Go to app for anything soccer in Seattle
Overall, I am pleased with this app and all the nerdy information it contains. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is when you open the schedule it should show the current month and day you’re in you shouldn’t have to scroll to find. That is an easy fix. Let’s make it happen.!
Bad UX
The app is bad. All I want is to easily manage my tickets. I don’t know why I can’t access them from the ticketmaster app, which at least works. This just hosts the STM browser site in-app where half the buttons don’t work: use a passkey to sign in? ha! want to add your tickets to apple wallet? nice try!!
No social, bad design
The most interesting part of the old app was Social, but now it is gone. The user interface design is really bad. Very small print for main menu, for example. Fire the designers, hire somebody else, and get som feedback from users with iphones or ipads. Dont rely on developers using latge screen desktops without testing on iphones.
Can’t stop unwanted notifications
Per the in-app settings you should be able to control whether you get Sounders or Reign notifications. In reality you get Sounders notifications whether you want them or not.
Love it but maybe a few changes
If possible can you add those games in the sounders app like on the old version pls? I am also a HUGE sounders fan and to prove I will write everyone’s names and numbers correctly with the 2024 roster: GK’s: 24 Stefan Frei 26 Andrew Thomas 29 Jacob Castro Defenders: 3 Xavier Arreaga 4 Nathan 5 Nouhou 15 Jonathan Bell 16 Alex Roldan 25 Jackson Ragen 28 Yeimar Gomez Andrade 33 Cody Baker 39 Stuart Hawkins Midfielders: 6 Joaõ Paulo 7 Cristin Roldan 8 Josh Atencio 10 Pedro de la Vega 11 Albert Rusnak 18 Obed Vargas 21 Reed Baker-Whiting 23 Léo Chu 75 Danny Leyva 77 Sota Kitahara 99 Dylan Teves Forwards: 9 Raúl Ruidiaz 13 Jordan Morris 14 Paul Rothrock 17 Danny Musovski Those are all players
Who approved the idea for this
Terribly designed app just created to take our information, read our data, and make it extra hard to get our tickets from ticket master
I like this app, but...
I don’t have too many complaints about this app, but I would love it if standings and results would get added for the Champions League games to see who’s still in and who’s a potential opponent.
Broken for Reign fans
Can’t link the Reign season ticket account, and from Reign forums, it seems like everyone has this issue unless they also have a Sounders account. Notification preferences are broken too. I turned off all Sounders notifications, and yet still get them. Had to turn off notifications at the OS level.
Go Sounders best team in mls soccer
Nice job winning. The. Champions. Game
Hot garbage
Why do I need multiple apps just to get my tickets? The app doesn’t work. I’m guessing it’s because I used a different email than my Ticketmaster account, even though I asked it to link accounts. Why doesn’t it say that you have to use the same email? Why doesn’t it inform you how to solve that problem? Why doesn’t it tell you that you have to give Ticketmaster a bunch of additional intrusive information just to go to the games you’ve already paid for? Hot garbage.
Better than the MLS app
Feeling better than Bob? Sure…but there’s still some room for improvement. Seems like the integration with the Account Manager could be tighter for access to tickets. Showing more of the schedule would also be good…but hey at least it doesn’t overlap ads on top of videos like the MLS app.
Don’t like new app
Don’t like the new app! Don’t like the multi page format of the schedule, or when you drill into the schedule, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to just see home games. Won’t know until season starts if other changes are improvements or more fails.
Sounders fc- TAIGA
Good game sounders we are currently in 7th place- let’s go sounders
Garbage
Absolute garbage experience. Unoptimized, click heavy, missing key functionality, and just an infuriating experience. And yet they practically require you to use it in order to get into a game. Embarrassing.
Sounders!!
Love going to the games! Best fans, amazing atmosphere! Homegrown players and looking out for local talent! That’s why I’m a season ticket holder. The best organized club in North America! Go Sounders..
Major issues
Latest update keeps asking me to sign in even though I’m already signed in.
Great app!!
Easy to use, great coverage. One stop for everything Sounders. A model for all others
Crashes every 30 seconds
I have been trying to transfer tickets for the last 10 minutes but it has taken this long because the app continues to freeze and I have to close it out and restart it. Not a great product so far
Nice
This sounders app is cool and amazing and helpful. GO SOUNDERS
Apple Wallet function broken
Cannot add tickets to Apple Wallet even though it tells you. Literally the most important functionality and it doesn’t work.
Sounders fc
My whole family, love the sounders fc
Another App??!!!!
Another Sounders App. As usual, not working, not responding at all. Very frustrating
Sounders feedback
We love Sounders Football. Great team, great coach… love it
Not buying a new phone.
Requires iOS 16 👎
Amazing Team App
Just the ease of use and the clear UX flow. This is what I love about tech centers like Seattle. Those Microsoft boys are HARD AT WORK. Making sure their “wonderfully crafted” software isn’t immediately hacked by crafty Chinese hackers or homegrown script kiddies from Iowa. Anyhow, what was I saying? No, seriously. Lovely app.
It was working fine yesterday
The app now requires an update to continue using it, but my phone is too old for iOS 16
