App is glitchy
Trying to upload a receipt into this thing is obnoxious. It kicked me out multiple times and doesn’t save your progress on a claim when you leave the app and come back 2 seconds later.

App suggests I can add my FSA card to Apple wallet, that feature is not yet available. Otherwise a good app

Worst FSA App
I really don’t like using this app. It’s so difficult to navigate and the log in process is needlessly complicated. If you navigate away from the app to check something in another app, such as your calendar for dates of appts, you have to go through the whole log in process again. My patient gateway for the doctors office is less intense and contains far more sensitive information. I get irritated every time I have to open this app and use it.
Crashes all the time
Same crashing problem. I think the person who commented on the logo zooming in is on to something. Please fix it.
App Crashes frequently
I’ve just dowloaded the app. After signing in, if I go to the Profile tab, and back to the Home tab, it’s almost constantly crashing. I’ve even tried to close/re-open app, and even when staying strictly within the app, if I switch between tabs more than twice the app crashes.

Easy and friendly to use
Bad service
Tried to set up direct deposit. It didn’t work. Called customer service. They said every was all set. Still didn’t work. Called again. Tried to claim everything was all set again. I cut them off. Then they fixed it. So their first course of action is tell you everything is fine and not listen to you.
App and company stinks
The app crashes regularly. You have to close out between everything you do. Super clunky. The company doesn’t accept invoices that show their automated payments and wants a receipt. No medical company I’ve dealt with provides a recipe for automatic payments.
Not user friendly
My main complaint is that they change the password to use the app, every three months or so. But they don’t TELL you they have changed it. Or that you need to REFRESH IT. They just simply say error. So you have NO IDEA what the problem is. PURE FRUSTRATION. PLEASE HRC, create a pop-up that says “time to renew your password!”

Attractive, simple interface. But...
This app is clean, easy to use and attractive. Flows smoothly. The problems are related to the buttons. When trying to submit a claim and upload a receipt, the camera buttons don't work. I can snap a picture using the volume up button, but then the submit button wont respond. It would also be nice to use an existing image. Other buttons seem to be frozen as well such as refresh and help. Will have to submit claims from my office until they get it fixed. PIA.

Clunky with poor customer service
App doesn’t work as it should on a cell phone. Notifications never work. You can’t speak to a person should you need to call for help. They don’t return your calls. Stuck with them as my employer uses them!
Out of date
Filing a claim is my most frequent need. The app allows you to do that, which I'm thrilled about. However, it makes you take a picture of the receipt which means that you can't upload a screenshot from your phone. Since most of my receipts or emailed to me, this means I have to put a task in my planner to remember to open my computer and take a picture of the receipt when I get home, instead of just uploading a screenshot from my phone itself. Please update this feature to allow for uploading of pictures, and not just using the camera.

Nothing processes - I don’t have a HSA card and I am being told none of my submissions are approved yet they have been in the past

Need a super long password like14 characters long or something ridiculous like that. Times out while filing the claims. They don’t really know how to guard your information, neither do they know how to make their system right. They need to fire all their IT people.

Have your company use someone else
This company is miserable to try to get items approved and are not helpful at all on their customer service. I highly recommend you get your company to use somebody else.

Very easy to submit receipt or claims for reimbursements
Frustrating
Really not user friendly. Cannot re-upload once denied. Cannot upload for requests if older than current year, even though company is requesting as such.
Ease of use
Love how streamlined and easy it is to manage expenses and submit claims via the app. Highly recommend!
