Best app
I been using this app for the last 5 years. Is the best.
Doesn’t work
I can’t request my car, setup payment, or really do anything. Also the number in the app does not work. 0/10 experience.
Pretty Good, but could use more features
This app is useful, but I wish I could manage more with my monthly account. A lot with your account has to be managed in person. For example, it would be really great if we could notify the garage of when we are going to come get our car within the app. Also, I wanted to add more authorized drivers for my car but it looks like we can only do that in person.
Poorly supported
ICON recently updated the app and presto didn’t transfer my recurring payments which were working up to June 26. So I get a notice of delinquent payment… took me an hour to reregister and reset up recurring payments. Had happened to a neighbor also.
Decent but quirky
The app functions fine for making reservations. The quirky bit is that the barcode displayed when you view a reservation to show it at the garage is a bit too big. It hits the edge of my iPhone’s screen which prevents it from being scanned. The ticket # usually works to find my reservation. But the barcode should be scannable.
Please fix - your app is terrible
I park in an Icon garage weekly. I was using another app flawlessly until my Icon garage had problems and they couldn’t accommodate me. They told me that because I hadn’t used their app they wouldn’t accommodate me at another Icon garage. This had happened a few times so I tried the Icon app. It never works correctly. I try to save my work address but it disappears almost every time I sign out of the app. More than half the time I get to the final page of making a reservation and when I click the final button it tells me there is some kind of error or the system is down. This is pathetic. Please fix your app.
Get ready to overcharged
I used app many times in past . It used to convenient. However lately depending on location you park rules always change. All of a sudden you can get overcharged. Don’t assume just because you prepaid your parking spot that’s the amount you are going to be paying .

Double Billing
I pulled into the Icon at 50/70 W. 93rd. The attendant took a photo of my license plate, but asked for nothing else (he didn’t even look at my phone reservation which I showed him). I assumed the system had changed. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told that unless I paid an amount almost double the prepaid amount I had already paid, I would not get my car. I had to pay them, but I quickly notified my credit card company of the double bill, and they reversed the charge. I am still waiting for a final disposition. These guys need to do better.
Please fix for non/monthly parkers
Save my garage. It takes too long to search for it every time even tho I have made it a favorite And it is too easy to select a nearby garage in the small map.
App is broken since update
Customer for years, this app hasn’t worked since you last updated it. It’s insane that it hasn’t been touched since. I can’t access account info, put in a pickup request, nothing gets past the loading screen. Terrible experience
Hassle for monthly clients, mystifying alerts
I am a monthly client of an Icon garage; the app requires many clicks to register a vehicle request. “Request monthly vehicle “ could be in the main menu, but no. On my phone the app constantly shows red “1” circles for messages?alerts? But there is no obvious way to see it or clear it. I much preferred the old system of texting.
Terrible app
Doesn’t keep a good history of your parking, doesn’t really knowing your monthly garage, and as of sep 2025, doesn’t have the ability to send a message to retrieve your car- they have gone back to using text messages outside the app. Why, exactly do I have such a terrible app for a $600+\month parking space?
It Is Good Until It Is Not
On the Fourth of July holiday, when public transit is at its worst, the app wouldn’t let me make a reservation. I tried with the holiday special and without. It showed a pending payment on my credit card, but it didn’t go through. When I tried to explain the issue while checking out, the parking attendant still wanted me to pay full price even though the night side guy said it would be no issue. We finally settled the issue and I paid using the some credit card I tried to on the app. I’ve been using the app for two years and I never experienced this before.
Scam
I paid through the app but mysteriously as soon as I get to the location, the app has no record of the reservation.

Why why why is ‘Request My Vehicle’ buried in my account information? That’s just dumb.
Don’t use
Don’t use icon they say you can make a reservations but don’t tell you they are a limited number then the app gives you an error. It doesn’t tell you the limit has been reached.
Not working
I have been using this app for years without issue. Today it keeps on crashing. I deleted, downloaded again, and nothing changed. So, I shut down my phone, gave it a few minutes, and restarted. App is still crashing seconds after you open it.
Terrible for Monthly customers
The vehicle request does not work in app. You have to use the website which is difficult to use on your phone. Really frustrating.
Frustrating
One of worst bits of software which makes doing anything with frustratingly almost impossible. Get a better developer!
Request Car
Request your car on the app does not work. After I have reloaded the app several times and put in the proper information with the parking attendant with the correct account number still the request your car app does not work.
