Пишет нету интернета, хотя все 4 полоски, перезагружал телефон, роутер, удалял, скачивал приложение, и все напрасно, пофиксите плис, а если знаете как, то напишите пожалуйста, а то у меня без китайского мозг уже деградирует

Раньше можно было спокойно копировать все слово за один раз (иероглиф,пиньинь, перевод). Теперь это невозможно сделать. Пожалуйста исправьте это
Ужасный дизайн
Тот, кто придумал нынешнее расположение кнопки "выйти" - нагадил на голову всем, кто работал над содержательной частью приложения. Крайне неудобно. Об этом пишут уже год, а изменений ноль.
Постоянно слетает прогресс
Приложение хорошее и очень удобное, приобрела платную версию и не пожалела. Но слетает прогресс, даже если аккаунт синхронизируется. Первый раз на 110 дне прогресс вернулся, сейчас нет. Не страшно, конечно, но неприятно, когда выбиваешь 200-300 дней подряд, а они просто слетают. Для людей с игровой мотивацией - отбивает желание продолжать заниматься. Еще часто стал виснуть, ранее такого не было, надеюсь, исправят.
Great app for beginner-advanced
To be honest, this is a really good app. I’ve had it for many years and there are certain aspects of it that are even better than the likes of Pleco, for example. This app really excels at providing examples through sentences, and also very clearly breaks down grammar points. You can also make those separate flashcards so that you can review full sentences instead of only words if desired, and you can remember how to use grammar patterns that may be tough to remember (by making a grammar point its own flashcard!). I usually learn traditional characters but also really appreciate being able to learn both character sets. The customer service team has always been really responsive and I noticed that a previous bug that was causing the badge number in the app (that reflects due cards) to be stuck, even after deleting those cards, has now resolved. Keep up the great work!

Здравствуйте, при изменении цвета иконок ломается виджет с разными словами, вместо информации на нем просто появляется белый прямоугольник.

I highly recommend this app for anyone serious about learning Chinese characters. They break down the character to an easy understandable components. You also have the option of adding hard to learn characters to a list where you can learn them later on.

При создании список на изучение слов и попытке поделиться ими с другими пользователями, ссылки никогда не работают!
Было любимое приложение, после обновления - пользоваться абсолютно невозможно
Третий год оплачиваю подписку на приложение, сначала все было отлично, но после того, как изменили интерфейс - стала полная жесть, приложением стало абсолютно невозможно пользоваться!!! Сначала убрали возможность сохранять в список сразу много слов из истории поиска - теперь можно сохранять только по одному. Для каждого слова нужно 4-5 кликов, чтобы положить в нужный список. Это просто ад, когда я работаю над текстом, очевидно, что удобнее сначала посмотреть в словаре все слова, а потом из истории сразу все перенести их в список - нет, теперь в час по чайной ложке предлагается переносить в списки слово за словом. Помучилась, помучилась и перестала использовать списки вообще. Новая компоновка карточек слов - супер неудобная, примеры использования объединили с разбором иероглифов, сам разбор иероглифов (ключевая фича приложения(!)) убрали в самый низ карточки, теперь надо проматывать эти чертовы примеры, чтобы добраться до разбора. На дистанции сотен иероглифов бесит жутко. Добил сегодняшний инцидент - час слушала видео, на слух искала слова, все сохранялись в историю (то есть специально открывала каждую карточку). Через час открываю историю, чтобы прописать слова, начинаю работать, два клика сделала - все новые слова из истории пропали, час работы коту под хвост. Был лучший русско-китайский словарик, сейчас просто сил уже нет продолжать бороться с новым интерфейсом. Откатите назад - цены приложению не будет

Пожалуйста, передвиньте кнопку «выйти» (из аккаунта) из левого верхнего угла в другое место (вниз куда-нибудь например)! Интуитивно там располагается кнопка «назад». Я уже раз 20 вышел из приложения, и каждый раз приходится снова вводить логин и пароль

Само приложение хорошее, но подписка… она очень дорогая. В ней есть ограничения по количеству слов. Режим обучения хоть и заявляет о своей современности и научности, таковым вообще не является. Если вы создадите список из 100 слов, он будет давать в режиме обучения все эти 100 слов подряд, а не разбивать материал на кусочки как квизлет. Бог знает сколько кругов мне придется сделать, чтобы заучить 50 слов

Случайно обновила словарь и теперь все стало просто ужасно. Очень не удобный интерфейс, выглядит совершенно не красиво, раньше было в разы лучше! Раньше словарь было приятно использовать, а теперь….
Updates ruined the app for me
大家好～ I love this app, and it’s modes of training are very helpful. Or, at least, they were before the most recent major update. Now, I cannot… - read the full length of long phrases in training mode - add more than two strokes to a drawing before it glitches - draw characters in whichever order Plus, the multiple choice is often of the same phrase copied twice, only one is correct. I hope that the developers fix the app soon because, generally, the flashcards, dictionary, and training modes were all very helpful and I’ll miss them. These features from a free app really made it stand out, but now…

Он очень тормозит, приходится нажимать на строку поиска по несколько раз, тк в первый раз он просто закрывает клавиатуру. И верните возможность нажимать на отдельный иероглиф, что бы произвести поиск, пожалуйста

В целом к обновленному интерфейсу привыкнуть можно, плюс появились полезные функции. Спасибо разработчикам за то, что стараются улучшить программу. Но пожалуйста, сделайте что-нибудь со строкой поиска! Это невозможно, зачастую приходится искать много слов и палец просто не пропадает по этому маленькому крестику в строке поиска, пока сотрёшь старое слово, чтобы ввести новое - испсихуешься весь.. В прошлой версии всё было нормально с этим. И ещё момент (сейчас будет сумбурно) - заметила, что когда смотришь пример предложения, например, там употребляется определенное счетное слово и в разборе предложение оно обозначается как сч.слово к тому-то, но когда переходишь в это «тому-то», чтобы посмотреть, какие у него есть счетные слова - то, которое было в примере - отсутствует.

Please fix your overly complicated UI
This set of apps is great to study Chinese, but it’s a huge headache to do anything account related. The UI isn’t clear, it still offers me to buy a year subscription even though I already bought it? Which was confusing. Also it asked me for a nickname and an email on the writing app. I assumed it would put my nickname for the leaderboards but it puts my email? No one else has their email, and I don’t really want that public, so I guess I can’t do very well on that app, which is discouraging. Please fix your overly complicated and headache inducing UI. I was debating between taking off one or two stars for the admin side of the app, which is a shame because the Chinese learning portion of these apps is the best I’ve found.

helpful but technical issues
Havent used the app for long but it has been helpful and I was planning to buy a subscription after trying it for a little longer but there is something really wrong with how the ‘create flash card’ keeps track of your weekly allotted free cards. Just now, I had 10 to add for this week but after I added 2, my count is down to 0. Very inconvenient and disruptive to my learning and makes me doubt how reliable this app would be if I purchased a subscription.

Последнее обновление не понравилось. Раньше когда искал слово с двумя иероглифами, но этого слова в словаре не было - trainchinese переводил каждый иероглиф по отдельности и хоть как-то понимал, что может означать это слово, но сейчас такого нет, просто тупо пишет «Нет результатов». Исправьте это, пожалуйста!
Great design, suspicious subscription
First of all, this is a great app for learning Chinese. That’s not the problem that I had with it. The free version gives you 3 lists and 15 new words a week (Note that if you delete one, you don’t get that back). Paying for the subscription gets rid of this weekly limit, but you’ll soon notice that you’re still limited to the three lists that they give you upfront. That means that if you fill out all three lists and continue paying the subscription, you are still capped at just 300 words and are paying for essentially what you could get if you canceled your subscription. (You could get the same number of words by also just waiting 20 weeks?) All of this is a little unconventional, but I would give them a break if it weren’t for the fact that you are also allowed to buy extra lists independently of having a subscription. This means they give you the option to spend money without getting practically anything in return (You’ll still have the weekly limit). This is when I decided that something seemed a little fishy… It’s sad that such a great app became so offputting when it came to payment. The developers otherwise seem like honest, nice people, but I just simply can’t trust such a pricing model with my bank information. If you are ok with this model, this might be a good app for you.

Не обновлялся уже очень давно. И после обновления остался крайне не доволен дизайном в части примеров. Зачем было нужно убирать цвета у иероглифах там? И зачем выделять главное слово жёлтым, а не разными цветами в соответствии с тоном? (Желтый же для второго тона только был)
No sound iPhone X
Listen button on iPhone X doesn't produce any sound. Working fine on my iPhone 8 Plus though. Please fix!! Will update the review again once it is fixed.
