いつも利用してます やはりバーゲンの時は安くてホテルも一緒に予約します 何かあった時は安心なので… でも…予約時座席予約し忘れて 戻る時にエラーになり困ります。 もう少しサクサク動いてほしいです。

こんなに使いづらいUIは初めてです。JAL自体のサービスはとても良いので、アプリ、システム、サポート体制頑張ってください。特にマイル周りは酷い
スマホ操作がわかりにくい
スマホで操作する時、戻るボタンでおかしくなるし、なら、どこを押すかもわからないし使い勝手が悪すぎ

How do they do it?
App crashes when trying to book a ticket. Website crashed after 30 minutes adding a ridiculous amount of unnecessary information and on the final purchase page. I’ll fly ANA.

Not user friendly
When filling out information, it should tell you which fields is incorrect so you can just correct that field, but everything reset and all the fields are blank again so you don’t know which fields are incorrect and you have to fill out each field again.
見づらい
直感的に操作しづらいと思います。あと時間変更の時頑なに変更前の時間を表示しないのはどういう意図なのでしょうかね
Simply the Best
Come on! No one beats Japan Airlines even if you have the last seat by the galley and on a full flight, consider yourself lucky. From the superbe service to the last detail. Don’t take any other airliners .

Horrible experience trying to join. Very inconvenient to sign up and difficult to use this app.
Long Haul Enjoyment
Flew round trip from RDU to BKK, knew I was going to be comfortable in business class but didn’t actually get on a JAL aircraft until I was in Dallas, flying to Tokyo was good but couldn’t get the WiFi to work on my fone in flight, the stewards were no help blaming it on the airline and I just said there’s plenty of other on board entertainment. JAL was high class the people were awesome and very helpful.
Very slow and not intuitive
Compare to other airlines apps, it’s way behind. It’s very slow to update when changing the date for price checking and overall it’s not intuitive to use. In need of a major update to keep up with others.

JAL is the best because of its exceptional customer service and smooth travel experience!
Least friendly airlines
It appears that you cannot become a member of this airline unless you are Japanese. But American Airlines partners with them. So to check in you have to sign in on JAL as a guest and find your reservation (with a different confirmation no than AA uses) and then you can get a boarding pass. Bit of a pain in the neck. Taiwan and Singapores airlines do not make you jump through all these hoops.

The app keeps crashing, won’t log in and always lags badly

The app is designed much better than the previous version, but this version still crashes a lot and some of functionality still doesn’t work. When choosing international flights, kind. Of confusing on how it works.

Nothing works right
I get an email about a 3 minute schedule change and I have to go and confirm it. The link to website just takes you to a page that says error. You try to call and it’s an hour wait. I tried getting the app and joining the mileage club. It gives me my itinerary and tells me there’s a change and to confirm it but oh no the page you end up on does the same thing. So 3 hours were spent on something that should have taken 1 minute and it’s still not resolved. Get your digital technology working!!!
対象割引の選択
アプリの使いやすさは格別によくなったけど、割引の選択がなぜ1つしかできないのか… 割引結果で比較したいのに、株主優待の結果を見て、JALカードの結果を見て… セイバーとか出なくてもいいから、割引を複数選択させて欲しい。
App needs total overhaul
I really like Japan Airlines. That said, their app needs a redo. Checking in shouldn’t require leaving the app and going to a website. General functionality is awkward and cumbersome. I avoid Delta Airlines but the Delta App is a good model for JAL to aspire towards.

Best airlines
Japan airlines have been number one with their ability to travel in comfort and ease. Every class feels like first class. Web site is a bit more complicated than that of other airlines but once you’ve in. It’s very informative and organized to navigate within the terminals.
Gives me system error
Gives me system error that shows maintenance or something. For two days straight. This app does not work.

Not working
International booking reservation can be found before the update, now it keeps giving an error. The website still works just fine. It probably has to do with the middle name update. Before, and still is on the website- you have to put first and middle name next to each other, no gap. The new app update has a section for middle name but it seems to be creating issues. Please fix this app again!

Becoming a member
I’ve been trying to sign in and join. It’s very difficult because I’m an American. You have to go to a special site to try. Every time I enter in my birthday it tells me to add a zero in front of the month. Apparently you can’t have single numbers. Even though I did add the zero. Just a very frustrating experience.
Barely useable
Please make sure your app developers understand that the phone app shouldn’t be just a web browser for your own website. There are so many repetitive steps can be saved, especially when user have already logged in. And make sure you have a proper saving feature during booking. So the user don’t loose all progresses when accidentally click go back .
Great airline, poor app
Flight was delayed a few minutes which caused the app to just give me a headache. Unable to confirm change via app (feels unnecessary) and it just leads you to a browser for all other information. Only thing app did very well was previewing what the inflight movies were showing.

例如選位子或者是一些額外的說明，點進去看之後按關閉返回，會不小心按到上面的「❌」，然後訂票頁面就整個關閉了，剛剛寫的資料全部不見，又要從頭來過…日航服務很好，但是希望App功能可以再更人性化一點。

This App is useless. Can’t find my booking. It should only require booking number and last name. It does not work with hyphenated name.
Confusing to navigate
If you booked your flight before you setup your JAL/JMB account .. it is very confusing and sometimes frustrating to sync up my flight to the app/account
App manage booking function not working
Been 4 days since I checked the app and it’s not working under manage booking. However only web version work. Keep showing me temporary unavailable error message. Using IOS

Horrible App
The JAL website and app are absolutely horrible to use. They don’t show my OneWorld status and will not allow me to change seats. Out of all the airlines I fly, this one has the worst app to try and navigate. The airline itself is awesome and I love flying them, but the app and website are not user friendly.
Excellent App
Very nice app but it would be nice to be able to show codeshare flights in “my bookings” as well. Other than this, everything is good.
Clunky app, average airline
App lacks basic functionality and is not intuitive to use. Each leg needs to be added separately even when it has the same booking code. Miles still haven’t shown in my QFF even 5 days after flying JAL. Service is stone cold towards children and hence we won’t return as family travellers.

First Time traveling Japan Airlines
As soon as you walk in the lobby to check in friendly staffs welcome you. Help me as I only know English. Customers Service Representative took her time to help me out and even explained how the process works. Looking forward to fly with Japan Airlines in the future and bring the Family too. Top A++++ Global service even if you a simple traveler!!!
Buggy
App is problematic. The login screen consistently responds with error messages when I enter my name and flight information.
Works fine in English
People need to stop complaining about this app displaying Japanese language. Change the language to English and it works perfectly. Also, the little bit of Japanese on this app is nothing compared to what you’ll experience once you get there. Chill, adapt and overcome.

Says there is a English option. But can’t find it. That’s a major mistake. Not a good app. Also. Says every nickname is taken if you leave a bad review. Had to fake the stars.
