WTH?!?!??? Over 4GB of data?
I went to do an iOS update & got the dreaded Apple message that the 2GB update needs 15.3 GB of space to run & I click to review Storage to see what I can delete. I was shocked when the third largest app was Speed Tracker. I probably haven’t used this 20 times over the years, honestly forgot it was there, but it’s got 4.59 GB of Documents & Data? This is definitely gonna get deleted but I’m gonna do a forensic extraction at work today & see what’s in here for that much space. Highly avoid!

Good but feeezes up regularly
A few updates ago this app was working top notch. It worked very fast and there was no really lag with the GPS or anything of the sort after these past updates. It has gotten really laggy so that means there’s times where if you speed all the way up and then slow down it won’t get your top speed because of that. And lately it’s been freezing up a lot.

App won’t sync old data NO Customer Service
I have used this app for a long time. While it hasn’t worked perfectly it did what I wanted to the point of using it regularly. I updated to the latest version. It would not download my existing routes in fact indicates it is trying and in the meantime won’t work at all. EVERYONE BEWARE THERE IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS APP. There is a company website claiming how great it is but no help.
Great Potential
This is going to be great to use to log and record different road trips. Hoping it will soon have further customization to remember default startup settings (map view, trip view etc) along with iOS shortcut support (start log, stop log etc)
Syncing error
"Syncing. You'll be able to see the details of this Route when it is downloaded from iCloud. Please wait until this Route is fully synced." I can't access any of my older routes because of this. Even a month after I've waited for it to sync.
Not a bad app for trip tracking
It’s great for tracking those rides (I use this on the motorcycle) and to review them later. Also, having a large visible Speedo that is accurate is vital where our roads here in Australia are being more and more speed restricted and heavier use of speed detection technology is being deployed. One thing that is missing is Apple CarPlay. I use a CarPlay device called CHIGEE on my bike and would love to integrate this app into it. Finally, being able to see average moving speed on the display would be great. We now have point to point cameras which measure a vehicle’s average speed and if you exceed a set average speed over that distance you can be fined. Thanks. Update: Today (6th Sept 25) I used it for the first time with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The phone sits in a cradle on my motorcycle in the “horizontal” orientation. I have orientation set to auto. I tried it in horizontal-only mode, too. However, it does not want to rotate and when it eventually does the numbers in the displayed trip computer are shown sideways. When I stopped I could not see the button to finish tracking the ride. Only the pause resume button was displayed. Other than that the app performed ok.

You’ve broken an app which worked !!!!
Since the update of 8/5/2021 when I look at my track on a map and zoom in bits of the track disappear and reappear when I zoom back out. THIS WORKED BEFORE !!!! Was a great app. But to make it absolutely perfect it should continue to record tracks after the app is closed (I don’t just mean in the background). Everytime I close the app it stops recording and there are other apps which keep recording after app closure. Having said that, it’s still a very good app. And.. 1/10th Km/h, why?, it’s not even that accurate anyway.

Works great!
I own an old VW bus with an inaccurate speedometer. This app does the job and works great. Only feature that I would like to have to make it better, is the ability to display the app on an a car play stereo with touch screen ability.
Inconsistent
I tested this and on a 5 km ride it stored all my speeds as 0.5 km/h even though the distance appeared to be calculated okay. Really shoddy programming if even this basic stuff doesn’t work properly.
Functions lost with updates.
I used to be able to set a maximum for the speedometer, that appears to be gone.

Good app, but not useful for detail travel time analysis. The downloaded data does not output the time down to seconds, only hour and minutes, hence a lot of detail missed!!

Wow! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better an App like this comes alongs and blows everything out of the water! Simply amazing! I love useful Apps that have a real purpose. This app is so easy to use! I love the "Heads Up Display". What a trip! I take different short cuts during rush hour to beat traffic. It's a great way to compare distance/time travelled between routes. This is an ingenious App that is sure to get a lot of attention. it's worth way more than the offered price. The updates are excellent! Great Job! Update: I used this while riding the Bullet train in Japan. We hit 160 mph on a stretch. :)
Disappointed
I bought this for my Apple Watch because I like tracking my speed on runs but after paying the 4 dollars the app doesn’t even show up available for the Apple Watch.

No activity
Just rode 26mi w/o any response from the speedo and only recorded 4mi for the trip. Had these problems years ago, but now looks like they’re back. 😢

The whole reason I bought this app was to test my speed on the Japanese bullet train. I have been on the train for over 55 minutes and it still cannot keep up. I allowed the app permission to use my gps. It shows my location on the app, so it is reading my location. Just cannot give me speed, which is the whole reason I paid for it. Is a waste of money.
Speed Tracker
Great app!, used this on flights in flight mode, window seat and in sight with satellite. Have some upgrade ideas. 1. Allow for a mix of imperial and metric / knots. International standard for aviation is altitude measured in feet and speed in knots. 2. Allow the ability to edit the saved file. To shorten of delete the off line breaks 3. Change the compass to an actual compass heading rather than the general direction. Cheers great app though

I sure hope I missed a setting
I purchased this app to use with my electric bike. The interface looks nice and works well while riding, but after every trip the odometer resets back to zero. What is the point of having an odometer if it only lasts one trip and then starts at zero again? How will I ever know how many miles I put on my bike?!? I emailed the app developer. I hope they get back to me with an answer. I hope I’m just missing a setting, otherwise, I am not happy with this purchase.

Good app but I cant believe the amount of data it uses when you are tracking your trip. A twenty minute trip used 2% of data. I would consider that a lot for such a short amount of time.

Can't type in navigation
Can't type in a location in navigation. Cant turn into HUD which is why I wanted the app. Will not recommend not what it says it is.

It's really good but when you use the other stuff like maps, settings, HUD and the trip. It doesn't line up when it changes please fix this. Then it will be worth 5 stars
