I’m cbq customer from last 12 years, but first I take the credit card and apply and every month I pay credit shield insurance without my approval, anyways I accept and paid every month and end of the day I lost the job and ask for the insurance approval and they approved 1850 for 15000 outstanding balance. And also they ask me to 1900 for the installment and I paid. But end of the day they said 1900 is only for intrest even I they blocked 24000 from last 3 months. So I ask the card collection department and they said that’s for intrest only. End of the I loose money and they steeling money from me. Worst bank ever and worst service. M—- f——

Scammers
This bank is scamming peoples as they did with me. I requested for bank statement and they send me statement with not mentioned dates while in the email the mentioned dates are correct. I paid 3 times about 100 QAD to get my bank statement. They didn’t mentioned anywhere that if the transaction made on Thursday wouldn’t be mentioned on the statement.

This app was great until I used my iPhone 7 but since I changed to iPhone X I’m facing difficulties to log in. I would be better if this app supports Face ID .

When the app works it’s great but I have had to delete and reinstall many times when it won’t open - and that’s on my wifi!

A better banking app in Qatar.
Horrible & full of glitches
I like the new look; however, the app continuously freezes or glitch as if there’s bug somewhere. When it happens it gets stuck and does not allow me to navigate outside that window. I keep on closing then reopening the app but nothings works. Tried to call customer service to see if it’s undergoing maintenance but they said there isn’t any issue. Totally annoyed and don’t know how to do my online banking.
