I hate this new update the older version was more detailed and better.
Great app. Would love genders for the nouns
If the correct article could be included for nouns (ο, η, το) that would be a big improvement. Maybe it could be an option you turn on/off.
Will not restore!!
I have the PRO version of this app on my iPhone and it is FABULOUS. Unfortunately, tapping the ‘restore’ button does NOT restore my pro iPhone app purchase that I already bought and the PRO version is unavailable on the iPad- only this lite version with an in-app purcahse shows as available. I am not buying the app twice and I do not use apps with pop up ads, either. Especially ones I have already bought.
Missing genders
Convenient to use, but does not return the gender of Greek words - as if it didn’t matter

Greek at Fingertips
This is a great help when I need a word quickly. Some words, however, aren’t covered now and then.
Mediocre at best
It has a lot of mistakes (συμβουλές, νεκρός, φαγητό από ανάμικτα γάλα) and no indication of gender for nouns. Save your money.
OK but…..
Word of the day often gets stuck on the previous day’s word. Video ads are really annoying when they instantly play as you open the app. Sometimes you’re in an environment where sound is unwelcome!
LOVE IT
This app if perfect it fuels my way for all things Greek I have been interested in Greek culture sense I was 7 I spent 2 years reading a book on the mythology origins I LOVE this app please make more Greek related apps take all the time you need though you have a life to good luck😇😁👍🏻

Great, but some suggestions
Great app, usually pretty trustworthy. It can be a bit frustrating when they don’t have the word I’m looking for, and I’d recommend adding the gender to nouns in there, and maybe how to conjugate some of the more popular verbs
Might as well just use Google translate
The app doesn’t add features to make keeping it worthwhile. It’s essentially a middleman to Google Translate’s features.
No sound in the upgraded version
I loved the free version so got the upgraded to keep the sounds after the free trips finished. But now the full version has no audio. Please fix this bug

Excessive In-App Purchases
This is a great app. It has different voices for different locations, and pronounces the word for you great. This is all I can rate this for though, because you have to pay for nearly everything this app has to offer. Also, after using the voice feature 3 times, you have to pay for that as well. You can still see the world you search translated to Greek, but you won't know how to speak it. I'm sure this is a great app, but it would be better if it was an upfront cost, or just gave the speech feature free, and charged for the rest
Paying for translator
I hate how you have to pay for the most useful feature in the app and I find it useful and convenient . So it makes mad that I can't use it without paying . Makes me me wanna delete the app . You need the translator to pronounce word and say it right.
English-Greek only, not a “Bilingual” dictionary
The app works just fine, but it only provides an English-Greek dictionary. There is no Greek-English dictionary option, which is what I was hoping for.

What happened?
Haven't used this app in a while. Needed to look up a word and was sent to something other than translator. Disappointing!
Better than many books
I bought three different books about learning Greek. In my studies I discovered this app which I had long time without using it came very handy. It later replaced the books . It helps me formulate sentences and it gives pronunciation in audio and many more
Poor delivery
Many features look good, but deliver poorly. For example flash cards gets you a blank screen yet never “flashes” anything. Just one example of poor execution.

This is so helpful in my study of Biblical Greek.
Not worthy
I thought that in the section word of the day, I would be able to see the word, listen to it’s pronunciation and get a definition and the example of use. None of that happened in this app, neither keeps a history of the words presented everyday. Lots of ads and for anything that you normally will get with other dictionaries FREE, this app ask you for money. Way not to go.

Not happy
I liked this app on the trial, paid for a "pronunciation" feature and within a week it has cut me off and asked for more money. It is not useful without being able to hear the words! Also need internet so not helpful after having travelled to Greece and not have access to mobile data
Too many notifications
Daily word notification since last update is annoying and can't be disabled. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Outstanding adjunct to the study of a beautiful language
Regular supply of frequently used words, spoken in both English and Greek. Very interesting and helpful. Thank you!
It worked for a while.....
Then every time I opened the app, I got flooded with pop up adds for unrelated things. Deleted it.

This is a nice app. Being greek American, I find myself using it often to look up words I've not heard before.

Could have been good but really it's not free you have to pay, wish there was a free version.
Would be EXCELLENT if it had biblical and patristic Greek
The lexicon and flash card capability would be invaluable to seminary & graduate students if biblical and patristic Greek were part of the lexicon. Currently of little to no use. Otherwise, it seems like it might be a solid app.
It's all Greek to me
My title speaks for me. I wanted something that would help me in my study of Greek and this App has been just that-it has more help functions than I had imagined. I am still in discovery mode and "I am Loving it".
Rip off
To use after a test you have to purchase. I wanted something as phrase book for up coming trip so purchased the phrase book. It does not give you the audio wants you to purchase more. Wasted 99 cents for me.

A pretty good app except for the fact that I can't figure out how to read a single word in Greek. Wish there was audio pronunciation

The words of the day are sometimes obscure. I prefer Word Power, which offers sample sentences with translations.
Near perfect
This app is great for learning the language and is missing maybe a few words, but has everything you really need to communicate well, just not at the level of a native for individual dialects and slangs

Great, but a bit to hard.
It seemed good but when I got on I found it gave all the explanations in Greek, and I really love languages but this was too hard if you are only learning Greek. Try it cuz its free if you want to but you might find it gave me words in English I didn't know and expects me to know the Greek uequivilant.
A solid app
Has many good features but also contains many errors, words I've never heard of even in English, and simply no Greek vocabulary for certain words.
