Log in/out Security
Now logging in to my Account i get this: “ An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” then force shut down reopen login works then when i sign out i get this: “ olb.wyhy.org Performing security verification This website uses a security service to protect against malicious bots. This page is displayed while the website verifies you are not a bot._ Verify you are humanCloudlare Privacy Help“. ... One would thing this should happen before signing in NOT after signing OUT!!! ... Just the other day there was a update to the App it FIXED NOTHING
Hard to navigate
Not able send money with app anymore worked great before update
Not able to make credit card payment.
All in all it’s a easy app to use. However your not able to make payments on WyHy Credit cards with it on a mobile device. You must use a computer. In today’s world computer w modem is like driving peddle car. Everyone uses phones so WyHy needs to join the 2000’s and get with the program.

Great except for mobile deposit
I live out of state and often get checks I need to deposit. Half the time the mobile deposit doesn’t work. I’ve had to mail checks to family back in Wyoming and have them take the check to the bank for me. Such a pain!!! Otherwise I haven’t had any issues with the app.

Won't open
Just receive an error message every time I try and log in since the latest update......sad...do the developers of these apps actually use them before releasing them...their newly designed website is also a mess leaving me without a way to access my account...someone needs to fix this....quickly. Update 12/23/2020....after numerous emails to WyHy I am still unable to use the app, the claim the developer is at fault...fine, hire one that can make an app one can actually use.01/22/2021.....as never received any assistance from WyHy....they even quit responding to my emails, I deleted the app....they seem to have fixed their web version so it can actually be used.....

FIX THIS APP
Get error message and can’t log in since update. Not sure who is behind this app but it’s terrible and gets worse.
Too secure?
I didn't think it was possible for a banking app to be too secure but if you leave the app even for a second you have to log in again. This makes it very hard to switch from my budgeting tool over to pay a bill and back again. I think an inactivity time limit is sufficient for security. Make this change for 5 stars.

Easy to use, basic info quickly if that’s all you want, otherwise there are plenty of options that you can use the app for as well
Poor
The transfer process is unreliable, on more than one occasion funding was transferred to wrong account, it is jerky. Works poor on PCs and Apple devices. Apple devices lack functionality that is available on PCs. Lacks summary information, year end reporting which is available on all of my other bank accounts and credit cards. You can not download check transactions with information on who the transaction was with, you have to check on each transaction and view each check, then not all checks are available. I stopped trying, Hope this helps guide your future development.

Being able to photograph checks for mobile deposits was ORIGINALLY a dream that turned into a nightmare!!!!! 10 or 12 attempts failing for no logical reason stating checks are not correctly endorsed and shown to tellers when I have to drive into town to deposit and only get a shrugs!
Easy access to check bank balances
The only thing I don't like about this app is I'm unable to make my bank credit card payment through it.
Prior version was better
The amount of time is takes to log in to the app, switch between tasks, and then to log out is ridiculously long. The last version wasn’t broke, and didn’t need “fixed.”

This bank could use some major improvements
Being locked out of your Account every 6 months just because you didn’t reset your extremely long password & and the new ATM / Teller machine they have that Rejects your deposit constantly !! This bank is a joke need to find a new one
