Disrespectful
Y all are so disrespectful this is great Iβm French and there is no errors. My sister is 1 year old and she now almost all animals and there sound and her numbers
Did not work
Just downloaded the app. It asked to update immediately and didn't. Ads seem to work better than the app itself.π€
Well it is goog huh
In needs inprovement too but other than that itβs a great app.
French flash cards
Single words are not helpful. They need in be used in phrases to communicate ideas.
French
I have used this app for a while. I take French in school and I am just learning the la,le,les and lβ . I think it would help A LOT for learning if you guys updated it to that. Like for example les sciences. You guys really should do that PLEASE. It will help so much more!!!! Also some of the voices change. For example on fork it is this weird deep voice. It is a dramatic change. Not a big concern but ya. One more thing I swear. You should add more numbers!!! I think that would be super cool.
Love!! Easy to learn for all ages
I use this free app and I am 33 yrs old! I am trying to learn since my kids goto a French immersion school. My 2 yr Old also uses this very frequently and has learned so much from it! She has been using it for about 6 months and at first it was just to look at the pictures but now she actually interacts with it repeating the words! I am purchasing the full version and hope they continue to add to it! Highly recommend!!
Glitchy
Poorly made app. Donβt waste your time. Use osratouna.com app instrad
Pretty good!
I got this app for myself because Iβm trying to learn French and I need the update but it wonβt let me do it... but the app is still fantastic
I Am Bad At French
I Had This App It Is So So Hard Wow! So Many I've Got Some Moves And NOT So With Geting So Much Ever Huh. My Daisy Solly Birthday
Le, La, Les...
I really love this app but it has a HUGE shortcoming that has been complained about for years: the lack of indefinite article so that the people can learn if the word is male or female. Reviews for this go back as far as 7 years of asking this. Not sure why you update animal sounds over proper French. I am no longer using or recommending this app for this reason. I'd love to use it because for kids you've made it simple to learn vocabulary. But you are doing kids a HUGE disservice by not including the proper article before each word. I would seriously do this for you and list out each word correctly if you would update the app ASAP! :)
Pretty cool!!! Fun and easy
Thank you so much for this awesome app !!! this app is fun and easy to learn
Not working
We loved this app but it stopped working recently. Guessing it was not updated to newest versions of IOS. Come on!
Good but
Good but the video has stopped working even when clicked on and the articles le and la are not shown with the word so one cannot learn the gender of each word. The colours and pictures are great. Please fix. Thank you.
Good but
The sound just stops working at time
Lacks the articles
Very good app, I would pay for the upgrade if the words had the article that corresponds to each word. I use it to teach french to my son but masculin and feminine words in french are tricky, he might learn many vocabulary but without the correct article is as learning halve the word,
Also for ADULTS!
I'm an adult and beginning with the absolute basics. The visual and verbal use makes it easy, even for us grown up kids!
Useless app
Unlocked it, then won't open any longer, just shows blank white screen. Please fix it.

Very nice. My 6 year old granddaughter usually follows the pronunciations easily. Only negative is that the words are pronounced quickly. It would be nice for an option to hear the words enunciated by syllables.
One drawback need to be corrected.
It is a useful app, BUT it has one huge drawback: there in NO INDICATION of "le", "la" which are the french equivalents for "the". As French makes a distinction between masculine and feminine objects, people use "le"/ "un" for masculine things/persons and "la"/ "une" for feminine things/persons. When learning words in French it is crucial to learn them with gender understanding ("le"/"un" ,"la"/"une" before every noun). Without understanding what gender the word is, you will not be able to construct phrases and sentences correctly. You may sound awkward.
No genders?
This app could be great to expand basic vocabulary, but is of little use without la and le to indicate the gender of the nouns.
Lots of fun
Not only for children. A great way to learn for anyone.
OK
Ok but very slow..
FEMININE VS. MASCULINE
If it only told u if things were feminine or masculine, that'd be great.
Advertisements
There are general electric ads at the bottom of the screen. Why put ads into a program you pay for? My child clicks on "join AARP" and i worry i will get billed since Apple stinks and forces you to give a credit card number to go on the internet w the iPad. What a scam. Remove the ads, especially for children's content!
French
Not a bad app but it needs to include wether the word is masculine or feminine.
I love it!
It's fun to play and receive positive reinforcement. it's so cheerful, especially when the voice says, "ou la la!" I highly recommend it for beginners of any age.
No articles
Though pictures and voice are good, any French learning app that does not include the article so gender is learned at same time as the noun, is a waste of time.
Love it!
I love the app! It is much less boring than the other French flash card apps. I like the sounds the animals make and the pictures are great. I would recommend allowing progress to be saved when exiting the app (app returns to the beginning of the word list) and yes, including the articles to the words would be great, maybe in parentheses. The last part isn't critical; I can look them up and saying them may make the app a little more boring. Great app overall and I love how many words are included!
Ugh
The review of some of the errors is correct, but what annoys me is that it has ads and my baby who the app is for hits the ads on the screen almost every time. Horrible design decision.
Needs the articles!
I concur with other reviewers who note that the masculine/feminine articles are missing! While the idea is good, learning the correct articles for nouns is a CRITICAL part of learning French.
Very helpful
I'm taking French 2 and this Is a awesome app it doesn't have determiners though but still good as a resource
)..;
This app wont install on my phone & im not sure why i have full 3G and when i turn on my WIFI i have full wifi? I also have plenty of space in my phone
Used to be better
Until they took away the words at the top. Still good for free
Poor spelling, incorrect vocabulary, missing articles
There are too many spelling mistakes !!! The articles 'un', 'une' , 'des' are missing. Too many words are not correct: for instance "diamant' instead of losange. It has been literrally translated. In order to use this application, it had to be corrected. Moreover, it sounds like an automatic voice:( If you need any help correcting, I can do it. But please CORRECT IT !!!! Thanks
Good
Very good but my grandson should learn the articles for each noun. He is having fun.
Great:)
Very very helpful:).... You can even change the flashcards to questions in the settings to quiz yourself:)
Orthographe
Les mots ne sont pas avec le bon orthographe! Beaucoup d'erreurs. exemple glasse au lieu de glace. Γ corriger SVP!
Very nice
Thank you Tamim my baby loves it
Nf4
My 3year old likes it, but the sound no longer works and the app stops running and jumps to a blank screen frequently. I'll be deleting this one and the other flash languages I have!
A few probs
i love this app but some of the pictures r really hard to figure out what they are. u shud really put more accurate pictures on than just random ones.
French card
Really helpful..
Not a finished product
Just like the English version, it is very frustrating for children to only have sounds on a few items, and not to be able to swipe backwards. In addition, this French version has no accents on words, no gender, and items are sometimes singular and sometimes plural. A work in progress that could have been excellent....
Great
My kids favorite Ed app for French immersion
Spelling mistakes and horrible accent
Cons: This would have been a five star app if: - it didn't have that huge amount of spelling mistakes; - the words were pronounced with an authentic Parisian accent. This may be an automated voice program but the girl is a Quebecor using "media accent". This may only be useful if you are planning a career in the French Canadian TV... - It would be also great if the words come with bigger font. - please add articles, i.e: un, une, le, la. Pros: - Real images rock. - Availability in other languages makes it easy for polyglot babies to learn. - Great entertaining app on the go.
Cute
I wish it had more categories added.
Great
Great app
Spelling mistakes and dodgy redirect
There are loads of spelling errors and every once in a while it will either shutdown or open a blank webpage. Dodgy!
Crash
Please fix the crash on this app! I'm taking French at school and this is really helpful, except that every time I open this app, eventually it crashes! Please fix this problem asap!
Ok
It's ok but It quits a lot!
Des erreurs
Les accents, ils sont où? Les articles? Les articles sont très importants quand on apprend le français. Sinon, la voix est fort agréable. Prononciation claire. Je peux corriger si vous voulez. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de passer les images et les sons en continu.
