No help - horrible experience
It is exceptionally difficult to complete the process to create the account only to have it blocked. I provided information to have it unblocked - including a photo of my passport- only to be told it could not be unblocked. The process to get help is convoluted and one way - no way to get or give clarification. Kakao, CATCHTABLE, other S Korean apps a pleasure to use. Naver no help - horrible experience

어플에서 뭔가를 검색하면 대부분의 경우 url주소가 잘못되었거나 변경 혹은 삭제되어 페이지를 열 수 없습니다 라는 안내창이 떠요. 계속 첫화면으로 돌아가서 다시해도안되고 어플아예 나갔다 다시들어와도 안되고 지우고 새로깔아도그래요. 그러나 갑자기 검색되기도하고 랜덤인데 대부분은 저 멘트뜨며 오류나요 아이폰12미니,아이폰16프로 둘다 그렇습니다

얩좀 잘 만들었으면 좋갰어요 다른 앱들은 설정도 쉽고 알람도 잘오는데 이앱은 앱을 너무 못만들어서 2차인증 알람이 안오고 설명도ㅠ너무 많고 해결이 안됩니다. 다른 앱들처럼 잘 작동되면 좋겠습니다. 아직 수준차이가 느껴지네요.

탭 클릭시 클린한 탭이 우측으로 자동 정렬 되는 부분이 정말 너무 불편한것 같아요. 탭 클릭하면서 다른 탭으로 왔다갔다가 하는데, 가끔은 헷갈리고 잘못 클릭해서 탭이 닫히기도 해서 그 부분이 굉장히 불편합니다. 개선 되었으면 좋겠어요. 우리나라 최고의 Searching 앱인데 불편해서 그냥 안쓰고 싶어집니다ㅜ

If you want to read webtoons faster just buy coins
I know that a lot of people are downloading this app because the comics are uploaded faster on here compared to the English webtoon app… however if you’re going to beg for an English version (which there already is just download webtoon) I recommend downloading Papago. It’s good for navigating websites in foreign languages and I’m pretty sure it’s a Naver app so it’s compatible with Naver comics. Be warned that the translations aren’t that good from Korean to English so you’ll miss out on metaphors and wordplay as well as understanding the comic as a whole! Make the effort to learn korean

Can’t get past the ridiculous Captcha nonsense to create an account. Even after I’ve squinted to count the number of products purchased or the total kg of mung beans, it won’t submit. Not on WiFi. Not on cellular. iPhone 15 Pro w/ newest stable release on Naver and iOS.
