So bad
I don’t know where to begin, so bad, nothing works, can’t search, totally useless!
Great
Easy and efficient to use but won't let me log into my account, at least on the app
New version unusable
The app has always been very buggy and crashed often. This new version, they changed the UI and it isn’t even usable. There are buttons and search fields where you can’t access them. Everything pops up in a tiny window in the middle of the app. It’s one of the most terrible apps I’ve ever seen. If I could go back to the old version that crashed every few minutes, I would !
Super
Overall great, good resolution on images.
Worse
How is it possible to make an app worse? I don’t even understand where to search for any criteria or why a window opens on an iphone that only takes part of the screen when you could use the whole screen …. Sigh

Bon site
Le site ne fonctionne pas souvent bien .
Cool
Bonne appli. Conviviale. Simple
Slow and clunky
The UI isn’t bad, but it’s slow and clunky. Lots of glitches. Nice property selection though.
Not much good
Resets search when flip ApS. Can’t change language
Une appli très instable
Dommage.
Joke app.
This app keeps getting worse and worse. You can order your search results by the newest listing first. But guess what? You can’t order the oldest! This is French engineering. I’ve never seen anything so inconsistent, buggy and unusable. This app crashes all the due to the millions bug fixes they add on top of the previous bugs. It’s like a house of cards, so unstable and ready to collapse any time. Do not download and use this app, save yourself the frustrations and sanity.
Too unstable!
It is a good portal and has a sound concept, but It keeps crashing! The developers must work on stability issues!
A bit annoying
The app is constantly bothering with popups and moving things which are distracting and annoying. Also the keyboard does not disappear when no price or location is put in.
Doesn’t work!
Website is glitchy and so is the app! Can’t get past entering price range without it hanging - shame!
App crashes constantly
I have used the website for months without issue. Downloaded the app a week ago and it has been crashing constantly. Very frustrating!
Alerte permanente
CANNOT LOG IN
Just cannot log-in no matter what I do.
Slow and unstable
Good real estate selection but the app is very poorly built. Even on iPhone X it quickly becomes heavy and slow, and keeps having sync issues when trying to review your favourites.
Crashing like Crazy
Can’t go through searching for 5 minutes without the APP crashing. Functionality is also below average.
Keeps crashing
I love searching through the beautiful properties I find in this app but it keeps crashing!!
Hire good developers
The apps is CX unfriendly and they are so many bugs. If you want to sell upscale houses you should invest in digital media
crashprone
(+) FILTERED: beautiful properties - at least you do not waste time as in so many real estate apps - no junk properties here ; ) (-) CRASH: unfortunately app is crash-prone. whether you merely browse or try to register account. (-) LOGIN : registered successfully but login does not work?! (-) ODD PHOTOS: also, it does not allow you flexibility to view photos at your own pace, only allows timed slide show which is slow as well. many properties show 1 or 2 photos pnly & of garden but not house or exterior house but not interior. Figaro should not accept clients that do not show all. (-) REPETITIVE: app / site / eMail notifications are very repetitive, it is not smart or practical, it does not know what properties it already sent you same day or in the past!? (-) INCONSISTENCE: properties might be curated to not show junk properties but many descriptions are junky, clunky, non-descriptive, with no summary of data & no maps! Figaro should force its clients to supply minimal information at least. (-) IMPRACTICAL: Figaro being prestigious & its properties mag being luxury, should be ashamed of its mag/site/app, as it is done cheaply and/or with lousy programmers - it's poorly, cheaply executed, quite impractical. site & app require complete overhaul. (-) CHEAP: i have contacted FP several times over 1 year but they either do not listen to customer demand or are too snobbish & entitled, or too lazy or incompetent - maybe a combination. something has to change!
Can't sign in to app
Please fix
Many bugs
Not practical (limited number of filters) and many bugs
