DON’T USE AI !!!!
Where is the dictionary? We don’t need AI translator. We need the dictionary with many meanings. AI is only offering one meaning !
Once upon a time it was good
I used this app for a long time. At first it was fast and accurate however last 2 years there are so many adds on the app. I can’t check anything without seeing an advertisement popped out
Ad videos
Too many ad videos appear. I used for years but I am deleting it now
Reclam
Reklamlari duzeltin
Too much long ads that make app useless
It used to be perfect. I am not opposed to ads but this is even beyond too much. This is kind of next level that made the app pretty much useless. I deleted because it’s kind of impossible to see translation for the first 45 secs.
Regarding ads
The app is showing very suggestive ads, please make sure to mitigate the maturity of ads
Aggressive ads
It used to be a nice app, but recent updates have made it unbearable and unusable due to aggressive ad integration; while I wanted to support the developers and buy an ad-free version, they unfortunately force a subscription model instead of a one-time purchase. So developers please think twice about this approach, because in today's world who would pay £4.99 a month for a dictionary when there are plenty of well-known multilingual translation apps and AI tools available for free?
Bug
Hi Tureng, There is a bug in the app l would like to inform you. When l search any word and click on any of the results and go back to the first word l searched (do this steps twice) it just closes the app all of a sudden and l need to go to app and search again. Please fix the turning off issue in case of going back twice this doesn’t really feel comfortable for the end users. Regards
Perfect
“We live in secular country.” Senin o ağzına kurban♥️ As always I’m following your best description for my assignment👏🏼
Reklamı çok abarttınız
O kadar alternatif varken sanki tek çeviri uygulamasıymış gibi reklamı çok abarttınız yıllardır sizi kullanıyordum artık elveda vakti gelmiş
Consent for 3rd parties each time opening the app
Been using the app for many years, recently everytime i open app it asks consent for data sharing, would be really great once you select (consent or not) and the app stores the preferences.
Used to be perfect!
I used to live this app and was my favorite way of using dictionary. Lately they have ads on literally before everything I look up. Immediate deletion!
REKLAM!
Çok güzel uygulama ama çok fazla reklam var, uygulamayı kullanmaktan soğutuyor…
Sentences!!!!
App is amazing. Just an FYI, you can’t see the sentences if you’re using dark theme setup on your phone. (My phone is iPhone 14) Hope this helps.
Aggressive adds
Due to aggressive adds you have to restart app a fee times to see simple translation
Çok güzel olmuş.
Çok güzel bir sözlük olmuş ellerinize sağlık. Yalnız bazı değişiklikler yapılabilir. Mesele daha önce aranmış kelimelerin biriktiği bir sekme olabilir, ve history bölümüne de kelimeleri teker teker veya alfabetik sırayla dizme imkanı konulabilir. Kolay gelsin.
Bu kadar reklam gerekli mi?
Yıllardır kullandığım, her yeni kelime duyduğumda anında öğrenmek için elimin gittiği uygulamaya yeni güncellemeyle birlikte her kelime aratışımda reklam izleme zorunluluğu gelmiş. Uygulamayı kullanan çoğu kişinin amacı pratik olmasıydı, neden bu kadar büyük bir hata yaptılar şaşkınım. Uygulamayı kaldırıyorum. Umarım tüm kullanıcıları kaybetmeden önce daha mantıklı bir reklamlama yöntemine geçilir.
Ads :(
I have used Tureng for years and loved it but the ads have become so distracting. i switched apps but Tureng is more user friendly. Please considered making a paid version with no ads I will happily buy it.
Amazing Resource
This app is my saving grace in conversations with my Turkish friends whenever they drop a new word on me. The link for pronunciations is fantastic too
Too much ads
Can’t use it anymore. Rather google it real quick
sounds
i cant listen their pronunciations welp
Reklamlar uygulamayı bitirdi
Çok güzel çalışan bir uygulamayı, açar açmaz gelem ve kapanmayan reklamlar yüzünden bitirdiniz. Uygulama acil bir kelime bakmak istediğiniz zaman kullanılmaz halde. Şu an alternatif uygulama bakıyorum
Ads are annoying
Lately, the ads have been popping up too often and they last so long! This is a good translation app but the ads are frustrating in case of urgent need
Best of the best
Of course, there are relatively minor errors. But I find results in Tureng that I cannot find in the app of trillion-dollar companies. It's always like this. When criticizing, think about this: On the one hand, there are Apple, Google and Microsoft and the other hand Tureng :) I swear it does a better job than all of them. I wish there was an better application interface, stability and new features. Personally, I kiss your eyes one by one. Well done.
Ads
They just put more ads in every update
Geri butonu!
Programı çok sık kullanıyorum fakat ileri/geri butonlarına sıkça ihtiyaç duyuyorum. Bir sonraki update ile gelir umarım.
Too many ads
I like this app but the frequency of ads is making me dislike and not want to use it. Unless that changes soon I will use another app unfortunately. When I turn my phone sideways the ads cover all the definitions and it becomes unusable in that position which I use a lot.
No ads option please
This is a great resource but having an add pop up when I am in the middle of my work is very annoying. I would gladly pay a few dollars to avoid disruptive ads.
Accurate, comprehensive and intuitive
I use this dictionary for looking up Turkish words in English. Since there’s often not a simple one-to-one correspondence, I like how it shows all the possible translations. For many words it also includes a link to a video/audio sample so you can hear it in a context. The interface is simple but includes auto-suggestion, back-button and history which make it surprisingly effective for looking up words and phrases on the go. One thing I’d like to see is daily/periodic suggestions, which the website actually does quite nicely! Ads are always annoying so I went ahead and paid for it which works great for me because I use it multiple times a day.
Bugün Siliyorum!
Her kelimede reklam girme olayına kadar iyi bir uygulama idi. Çekilmez oldu. Siliyorum.
Broken
First time I comment for an app. Application doesn’t work any more since more than one week and it’s not fixed at all!
Not good at understanding conjugated verbs
The search function is limited in that it will only understand infinitives and not many other forms of a verb/word. The results are displayed in a somewhat confusing manner.
One of its kind.
The less than 5 star reviews should really be ignored for practical reasons. Would you rather watch an ad or pay money to use the application? The less than 5 stars are people who do not know what they are doing or don’t plan ahead for the application. You can email the company and ask them to fix their system if it doesn’t work the way you like it. I love it, I use it all of the time this app. Would highly recommend.
Wrong translations need removing
Many words have too many translations and it is not obvious how to feedback from the app about mistranslated words. For example “bit” includes “matkap” which I believe is wrong and “matkap ucu” which I believe is correct.
Great Use For Math
Easy to find terms and nouns
Ads are being pushed onto you from all corners
Just horrible
Hata
Kelimelerin okunuşunu dinleyeceğiniz tuşlar kesinlikle çalışmıyor
