Like the new Omantel app
I like it and very easy to use
Very slow and confusing
It is like apps of 2015, not 2026. Very slow . I don't know what language they used to build this application, but seems it is very basic language.

App
I’m always facing issue with logging in. Have to always delete and reinstall again and it’s so annoying . In the other hand, I use the traffic fine options a lot and is helpful.

حاولت في البرنامج ولكن لا يفتح وحاولت في الاتصال بالاستعلامات ولم أجد ردًا
No Package Expiry Details in App
The Omantel app is useful for basic services, but it has a major issue. There is no clear way to check the remaining validity of active packages. Users can see data or balance, but not how many days are left. This creates confusion and makes it hard to manage usage properly. This feature is very important and should be added.

Issues
What a garbage app, one of the worst I have ever seen. Technical issues constantly, never smooth.on top off that i got scammed, i have prepaid sim and I paid for data for one week( hayyak deals). They instead added it to my “credit” and it evaporated when I switched my data on.
Good app
Easy to use app
Sehati has stopped syncing with health app
I have subscribed to Sahati program, but this Omantel app has stopped synchronizing with Health app. None of the steps exercises are getting recorded.

Very good
Doesn’t function outside Oman!
I use the app monthly to top up, but now while on a vacation in UK, the top up function refuses to work. Just a blank screen, where the payment usually occurs. Annoyingly, I’d topped up before leaving Oman so I was in credit for automatic top up to occur, but sneakily it has reduced it below the required top up level! Not impressed...

New app review
User friendly app but e-SIM full options not available for migration fro the existing customer like migrate from SIM card to e-Sim
🤔
App won’t open
Works well for some things
Much improved from last time and simple to use. However there is a problem with some functionalities eg the add ons I paid for 2 days 2gb additional data and it kept auto renewing every 2 days which I did not want. It ate all my credit 🤬I could not find out how to stop this happening. Even asked at the branch and they could not figure it out.
