Not helpful app
The app is slow and has issues
Please add functionality
Great app but I wish the ‘We are police’ tab includes the to add dashcam video rather than being only able to add ‘live’ video which is impractical while driving.
Delayed Investigation and Lack of Communication
I filed a criminal complaint on 06 July 2026, and it has now been three weeks without receiving any meaningful update on the investigation or the current status of my case. I understand that investigations can take time, but regular communication and progress updates are important for complainants. I respectfully request the concerned Dubai Police authorities to investigate my complaint and resolve the matter as soon as possible. I hope the communication process and response time can be improved for cases like mine.

The latest version has lot of bugs. Now none of the applications supporting ios 17 or below. App crashes while opening Web version also not working as expected. Design and UI looks good. Horrible, dysfunctional useless app
The app is good for nothing. It doesn’t work. It’s horrible. They need to fix it. Unbelievable. What kind of money is spent on such an app which is barely functional
Improvement
The application has been radically improvised and there are more services added by Dubai Police which are helpful. However they should add the option for correction of traffic fines just like they have it on the computer.

App needs improvement in first time use
If u have an accident then downloading the app and then using it is a time consuming activity. Loading all this app capabilities should be faster without the need for all these windows on first time loading to say what app does.
