Barely picks up the valuable information. Emails get scanned in as URLs, phone numbers are regularly missing numbers, and some of the names I genuinely have no idea how they get the results that pop up because they seem very random.
Use to be very good
This was a great app! However since some time the Interface on IOS is terrible, having focus/cursor out of screen. And when you move the screen focus gets lost.

Time is everything
You take a picture and then you have to wait until somebody it will be uploaded into your account. Hassle I can do without faster to do it myself manually.
Not very accurate
Should be a very good aPP. However let down by poor transcription. Modern cards have graphics and styles the scanner struggles with. Please update and improve.

Not sure why the camera settings within the app are set to low resolution. Supposed updates don’t fix any bugs. Still not good

Most Card scans are 90% ok 10% card scans need corrections.

Not a bad little facility but it’s extremely tricky to use with lots of tricks. It is quite difficult to integrate with other programs

Bought this app quite a while ago had no problems with it. Stopped using it for a while loaded it up on a new phone and now they want me to pay more to do what I was doing before.
Easy to use.
I never lose a card. I take a photo of the card also and save as the finished contact photo.
I need something better
Poor scanning results are sadly too common. Also, while it’s much better to edit in your contacts app, getting there is clunky. Also, it’s disappointing that when you have multiple cards to enter from the same company you can’t copy/edit. I was looking for a slick, smooth and reliable scanner. This sadly isn’t it.

It goes, but lots of misreading. Needs to be more intelligent to distinguish between crucial information and „art work“ on most B-cards

Frustrating app 1) does not allow manual input of brackets around area code or - after first three numbers of phone number 2) does not accurately capture email, website, address info so every entry requires manual correction 3) files the entries under last word in name which means incorrect location for company names

Can't believe the positive reviews it gets. It has never correctly get the name right on any business card I've used. I'm using an iPhone 6s and even with that its hard for camera to focus. 2 stars is being generous cause it's free, try it for yourself.

Great OCR
Excellent results for scanning. Just needs some intuitive aspect to put the scanned info in the correct spots or combine words to the relevant area otherwise very good.
Not very accurate
I'm evaluating a few business card reader apps as I'm looking to import a lot of contacts into Salesforce. All I can say is that I scanned 3 cards using this app and I had to manually make corrections to all 3 scans. Other apps I've evaluated have given me much better results, so I'll be deleting ScanBizCards off my phone. No use - too many errors which then need manual corrections.

Gets the data right 95% of time if the business card is Landacape. It needs improvement on portrait business cards.

It's a great little app, just needs more tweaking to extrapolate the info more accurately. However, it's still a great way to get rid of all your business cards out of your wallet, purse, handbag, desk drawer... Did I miss any places? 👍
