Hi team, You app was good and user friendly but here you need to update or i can say you need to add the words in your dictionary on daily basis as I found so many words are not available. So pls look in to it.

I use it on my phone, but it’s not as useful as it could be because it doesn’t have the gender for nouns. So I wouldn’t pay for it.
Well organized app, one problem
My favorite Hindi language app as far as organization is concerned. However the transcriptions (not Hindi alphabet) don't appear correctly on the iPhone.

Confusing. It says dictionary both ways but I never found where I could get the English definition of Hindi words. Multiple lines provided in Hindi with only one romanized. Multiple words that mean the same thing...I guess? This was definitely not designed with the beginner Hindi learner in mind. The Multiple choice game I managed 70% merely from part of speech clue. But you're not guessing car, ball, apple. "Superannuate"?! Not Something I ever expect to need to know. The guessing game seemed confusing with grey text supposedly giving the answer, but it was wrong the first time. That one is more like Wheel of Fortune than learning any Hindi from it. Maybe it's a good app, but as a newbie to Hindi I'm definitely not the audience for it.

सादर प्रणाम I have some friendly advice for improving your app. There is currently no Hindi dictionary app that really stands out from the others. As such, the field is wide open and there is a fair bit of money to be made for the one that works for it. The most basic problem that prevents Hindi dictionary apps from becoming very successful is that none of them display the gender for nouns. As a student of Hindi, this makes these dictionaries practically useless. Having used your app, I've noticed you do have a nice interface. If you added gender for nouns, you would automatically become the best Hindi dictionary app and would eventually see a significant boost in downloads. I encourage you to also take a look at pleco, a very successful Chinese dictionary app. You should consider adopting a business model akin to theirs and look into developing some similar tools for Hindi. You could charge $5 to $10 for a functioning Hindi text recognizer that can look up words. I'm also sure people would be willing to pay a good deal of money for better quality dictionaries in digital form. Look into working with other companies to get copyright permission for selling their dictionaries on your app. Multiple entries from different dictionaries could then appear for the same word alongside your own. The Oxford Hindi-English and English-Hindi dictionaries are great and would be amazing to have in digital form. If you make these improvements, I guarantee nearly every serious English speaking student of Hindi will be using your app. Good luck and सादर प्रणाम! David

I love this app I am using almost from 5 years It is one of the best and useful app on my iPhone
Debited amount for whole year
Would like to bring into your notice that I didn’t wanted to use the paid versioned “translate” app, still it debited the amount for whole year. Sum of Rs 2400/- is a big amount for me & can’t afford to use on this app. Would like to request you to kindly cancel the subscription, by taking this as an exceptional case, since you people don’t do this. Already you take the card details in advance , and at the time of debiting it, neither a reminder is given nor asked for OTP, which is kind of a fraud. Still would like to take this as a request.

Best app but I think need to improve because not all English & Hindi word meanings are available so please add all words from oxford dictionary

I like this app but I would love it if the Hindi words were up to date, a lot of the words are old Hindi and not hindi being used today. It would be even better if both new and old Hindi was given so that one could learn more.

At least once a day I get to remember some Hindi because I have it set to notify me of the word if the day. Nice, it has some Sanskrit rooted words as well as some Urdu and Farsi, even English words rooted words in the vocabulary.
