“Alipay international card only supports daily expenses” error message
I’ve been using Alipay for several months now and all of the sudden I started getting the error message “Alipay international card only supports daily expenses and does not support functions like transfer”. Now I can’t use it at all. Please fix whatever bug this is!!!!

支付宝为啥不能够适应iPad屏幕，固定竖屏，屏幕显示大小不一，进入一些支付宝小程序屏幕内容更是大的离谱

uses ai for everything. impossible to get working unless you go through 10 different rounds of “verification.” you can do everything right and still be denied access
Fantastic application
This application is a real life safer when traveling to mainland China, but only reason I didn’t give it. Five stars is that it’s really difficult to fund. If you want to use your phone to catch a subway you need a very fast transaction and a credit card is not fast, but if you funded. A lot faster.
Please make app smaller (take up less storage)
1G every time after downloading is not usable for me. I have to delete and reinstall to save space. Clearing cache is not enough.

本來的介面很簡單所以喜歡 現在加了視頻這些東西反而很煩，不知道加視頻這些到底做什麼 如果你一定要加視頻，可以加橫向，而不是佔據整個螢幕的豎向視頻，視頻信息量很大，豎向佔據整個螢幕會很煩 畢竟這不是小視頻app，按進去這個app用戶並非為刷視頻，當人沒有這種心情，你硬是要加這些東西，實在很煩很有負擔感很影響心情 你可以加一些清雅語氣、例如蘇州話配音電視劇，溫州話小場地唱歌那種 還有找一些客家話配音卡通片 而不是加這些煩的東西

我用支付宝连国外的中国工商银行银联卡，要付钱给游侠客旅游公司，居然不能付钱。不明白为什么要这样

之前已经更新过一次芝麻信用更新机制了，最近又更新一版，提高芝麻分越来越难，笑死了，以前一个月表现好可以提升五六分，后来一个月撑死了四分，现在一个月估计最多两三分，除非疯狂消费花钱

第一不支持晚间模式，晚上打开还是白色；第二基金的显示还不够人性化有些数据还需要其他平台协助，每次查看买的基金本身的情况还要再点一次

This is the worst app ever designed, glitchy, I can’t even verify and create a metro card in Xi an. China you have 1.4 billion people and can’t make a decent app that you enforce everywhere.

Good app
Contrary to some previous reviews: this app is fairly well translated in English and is not just for Chinese. Furthermore it works anywhere Alipay is accepted, such as at a Bubble Tea shop in Toronto and many other places in the world. It is intuitive to use and works flawlessly in payments. It is also very useful for shopping online at Chinese websites.

My Experience Using Alipay
I’m a Canadian citizen currently living in China right now. While my WeChat pay works perfectly fine since I have a Chinese card, the same can’t be said about my Alipay account. For my Alipay account, I mainly use it for trade purposes/ large transactions. Often times for large transactions I tend to use my Visa card since I receive US dollars frequently and Visa card works for the most part. However, whenever I bind my Visa card with my Alipay account, I experience frequently issues. One of the biggest issues I experience is triggering the fraud detection system. They keep suspending my transactions, causing me great problems. They also require me to take photos of my passport, International card and selfie every time, which is a major hassle. Luckily their customer service is great, which is what keeps me from deleting my account. That’s about it however as the user experience is subpar at best. I love China and I have no intentions of leaving the country but for a major app like this, I expected better

Worked great with my foreign credit card.
Bonded my foreign card to it before leaving for China. Worked great everywhere we went. Extremely convenient for shopping, taking the metro, taxi etc. Only problem was in Beijing where the metro card didn't work with a foreign phone number. Had to get a physical Beijing metro card which we could pay for using Alipay.
This is probably the worst app I have ever used

SCAM call
SCAMMERS appear to be able to track consumers as they use apps. Alipay needs to review their security as I haven’t received any scam calls in the past few months while not using the apps.

this app has the same problem that Taobao has. they don’t know the X axis exist, they only use Y axis for their programs ( and coming from computer engineers, that is very worrying. This is specially notable on Ipad or tablets in general
