues raised in them, are problems no more! I had no troubles signing in, and my issues appeared for download immediately! The app makes it easy to flick through the pages in high quality resolution. The minimalistic layout makes reading the articles distraction free, and you can zoom in to take a closer look. My favourite feature has to be the ‘scrapbook’. This is where you essentially save the pages you like, to an area where they are all in one place. This saves me from having to go through editions over and over again, to find a particular article or shoot that I liked. I mostly use scrapbook to save the page layouts I love, so that I can use them as inspiration in my university work. The only ‘issues’ I have with this app is that the pages aren’t labelled by the contents and only by page number. When viewing an issue, you can access the list of pages but it is impossible to know what is on a specific page. It would also be nice to be able to view the magazine without adverts, especially if you have already bought the print edition. We all know Vogue is very ad heavy, and I have noticed that in the app they do get in the way of reading the main content. Other than that, if you love Vogue and read it regularly then this is the app for you! It makes Vogue accessible everywhere! Whether you be in a class, shopping or even on a plane!
Can’t get issue I wanted
I specifically paid to access the September 22 issue after following the link that said I could. I then could only download the August issue with the September one nowhere to be seen. Please improve your usability! It’s basic functionality to get the issue you clicked on.
