Rip off
I tried downloading all Receipts. There was always a reason it would not work. Was told that if I spent over 150 at ADIDAS I would gets 30$ back. Did not happen

I Love shopping at Tanger Outlet Ottawa! With this pandemic it is nice to shop outdoor so your not confine and too close to people ( talking about social distancing). Store have a lot of discount specially if your a member too!awesome! Clean environment. And they have a play structure for kids to play too specially during summer season! They have activity some other holidays! Lots of variety to pick on your own brand likes. Lots of parking space and if your craving of beaver tails you don't need to go to downtown, tanger outlet have them! Talking about food tanger outlet have cafeteria to grab something to eat when you and your family gets tired and hungry shopping around! They have a bench to sit whenever you want stop over to get your energy back from walking! amazing place to shop!
Broken
I have two Tanger outlets in my area. When I try to switch the location it logs me out. I re log in and it defaults to the original location.
Works now
Had to log out and back in again. Then receipt capture worked.
Not helpful
App loading and just spins and spins. Even the merchants conceded its flakey. 🤷♂️

I don't know if it is because the app is new but when i try to sign in it doesn't work and always throws an error.
Doesn’t work
I’m trying to load my receipts. When it comes to picking the store, it’s blank.
Multiple outlets
It will not allow me to switch to a different outlet location. When I select the outlet location that I want, it takes me to the log in screen, I log in, and it defaults back to the wrong location. Which means, I cannot access the coupons for the store at the actual outlet location I want. Absolutely useless.
Too Complicated
You’d think with Tanger being so big and popular it would have a more user friendly app. It has me stuck in the Asheville NC store and I’m can’t change it to Myrtle Beach. Somehow I got signed out. It takes entirely too long to get an email to reset the password ! Ridiculous! Also, I got and paid for my Tanger membership Many years ago. Now it’s asking to pay more to upgrade.

Completely disgusted
I’ve been going to the outlets for decades and now you have some type of 30 day limitation to upload receipts? What kind of bogus nonsense are you promoting? People have busy lives and do many, uploading receipt is not at the top of my list. I want my point or I’ll find another way and another place to shop where actually my dedication and patronage is an appreciated!! it doesn’t matter the age of the receipt. As long as it’s within a year it should be accepted no matter what! It’s called Customer Service! Which obviously is lacking here at Tanger Outlets! Really pathetic

New app broken, each time I try to change the location it signs me out and I have to sign back in and them it signs me out again, never can get it to change location!
Doesn't work no matter what I do
I have added and deleted, tried to set it up as Canada and U.S..As soon as I pick or confirm a location is says loading and closes. I e been stupidly I might add, been trying to get it to work since April. Surely there is a fix?!

Upload receipts feature
Cannot upload receipts. This feature fails even though the pictures of my receipts are very clear and readable, as I scanned them and save in the correct file format and save it as a jpeg. The file size is way under the 4MB and still when it tries to upload it says it cannot upload. Tanger needs to fix their app.
Has a great start but latest version doesn't list store names
Store specific coupons don't have names, just a photo of their goods like a pair of crocs or a hand bag which is excessively vague, add back the names, good lord.
Doesn’t even let me sign up
I can’t even create an account, it doesn’t let me click the join now button. Fix ur app.
New membership and receipt capture is awful
Since they’ve gone all digital, the membership and rewards system has gotten incredibly confusing and almost worthless. I’ve had stores deny my coupons as they don’t have them in their system. Receipt capture regularly rejects my uploads for valid receipts and it’s meant I’m unable to move up to the next level because of it. Without a physical Shoppers Services you can’t even take the receipts in anymore.
This app doesn’t work properly
This app doesn’t work properly, the close button is not working at all. Everytime I have to close something with the x button, I have to restart the app. Transaction history doesn’t load properly, it takes a while to approve, sometimes the receipt gets rejected even when I had all the info.

Can’t create an account
App literally does nothing. Creating an account doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time on this.

For some reason the wrong currency that it’s not clear how to fix it, when you want to join the program you can’t choose other region than USA though the list offers Canadian provinces. After forgot password option no email was coming to reset it.
No loyalty prices no longer competitive with online retailers.
I used to spent at least $1000 to maintain the platinum level. In the new program you have to pay for the membership. And there are much less coupons. I can get the same or better deals by just going directly to the company website and get free shipping. There is really no incentive to drive to Tanger anymore.

Trying to add information is almost impossible and when I try to join the Club it takes forever.
