Transfers
Sending money to others isn’t made easy like other banks. The limits is too low
Very good app
All of a sudden notifications from credit card purchases have stopped. I changed nothing.
Used to be better
The last 2 months or so the app just closes out on its own once I log in. It does that many times until eventually it stays open. It’s very frustrating.
External Transferring
It is very difficult to make an external transfer into your account from an outside bank.

I agree with the poster from May 20, 2026. This app used to be great, it has not worked properly since “update…” I’ve deleted and re-downloaded several times and it still doesn’t work, which is majorly inconvenient. Please Jovia, fix the bugs.

The app could be better has some clutches but overall pretty easy to maneuver
App won’t load
I used to love this app without any problems. All of a sudden the app keeps crashing or it won’t load at all. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it two times. It works for a little bit, and then it fails after a while again please fix this.
Glitchy
The app is constantly glitching or foreclosing when I try to log in. Doesn’t matter the device…it’s either foreclosing or just a black green screen.

I always have to take several pics of the checks before they go through. Never have this problem at Chase.

I like the app but it updates too slowly after transactions
App continually fails to open appropriately
App used to work well for what it allows you to do. But recently anytime I open the app and use Face ID to unlock it closes out. I have to re-open numerous times in order for it to open successfully

Convenient
You don't need to call or go to an ATM to move money around in ur own account. I like it. However they should give us the option to transfer to someone else's account.

Always crashes
I always have to sign in 3 times. It accepts my password then starts over again. It also happens when I'm on chat which is infuriating. I have to sign back in at least 4-5 times depending on the length of the chat.
When it works it’s great, when it’s buggy tho…
Online banking has made my life so much easier, with that said I wish the app would stop glitching. For example, just last week when you look under bill pay at upcoming payments the quick view says “send on” but the date is not there so you have to click on the payment to see the date it is sending. That’s such a waste of time. Make the quick view show the Date. Also it suited to show upcoming payments going out from upcoming first. Now you have to scroll down to see what’s upcoming. I don’t care what’s coming next month. I need what’s going out today at the top of the list.
Typical quirky bank app with some good features
Typical quirky bank app for all banks and credit unions. I like that the app gives you time to transfer money from a credit line to your checking if you go over. No fee. If they do it only $3.00 fee.
Over charge
I have when the over charge for extra withdrawals and when they an automatic payment goes thru and I don't have enough money in my account !
constant crashes
I have had to recently delete the jovia app, 5X now. It keeps crashing as of 4/27/2026. This needs to be addressed.

Needs Improvement
Well, I'm happy with the bank, the app is so aggravating! The mobile checked deposit feature is so buggy, that it consistently takes me such a long time to deposit a check because it never accepts the check picture that it should be accepting. The other shortcomings I can deal with, but the mobile check deposit really has me reconsidering my banking needs.
Convenient and efficient
I enjoy the convenience of a credit union that treats its customers just as precious as a private banker treats its wealthy clients. For those of us with small wealth, it is important wealth for our maintenance and our life’s transactions. Bravo to Jovia.
Who broke it?
I’ve been a customer for… well since they had an app. But this is the most unstable release ever. It really doesn’t instill trust. If you can’t bug fix login issues. It’s BAD

Don’t know why I can’t even login on iPad same credentials, but doesn’t recognize them, Jovia Office some good deals. They should really get their technology together.
Great, most of the time
While I find the app to be super user friendly, for the last 2 months, when I open the app, it stays open for three seconds, and then close. It takes me three attempts, at least to open it successfully. Anyone else having this problem?

Very Frustrating. Past 2 1/2 months this app keeps crashing. Will not open on my iPad / iPhone. I have both updated to the latest software updates.
