Can’t browse
1 star Every time you want to browse a category the cookies accept came on. Even when I filled it out. It kept coming on. No other app asks more than once
Thoughts
It would be great to see Gucci apparel enhancing what the digital personas look like on Vision Pro. I also wish there was a way that we could digitally try on Gucci fashion. Or if there’s a way to remake our space in a Gucci style, that would be most welcome. I am not yet a customer of Gucci, but I would love to see what I would look like dressed in your fashion.
Hard to navigate
This app is trying way too hard to be high tech and not as hard to be e-commerce. Very hard to navigate product searches. I’m not interested.

Just like their products, this app is sheer beauty. Gucci is really setting an example of what spatial apps have potential for, and they do provide fresh content. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This apps the least efficient thing on my device! Why would. The app take me straight to the internet? What’s the point of having the app if I still have too browse these cookies on the internet! Look into it.

They got rid of Gucci Gift Run and a game that I purchased. Please don’t purchase games from this app. Although I love Gucci, it’d be better not to download it. If you just want to stay updated with Gucci, you should download the app.

Horrible service!
By far THE worst online shopping experience of my life. Not only did it take several attempts to actually place the order due to trying to use a separate shipping address (it was a gift) but after FINALLY getting the order submitted I was lied to for over a week on when it would ship! Five days before Christmas I am now giftless for my wife and the ONLY Gucci store close by does not have the item in stock. Thanks Gucci for ruining my and my wifes Christmas. This was literally the ONLY thing she asked for!

Please bring back the immersive video with Sabato De Sarno. I get he’s not with you all anymore but that was the most creative and most impressive thing I’ve ever seen. No one has created an experience as impressive as that video on Apple Vision Pro. It was demo material. I know a lot of work was put into making that and it’s a shame it’s no longer available. I would pay to be able to see it again. It was the video I showed my friends to demo the potential of Apple Vision Pro. Please bring it back as an archived or paid feature.

Overpriced much
This app does not slay so I looked ate the belts money costs and it is like 635$ and 498$ 540$ and 440$ and I searched up on Amazon and I found a Gucci belt for 19$ and 99c so by it on Amazon people

Why even make an app?
If you want to buy anything on the “app” it just takes me to my default browser and loads the items page. What is the point of having an app? Why wouldn’t I just save my storage and just use the ONLINE SITE that the app redirects you towards. GUCCI seriously paid someone to develop this?

Easy & All the info you need
Fantastic way of using the App. If you don't want to see that bit that doesn't interest you then you safe space on your phone by only downloading the bits you want. Maybe if an update is in the works, the older app had a news page, now it's all twitter & FB just a page back with all latest news in one place, quick glance & keep up to date better.

Frustrating
The app was great until a few months ago, when you had to inexplicably sign in for some content. It will not accept my log in details I use to shop on their website, so I’ve just given up with it. I feel sorry for the poor talented people creating content for this app, it just doesn’t work. (Not that anyone at Gucci will even read this)
