What people like
- Local news articles are really good
- Great local community content
- Clean and easy layout
What they complain about
- App freezes and crashes constantly
- Forces you to delete and reinstall daily
- Requires payment for content that used to be free
- Missing sections like obituaries and business news
Great articles
Local news takes a little while to load but the articles are amazing and the local content is great
Delete App
Pay for news from the Leader Post? Really? Pay for commentary from radical socialists like mandryk and tank? Not a chance. App deleted.
App freezing up
This has been going on for a month Install uninstall again and again
Reloading of app required daily
In order to get new stories I have to delete app and reload it almost every day.
Not caring about politics
There used to be regular opinion reporting about provincial politics. Of course commentators retire but a good paper would have planned and implemented replacements.
Keeps freezing
Constantly freezes have to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to work properly
Deleted the app
After this last update and then being prompt to pay for content that was the last straw. Pay for content from the Leader Post?!?! Yeah, not a chance. I’ll get my news from JustBinz

Good app
Laddie
Still won’t update. Comes up server can not be found.
"Great Job" except...
I read the the Leaderpost multiple times every week and I love the app! I delivered the LP when I was a kid and it's great to see the updates. But, why no weather??
Subscribe?
Used to be able to read local news. Now they want you to pay to read. Google is a better option than this useless app!
Good but no comics
Like the layout but there are no comics!
Freezes when opened
Tired of dealing with the freezing and not being able to look at the news, jus gonna download another news app for Regina, ever since the iOS 13 update it has been a nuisance come up with a fix or update and maybe I’ll keep it
Bye
Time to delete this money grab.
Usually great..
App keeps freezing when opened. Deleted the app, reinstalled and it still freezes.
The New App is Horrible!
I cancelled my subscription
Frustrating
App keeps crashing and freezing.
And now 50% more for this idiocy
Just got word of Post media’s 50% price increase for this less functional compilation of missing coverage. Business section? Nowhere to be seen. Obits? Nada. Poke around the web version and you might find it. But not on this pricier piece of ineptitude.
Freezes
Got a new iPhone 8 and the app constantly freezes. My only option is to delete and re download. I really enjoy the news articles but if this continues might have to completely discontinue.
Terrible Update
What happened to the “sections”?? The obituaries are no longer available to view. Absolutely terrible update!
Please Fix
App keeps freezing so I have to delete and re-install almost daily
Still Freezes and Locks Up
Just downloaded the newest update. I like the new font but the app still freezes and locks up despite having a strong wi-if signal.
App doesn’t work - broken link
App won’t load says reloading. Broken link good work leader post
App no longer works
