CarFax issue
Having to delete the app every few days and download it again so that CarFax works properly is beyond frustrating. Happens when I need it the most it seems, too.
Dark mode
The app has a problem making all the texts boxes black when your phone is on dark mode. Please fix this

Why, in the year 2,024 of our Lord and Savior, can we not keep our inventory app from crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME?? It’s going to drive me to absolutely drinking!! Do better Inventory+

The competitive pricing models are not always very reliable when it comes to the “real world” . I suppose that can be attributed to the size of the number of vehicles in the comparison. Smaller sets with large standard deviation are the most skewed. AI will fix everything from what we’re led to believe??

CarFax Login Issue?
Is this going to be resolved? I have to login to CarFax everytime I open the app.

This was a great app that needed some tlc. The new version just didn't work. Thankful there was a new release and it's very usable now. We almost cancelled!
Gets worse every update
This app is way too useful not to function properly Cox Automotive It’s too big of a company not to take care of this issue. This app makes the day so much faster. Please make it work. It’s useful is needed.
Issues in Dark Mode
Since the last update I’m unable to clearly see the engine, transmission and stand alone options enough .while in Dark Mode. The font color should be adjusted accordingly.
Constantly crashes after current update. ( Problem solved Updated )
With the latest update the app crashes randomly. When you are out scanning vin numbers and booking out vehicles the app will crash causing you to lose your data on the most recently appraised car. Then to make matters worse it won’t let you log back in. It wants to open your safari web browser and make you verify something. If you wait a few minutes then it will start working…until another random crash. Uploading pictures of vehicles is nearly impossible. You can have 30-160 pictures in queue and this app will crash and POOF your pictures are gone. It is a good thing we save them on our phones before we transfer them to this ridiculous app. A strong cellular connection or wifi connection make no difference. This used to a excellent application but since the Mulitfactor Authentication update along with the other current updates….. Well, it is unusable. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Update: problems seem to be resolved with the most recent update. The multifactor authentication may need to be rest by calling into support on some instances but, once that happens everything works as it should.
So frustrating
This app is constantly crashing!! I have been a long time user and it’s so frustrating when you need it and can’t log in our are constantly getting logged off.
Award for the most improved app
The look is much better than before and after the update, this is the fastest I've ever seen it. I'm impressed. I have a few items on my wish list which is why I gave it 4 stars but overall it's great and works very well.

App crashes all the time, customer service is nonexistent.
Easy to Use
I love being able to switch to auction mode when speed is important. I can scan VINs and book out cars quickly and accurately. I am able to take pictures, add the car to my inventory, and the unit pushes into iDMS. It’s great!

Logging me out
Keeps logging me out after about a minute.
Much Improved
App has been significantly improved! Very simple to begin or finish an appraisal. What I like most is how fast you can snap pictures and upload them to the website.
Non Functional.
The app will constantly log you out, even after just logging in. Losing your information you’re looking for. The company is no help with fixing the issues either. Waste of money for the Auto Industry. Completely worthless system.
New Update Drains Battery (5.0.1)
The newest update has severe battery drain issues. I could previously use the app all day and it only used 30% of my battery. Just checked usage and after 3 hours it's used 66% of my battery.
Loading photos
Is there a way you can load more than one photo at a time? Picking one at a time then having to scroll back to where you left off is tedious. Edit: giving it five stars. With your new update I can now pick multiple photos of vehicles and load them. Way easier.
Terrible
Always makes you sign in over and over again. Get a text message? Have to sign back in. Want to check the weather? Have to sign back in.
Please fix
I would like to let everyone know that the app works pretty good on the most part. What I've noticed is that it duplicates the pictures some not all. And some do not get transferred at all to the website also when saving the photos on the phone all the photos are being saved upside down and you have to edit each and every single one of them manually. That is a waste of very precious time. I'm asking the developers to please fix this issue.

Always logs off
While you’re in the middle of taking a picture or typing in notes it will just log off. The worst app I’ve ever used!!!
One Step Forward; Ten Steps Backward
In this newest update to Inventory+, a few issues were finally addressed like blank screens and the forever missing feature to upload multiple pictures at once. My main concern now is that when selecting photos from your camera roll on iOS, it puts photos in order from oldest to newest, instead of newest to oldest. The problem is that I have over 5,000+ photos on my device, so now I have to scroll through my camera roll for my most recent photos. This is just as time consuming as a one-at-a-time photo upload. Please address this soon.

I love that I can aggregate all of my book data and retail pricing, then match against how i personally performed with a like vehicle. Great app!
Authentication nightmare
App used to be great. Now you can’t even use it without being logged out ever second. And logging in as a new device every single time. We are leaning towards different inventory management tools now.
Syncing issues
Was hoping the new update would fix the syncing issues that cause my app numbers to be completely different from my desktop inventory numbers. The only way to get it to sync correctly is to delete the app and reinstall it and it'll show correct inventory levels again for awhile. This started at the last update and the new one did not fix this bug issue..

App is working much better after the update. I hear they are adding more features soon. Can't wait.
Glitchy and counterintuitive
Your app is constantly crashing and always saying "log in expired", is a log in session supposed to last 60 seconds? It's counterproductive and aggravating to say the lease, makes managing our inventory when on the go really difficult, is that the best you can do?

They changed authentication process to solara now the app is unusable by my sales staff you are kicked out every time , during use, it’s horrible def changing to Vauto
