Overpriced
Incredibly overpriced for subpar videos that are super laggy. Constantly demanding you upgrade for a LOT more money just to simply watch around. Like why do you want me to pay an extra 800 dollars just to be able to search over 40 times…? Honestly not worth the money…

Abo massiv überteuert. Maximalabos statt Modulbausteinen für das eigene Abopaket. Das ist echt 2015. App lädt oft sehr, sehr langsam. Die deutsche Dressukommentatorin ist eine Zumutung für jeden Pferdeliebhaber mit Fachwissen. Fachauge und -wissensstand scheinbar aus den späten 90ern. Mit den überteuerten Abos werden auch Übertragungen möglich gemacht, bei denen wir als Pferdemenschen und Reiter deutlich zurückzucken sollten wie bspw den Gangpferdeturnieren aus den USA. CMH - Ihr unterstützt sowas mit Eurer Präsenz und gebt dem eine Bühne. Not okay! Kurz: Euer Abomodell ist unmodern und kundenunfreundlich. Meins ist jetzt gekündigt.

Good idea in theory, horrible execution
This app ALWAYS has glitches. If it’s a popular event, good luck watching. Its always throwing errors, it’s very buggy and it’s been years and no one had been able to fix it.
Catching up
After being out of the horse world for several years this was a great fid. I have had issues with the streaming going down ar times, but I still think it gives me some good insight into what is happening in the horse world right now.
Load/Play Issues as well as missing rounds
The key rounds I want to watch aren’t there or not loading. It’s getting worse and not better.
Frustrating
OK, so I know I’ve only got the free membership, but that’s fine for what I want to watch. However, my viewing is CONSTANTLY interrupted by a message asking me if I want full membership. No, I don’t, thank you. It’s too expensive for my limited interests. So repeatedly asking me if I want to upgrade is pointless and frustrating. And the message is difficult to get rid of, which is even more annoying. The coverage I want to watch is really good, but the incessant advert spoils it. Stop it. Please.

Practically Useless & Absolute Waste of Money
This app is decent when it occasionally decides to work. Costs a fortune and is flooded with advertisements. I only use it to watch my barn riders show nationally and internationally. The cost is truly ridiculous. The advertisements are nonstop. Also, only 40 searches a month?? Not worth it for the insane cost. Now that I’m stuck paying for it, maybe use our money and fix the app. There’s way too many bugs, half the time the livestream doesn’t work or the whole thing freezes. Rip off.
Great app
So useful being able to watch events live if not at the show. Also useful at a show to keep track. Frustrating only 1 device can watch per subscription. Would be perfect to maybe have a family subscription so we can all watch if we are in different parts of the house or in different places. Gets expensive if we all have subscriptions

In der App geht der vollbildmodus nicht. Das Bild ist nur halb so groß. Der anzeigeserbice der Noten funktioniert nicht immer. Die kommentierte Version lässt sich heute nicht starten.

Ik kijk zeker graag naar CMH vanzelfsprekend anders zou ik geen abonnement hebben. Helaas best vaak storing en gisteren bijvoorbeeld duurde het lang voordat ik überhaupt live verbinding kreeg.
I want my money back.
I had a good experience with a free trial in the past, so I decided to buy the premium membership, which I now regret. I had high expectations of this premium membership, since it is very expensive. However I’m very disappointed. I payed so much money for videos not playing, constantly stopping and error notifications. I checked my connection and it is not the problem. Watching something is almost impossible on iPad or phone.

Getting really sick and tired of this app! IT RARELY WORKS! For TWENTY DOLLARS A MONTH, it should not say “oops” constantly! Horse shows are nice to watch, but I’m thinking of canceling my subscription. It’s not really worth it very often and if asked, I would definitely not recommend clipmyhorse to anyone! Sorry to say! 😞

Videos don’t load
Whether it’s live stream or trying to search for videos after the horse show - it’s 50/50 if the video even loads. For how expensive this service is, it’s horrible customer service and customer experience. It’s NOT worth the money but they have the monopoly so I don’t see any reason they would improve.. but I’m hopeful.

App seit über einem Jahr fehlerhaft
Leider stürzt wahlweise die ganze App, oder die Übertragungen der Videos nach ein paar Minuten ab. Egal, ob man Videos von 2019 oder aktuelle aufruft, oder eine Liveübertragung. Alle paar Tage ruckelt es ohne Ende, oder man kann gar nichts starten. Zwischendurch funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei, der Fehler liegt also eindeutig nicht beim Nutzer! Es scheint, als ob der internationale Markt wichtiger geworden ist, denn da funktioniert alles einwandfrei und es gibt auch regelmäßig neue gute Lehrgangsvideos. Darauf wartet man in Deutschland seit dem Beenden der alte Meister Serien vergeblich. Ganz selten kommt mal was Neues.
Live show jumping
As we are both senior citizens, we can’t always travel to see our Grand children compete in shows, this app allows us to be able to watch from the comfort of our own home, so is very useful. We enjoy watching live show jumping and occasionally manage to get to local venues, but events further away are just not possible. This app is a very useful. Grammy Nobb
Scam
USEF Network - I am a USEF member and I CANNOT watch any of their live events unless I pay the $290 yearly fee. If USEF is paying them to stream, they are being ripped off. I tried linking my USEF account and going from the USEF dashboard. I tried on two different web browsers. THIS IS FOR LIVE EVENTS! If you are a company with ads on this - I will go out of my way to avoid your product. The website is so glitchy it forces me to watch your ad MANY times. I will do everything in my power to not use your product because of how annoying and in my face it is. They promise streaming to live events for USEF members. A lie and a scam. They are pushy about making you pay $300. Avoid! Money grabbers! Scam!

Ich würde mir als Verbesserung die Startzeiten der Reiterpaare auch im Vorprogramm wünschen und die Namen der entsprechenden Moderatoren. Ansonsten eine Bereicherung im Pferdesport!
Very laggy, no titles on which language is used
Using the Apple TV app, the streaming stutters often (I have 1Gig internet). You can’t tell which language version is which because they’re in labeled. It’s pretty unacceptable in this age to have stuttering streaming. Wish the FEI competitions were hosted with someone else.

Leider hängt die App oft, Bild bleibt stehen, lässt sich nicht mehr minimieren usw. Auch die Übersicht ist ziemlich schwer manchmal zu behalten. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr.
Not Worth What They Are Charging
I signed up with FEI Tv right before the pandemic hit. I got about 2 months of use out of the annual $99 fee I paid. They did refund 24.95 which was very nice, however, then they got bought out or merged with ClipMyHorse and it’s been downhill since then. I am now paying DOUBLE what I was before, and for bad quality and a lot of shows that I could watch in person for free. I was so excited for the European Championships. I figured well almost $200 USD at least I can watch that competition. WRONG! Day 1 had FIVE bad spots where it would get to and stop, buffer, and get stuck. I had to miss about 5-6 rounds to get past the bad spots by coming all the way back in and skipping a few mins ahead of the time it freezes. I figured maybe a glitch right? NOPE, today Day 2 and I can’t even get the competition part 1 past 24 seconds without it freezing and skipping ahead isn’t even working. If I’m paying that much money I expect the app/site to work and be good quality. I wish FEI had not sold out. I loved their platform and quality was top notch for half the price. I would not recommend paying for a subscription
Videos constantly freeze/buffer
The quality of videos is horrendous where they are constantly freezing/buffering/glitching. One of the most frustrating experiences when you are trying to watch a live stream. I also cannot stand the constant parade of commercials that either randomly occur or play over and over before a live feed starts. It’s borderline insanity. Even with a paid subscription, the commercials are overwhelming. With all the technology out there CMH, do better!!!! Us equestrians are speaking up to venues & organizations like, WEC and USEF, to change their streaming service. There are much better ones out there.

Die App ist gut, jedoch gibt es keine App für das Apple TV, das wäre natürlich für Live Übertragungen sehr schön. Hoffentlich wird das noch gemacht !

Liebes Clipmyhorse ! Deine Kosten sind mehr geworden und dein Service weniger - ich komme in Neuanmeldungen Auf dem iPad nicht mehr zu Stelle Anmelden ! Scrollen nicht möglich ? Fehlermeldung kommt irgendetwas stimmt nicht …..das merke ich auch ….und wie wird mir geholfen ??? Bitte klären ! Nun muss ich auf dem Handy die kleinen Pferdchen ansehen. Und ab und an fehlen Kommentare und wenn keine Kommentator da ist wenigsten den Hallensprecher ! Bitte unbedingt reparieren - mit dem Zugang- nicht den Kommentator :) Danke für die Bemühungen KG

Latest update is problematic
I’ve had a subscription for a year now and this past week I haven’t been able to watch anything because the competitions freeze. I’m still waiting for an answer from tech-support.
Auf dem iPhone X zu klein.
Die App funktioniert unter iOS 12 super. Alle gewünschten Funktionen sind verfügbar. Mit Ausnahme der persönlichen Daten. Ein großes minus gibt es bei dem iPhone zehn allerdings bei der Grafik. Die fällt hier zu klein aus. Ca. 1,5 Zentimeter fehlen am linken und rechten Bildschirmrand. Dadurch wirkt sie auf dem Display recht winzig. Also eigentlich schon nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Außer man hat wirklich sehr gute Augen. Der Fehler besteht auch schon seit es das iPhone gibt. Vielleicht könnte dieser ja jetzt irgendwann mal behoben werden.
Stürzt auf iPad nur ab
Ich nutze clipmyhorse seit vielen Jahren und bin treuer Abonnent. Vorallem das Archiv ist super. Auch das Angebot vom internationalen Spitzensport bis zum regionalen Turnier ist super. Jedoch stürzt es auf dem iPad jedes Mal nach wenigen Sekunden ab. Eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen. Die Internetverbindung ist gut, da es auf Handys oder Smart TV ohne Probleme läuft. Für so viel Geld erwartet man eine komplett einwandfreie Funktion. Sowas sollte sich mit Updates beheben lassen. Hier bin ich schwer enttäuscht, daher nur 2*.

Great app
I love this app I use it regularly to watch horse shows in Europe and here in USA. I really enjoyed the Stallion presentations by the the big breeding stations, a great way to learn about your horse’s pedigree.
Not worth it
Will start buffering and glitching and then give you random 30 second ads that always seem to happen right when the thing you want to watch is on. I missed the whole first half of one of my friends rounds because of a long ad.

muss nicht sein
ich habe mir extra das premium abo gekauft, um die Volti EM und WM gucken zu können, da das der einzige weg dazu ist. anfangs war ich sehr begeistert, doch mittlerweile fliege ich so oft raus (egal ob browser oder app). ich finde das sehr schade denn günstig ist was anderes und für diesen preis könnte man besseres erwarten.
Fehler bei der Darstellung
Leider, wenn man über Fernseher schaut, ist das Bild oft wie rangezoomt, sodass man nur noch den Kopf sieht, erst nach mehrmaligen schließen und laden der App wieder eine normal Ansicht

Wonderful App! Beautiful, clear footage. It is like being there, but I'm holding the show in my hands. This is incredible, and it is FREE! The announcer will speak the local language of the show you are watching, so it is best if you are able to enjoy watching the performances and do not need to rely on the commentator. However, for horse enthusiasts, this is an incredible app, it is free, and it takes very little space on your device.
Doesn’t Work
I tried this app hoping it would be free with ads instead i wasn’t even able to sign in unless i payed. I just wanted to watch my friends show now i can’t because this app doesn’t work.
AMAZING app, but one big problem
I really LOVE this app, it is amazing, but I can't register!!! Every time I enter my credentials it says failed, you entered incorrect credentials! What should I do? And what is right then?
Geht nicht auf I Pad
Hallo , Leider geht auf dem I Pad seit einiger Zeit garnichts mehr. Und nein , es liegt weder am schlechten Internet, noch am Endgerät…. Weder bei mir noch bei meiner Tochter ( anderer Wohnort ) , weder 5G noch WLAN. Ich frage mich gerade wofür ich bezahle ? Außerdem ist es manchmal sehr schwierig etwas zu finden - unter Pferderennen geht nicht, Renntag dann schon und eventuell der Pferdename - das sollte besser werden , damit ich nicht erst 5 Stichwörter versuchen muß bevor ich etwas finde.
Watching on smart tv not possible
Why can’t we watch programmes on our tv streamed from iPhones? For the cost of this subscription it is very poor not to be able to do this . You need to warn everyone before they subscribe that you use old technology.
