Sooo… i went to change the voice just for fun, and i clicked the “jester” voice… eh… DONT CLICK IT. ITS A TRAP. After i clicked it, there was this… creepy laughter and… the phone started crashing out and making EXTREMELY LOUD noises, and the only way to get it to stop, was to turn off the phone and go back to the app. But overall, my three-year-old brother loved the Chinese / Mandarin and overall it’s a good app just don’t click the jester voice. Bye.

I love the app . you get to choose the speed, different learning tactics. I think it would be cool to also add a feature on how to draw the Chinese caligriphics . I also sent an email with a detailed description on some bugs that I have encountered that seem to be consistent throughout all Nemo owned apps . not all 50 words will appear in “if you learned 50 words” category . & then if you click on , “words in queue” the audio doesn’t match the word on screen . over all great app .

I think it’s good but goes wya to fast I try to memorize I certain amount of words then it just addes more and more. I lack a good memory so that the only downside so yea it’s 👌🏻 ok

Thoughts on Nemo Chinese Software
My favorite Chinese language software apps are as follows: Hello Chinese, Rosetta Stone, and Nemo. Hello Chinese is best because: it is free; it is intuitive and lets one start mastering the language BEFORE one has mastered reading the pictographs; it fits nicely on my phone; it involves whole sentences in context and not just isolated vocabulary words on a page. Rosetta Stone is great because it is immersive and visually sumptuous, but it is expensive and does not fit well on my phone. Nemo provides one with random words to memorize, so it’s better than nothing. Actually, I like using all three apps, as each has its strengths and weaknesses.

Why I love this app!
I have been trying for years to learn Chinese! But I couldn’t find a teacher, so I had to rely on the internet. I tried so many language apps, but none of them actually taught me anything, or they cost money. There are many different apps just like this one, and each teaches a different language… and the best part is it is completely free! I would recommend this app to anyone!!!
Very nice!
The only problem for me is the English reader seems to over power the Chinese Voice. The Chinese voice is good. But, after the Chinese the English voice is louder than Chinese. But, if lower the English volume. Then, the Chinese will be too low to hear. :-(
日本語の読みが変
中文はともかく、日本語の読みが正しくないものがかなりあります。日本人はああいう間違え方をしないので、多分中国側で作成されたものなのでしょうね。
Очень странное приложение
Цель и потенциальную пользу приложения я не поняла. По моему мнению бесплатная версия должна увлекать, тогда покупаешь платную. Не увлекла. Тупое заучивание странного набора слов. При перемещении в роуминг, даже при наличии интернета прогресс слетает и не отображается. А в какой-то стране я вообще не смогла пользоваться приложением. Вернулась в Россию - прогресс обнулился, все с начала.

Die App ist recht gut, auch wenn hier und da die Bedienung recht nervig ist. Leider ist die maximale Anzahl an chinesischen Worten (mit 1277, wo Ei da sich Redewendung und co. einberechnet werden) recht wenig. Sehr viele Worte welche ich lernen möchte sind nicht vorhanden...

Zu wenige komplette Sätze
Die App enthält fast nur Einzelwörter, kaum ganze Sätze oder gar Abwandlungen von Sätzen. Die Bezahlversion wirbt zwar mit Wörtern und Wendungen, es sind aber letztlich kaum mehr Wendungen als in der Probeversion. Ich hatte auf längere Sätze und auch mal Antworten auf gelernte Fragen gehofft, wenn ein gewisser Grundwortschatz mal aufgebaut ist, aber die gibt es in dieser App auch für Fortgeschrittene kaum. Man kann so meines Erachtens nach nicht wirklich ein Gefühl für die Sprache entwickeln. Gut finde ich die Aufnahmefunktion und die Möglichkeit, einzelne Begriffe zu suchen und in das eigene Repertoire aufnehmen zu lassen.

他の言語もやってるんですけど、フランス語も韓国語も、その国の言葉が聞こえてから日本語の翻訳が聞こえるのに、中国語だけ、先に日本語がきこえてから、ちょっと時間かかって中国語が聞こえてきます。違和感があります。ちなみに、フランス語も韓国語も中国語も、有料版を買ってます。
Sehr gute Ausarbeitung aber zu wenig Worte für das Geld
Ales in allem wenig auszusetzen, nur was man schnell merkt wenn man Wörter mit der Suchfunktion sucht ist man schnell am Ende des Wortschatzes dieser App. Also bitte mal erweitern da es nur Basic ist.
Not A Bad App But False Apple Watch Support
I’m a connoisseur of Chinese language programs targeted for foreigners learning Mandarin. This app is not bad and it offers Traditional Chinese character support (not always present in Chinese language software.) Big Issue: where is your Apple Watch App? You previously had it but it disappeared some months ago. You advertised this compatibility when I purchased your app and you still advertise Apple Watch support now. What’s going on? A Chinese language app with Apple Watch support is unique. Claiming such compatibility and not providing it is false advertising.

Что Японский, что Китайский языки, сделаны по принципу словаря. Электронный голос диктора, ничего кроме тоски не вызывает. Изучение китайского, должно сопровождаться написанием иероглифов, у вас этого нет.
