Horrible UX and service
Why do I see tens of unneeded menus? Why can’t I see recipient in payment details? Why do I see a big whole in accounts which takes up screen space? Why don’t I see my cards? Why can’t I use dynamic CVV code? Virtual one-time card for online-shopping (like in Revolut)? This could be a good bank and bank app for 2013, in 2023 it’s a shame.

Som andra nämnt, appen fryser direkt när den laddar in hemskärmen efter att man loggat in med bank id.

Det är bra att aktivera alla tjänster så att vi inte behöver gå tillbaka till sidan. Speciellt aktivering och stängning av köp från internet är det underbart . Jag hoppas att lägga till arabiska. Detta gynnar de flesta araberna som gör sina konton till Sverige Bank
Not bad, but…
Ukrainians are unable to connect the card to Apple Pay. Make it possible to do it without a bank ID. Unfortunately, I found that for me, the application's capabilities end with the balance and expenses view. Please add other options for confirming online transactions. 🥲
Herligt att den kom til iPad
Det var rart at man nu kan få lidt mere overbli og unytte den større skærm på iPad'en, stor ros for det! Det er dog måske blevet lidt rodet fordi man er blevet grådige og ville ha det hele med på een gang, det kan være man vender sig til det, men derfor kun 4 stjerner.
Still waiting on English app
The app itself has good functionality, but I chose Swedbank for the English friendly website. It’s disappointing that they don’t also support the app in English.

En bra app som varken levererar mer eller mindre än förväntat. Perfekt om man vill kolla lite snabbt hur mycket pengar man har på kortet när man är på stan eller ska käka på någon restaurang.
English language
It is very upsetting that the app does support English language. There are many non- Swedish speakers that can benefit from this.

Super god app hvis man er bosat i sverige og har swedbank.. De danske banker burde lave noget tilsvarende.
Language
Am upset you didn't include an English language option on this app. people can make mistakes because of the language barrier. As far as I know swedes are very careful with those things. I don't get it why a big company like Swedbank doesn't want to include a language option on its app.

very difficult to pay
it’s very difficult to pay a bil. if it’s not rounded to the nearest sek. for instance when you have a bill to pay for 123,90 you can not enter the , in! you have to leave the app and copy a , from somewhere and paste it into the app! absolutely rubbish! it’s been like it for so long now it’s really getting annoying it’s being ignored! fix this swedbank!

En bra app om man snabbt vill se hur mycket pengar man har. Men den senaste uppdateringen gör så att appen kraschar varje gång jag öppnar den. Fixa detta. Jag vill se hur mycket pengar jag har går in i en butik.
Inte så lätt att läsa/använda
Savings and investments nu ligger i ett separat app, varför? Utgiftskollen har färre vyer, varför? Färgerna gör det svårare att läsa informationen.

Hey why would you make the app uglier? What's with the yellow stripes, "aktivera fyll på" and "påminnelser"?? Please take them away or change the colour to match the background. Thank you.
