I love this app but it’s so much better
Not a great app
The wait times for all rides are not accurate - they are completely off (example: app said wait was 5 minutes for journey to Atlantis and it was actually 90 min).

Don’t use for wait times
App does show you where and when shows are, there are walking directions available. The map would be better if the location dot had directional orientation/heading tracking. Food ordering not as easy as Disney. Wait times are not accurate at all. Several rides we went to because of the wait time listed were grossly wrong, like 10 min on the app and 70 min at the ride entrance.

2026 new pass
August 2026. If SeaWorld doesn’t want people to renew passes at a lower price don’t advertise sales on passes. I’ve been told repeatedly it because I bought/renewed my pass on Black Friday. ****I’m still unable to link my platinum pass to my app. I made a new email address and it won’t find my current or previous passes. My receipts are in my original email address account but have to look at my pass with only my barcode and can’t use any technology in the park unless I talk to a person to access my benefits. Even scanning the QR codes for ride pictures in the park won’t download to photokeyonline.net. My email has been blocked from any perks online. November will be a year. My new 2026 pass won’t link to my app. Error states my email is already in use. I reported this issue through chat/email, no response back. Then in park to Guest Services at the front and pass member lounge. Helpful but no results. Then called helpful but it didn’t work after 72 hours. Please correct issue. 31792
App is not bad…
The navigation is good, and the UI is nice, but the waiting times are very inaccurate.

Needs correct wait times for rides. Additionally having accurate maps and shortest routes is a must. There is no way to re center on the route.
Has few bugs that need fixing
The time for rides is not updated regularly. For instance the Penguin Trek in Orlando had a wait of 70-90 minutes and the app said the wait time was 15 min. This is true for all rides. Also the guide doesn’t give you the shortest path to get the different attractions. The GPS works very well and can recognize precisely where you are and in which direction you are moving.

Wildly Inaccurate Wait Times
The wait times given are wildly inaccurate. For instance a ride the app says had a 5-minute wait was actually a 60-minute wait—this was common all day long. It sucked to walk across the park to find out what we thought would be a short wait would be over an hour. Hard to make a workable plan that way. However, the directions to the rides (to be let down by the wait times) were generally on point.

Not Secure
Someone hacked our account and used it to purchase passes. We never used the passes and just asked for a refund but SeaWorld would not help at all. You get an overseas call center that has no interest in helping and they will lie to you to get you off the phone.

Wait times Are in accurate
Annual pass holder x 6. We come quite often and the app absolutely is horrible. Wait times are completely inaccurate causing us to hurry to the ride because there is not any wait and then get there and it says 75 minutes. This happens literally all the time. There should be a simple section that says wait times where you can see the list and refresh to see current times.

The app provides useful information about the park however queue time information is none existent. Useful for a first time visit if you don’t know a lot about the park but for people who have previously visited it is only really good for making purchases

Love the app, love SeaWorld, only issue I have is that once I choose a park eg Orlando's I can't view San Diego's or San Antonio's like on the old version until I delete the app and reinstall it, is this just a temporary thing??
Useless
Barely any information at all. No wait times shown, despite many adverts suggesting they should be. No info on dining, nor which are part of the meal plan. The only good part is the map with directions.
Concept is good
The concept was of the app is great but unfortunately it has to be restarted frequently to view the schedule. It always freezes on the last thing we looked at

How the app works
How unfortunate that this park has such a disastrous and bad application as the one it has. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park. You waste more time in the guest service waiting to be attended to instead of being able to solve anything that is needed from the app. A good update is urgently needed.
Just get a paper map
Map on the app is near useless - won’t zoom, won’t allow you to tap on things (like rides or restaurants) to get information.
Quick Pay does it work yet?
Have tried to add a credit card to my account, but just receive a blank credit card details screen. Both the SeaWorld and Busch Gardens app have the same problem.

Wait times
None of the wait times were accurate it said 25 minutes on a ride but we waited for an hour and forty minutes. It said 5 minutes on a lot of other rides too, but none were accurate.

Won't let me link my annual pass as I don't have a US zip code also redirects to homepage when trying to access account info. Wait times, show times & map seem ok
Love the app, but where's my photo saved
Great app, excellent addition when walking around the park. I took some photo's using the SeaWorld frames and they haven't saved into my normal library. Where are they?

Horrible Interface
Honestly the app should have a map and list option for looking at wait times, worst is the wait times are never accurate. App 10 mins walk up 85 minutes, another 5 mins walk up 55 mins. App is not accurate and not easy to get information.
Very disappointing
What a disappointing app!! I would expect much more from a huge brand like Sea World, very badly done. Beware when making purchases if the park isn't open, it defaults to yesterday's dates meaning a lengthy wait at the park trying to sort out the issue. Also the app doesn't update properly, changing of maps for the holiday season in particular, and there is lots of missing information.

The wait times are why i downloaded this app but they don't seem to work. If they don't work over in Florida, this app is for the bin!

Worth it for free but...
Worked well but the gps kept telling me I was not in the park when I was right in the center of it. Lineup info was also not up to date all the time.
