Awesome App
This is by far my favorite app. It is great to have my collection on my iphone and the search is great for finding games in a hurry. This app works great on my iPad, iPhone, and Mac. By far the best app for keeping track of games.
How did this update get past testing
The latest update makes search useless. Just did a search on Control that I have 3 copies and it returns 220 games. Same goes for just about anything else I search.
Excellent Database App
Simple to use features. And a significant tool for managing larger collections. Various ways to sort, view. Worth every penny for me.
Greedy
“Grandfathered in” can’t look up game prices or add new games, even manually, without prompts stating this now requires a subscription. Dev essentially had me pay for a spreadsheet application. Used to be a fantastic app, now wants $20 a year

Love the app but …
I love the app, been using it for ages plus a lot of the other CLZ apps. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that it doesn’t really work with board games. I am slowly scanning mine in and adding information but it would be nice if it recognized board games and not just console games. Don’t get me wrong, I have those too, but I use this app (plus the other clz apps) to keep track so I don’t buy duplicates. But again, I will still use the app but just a slight annoyance on my part. :)
Almost perfect
This app is quite decent, it covers most of the bases except for one thing: the cover art. The resolution is way too low and blurry, which is a real bummer.
Très peu de nouveautés et une augmentation de l’abonnement
Je trouve l’augmentation récente de l’abonnement injustifiée, surtout compte tenu du fait que l’application n’a pas connu d’évolution majeure ces derniers temps. L’interface commence sérieusement à dater et aurait vraiment besoin d’un lifting. De plus, d’autres applications concurrentes offrent des fonctionnalités intéressantes comme l’extraction des notes Metacritic et de la durée des jeux grâce au site How Long to Beat, ce qui manque cruellement ici. Il est également impossible d’ajouter des sections personnalisées, ce qui limite beaucoup les possibilités d’organisation. Franchement, je pense sérieusement à me désabonner, et c’est dommage, car toute ma collection est enregistrée sur l’application. Mais à ce tarif, et sans innovations concrètes, il devient difficile de justifier l’investissement.
Good can be better
Some games like doom you have crazy prices for edition that are not a standard edition so barcodes not right. Also games that aren’t in the system so many
Barcode selects wrong game and value
I scanned “sonic the hedgehog” [not for resale] Sega barcode. I have box and game cart only. It doesn’t adjust value with no manual and keeps showing as CIB value. Also, it showing the wrong pricechrating ID which is a completely different value. I’ve only tried a couple games on this app - but for a paid subscription this is not up to par in my opinion. App looks great though just not worth the money if it’s not going to price things correctly.

Good app, needs more up to database, though.
Developer is begging for money.
This app went from being a one-time payment to a subscription model (I think around 2019), but they grandfathered original users into continued lifetime usage for free. Sounds great, but the developers, right before Christmas, asked the grandfathered users to pay for a subscription anyway, just for the hell of it. They practically begged for more money, which came across as being really sleazy and kind of made me wonder about the future of their company. They make regular updates, but the app was already quite useful as-is before the subscription service kicked in. Now that they’re bringing in continuous payments, the majority of changes have just been reorganizing or adjusting layouts and locations of menu options, which only ends up being annoying more than anything. Don’t get me wrong, the app hasn’t been without some quality of life updates and new features, but there’s only so much you can keep adding to an app that already functioned well when it came to logging data and information. Your subscription often feels like you’re just contributing towards the salary of someone whose job for an entire month was to move a button from one side of the screen to another. The app requires a huge time commitment (dozens, if not, hundreds of hours) to properly catalog your collection, which means they essentially have you at their mercy if they ever want to raise the price of the subscription. Most people aren’t going to want to redo all that work with another app, so they’ll bite the bullet and pay for the increase. I own/operate a game store and people ask me all the time what collection app they should use. I mention CLZ as an option, but I never recommend it, nor will I ever.
UI Old school & no widgets
L’Interface qui a mal veilli et pas de widget de dispo présentant des stats ou la wishlist par exemple. Cependant c’est la seule application complète que j’ai trouvé.

I have been using this app now for a year. I am disorganized as a person, however my game collection is very neat
A subscription that locks you in
I just don’t get this subscription stupidity. Why can we not just pay a one off amount as I don’t want my collection list to be held to ransom, forcing me to pay each and every month/year. You don’t even offer a free tier that gives basic functionality (I wouldn’t even mind ads). I don’t care about a 7 day trial. I just want a tool that can store my collection and then optionally can provide premium features if I choose to
Minor bugs
I lol the app, easy to use but it occasionally just doesn’t load up the platform menu when I want to change consoles and I’ll be stuck on whatever console I was just updating.
Doesn’t Support Japanese games.
If you’re like me and mainly collect Japanese games, then this app is practically useless as it only supports US and EU releases.
Decent, but doesn’t register collector’s editions
Its a decent app but I was finding that every barcode I scanned for my collectors editions were only pulling up the standard release copy. You could manually go in and put in all the information but it’s very time consuming and it wasn’t showing me the value of the CE.
Oraganize
The best app to organize for games if you have a huge collection
Needs to be localised for U.K./EU
It’s not a bad app but it really needs to have UK/EU pricing options. Why do so many apps fail in the area of localisation? If you sell an app in a region, you should make it work 100% in that region. Oh, and now it requires a bloody subscription. Sorry but no.
Needs one change
I love your app, but it needs one change... Adding hardware (not manually) and the prices they’re worth... I bought the app back in the day when it was buy once for lifetime use, I hope you continue to stick to your word with this.
Meh
Was supposed to be free up to 100 games. I have 17 and I am forced to take a subscription. —- and no I don’t have to pay for it. I deleted it. False advertising is wrong.
Good but redundant
This app does do a good job at what it does. But you can also use the pricecharting website that does all the same things for free. Only benefit to this over the website is that it’s an app and therefore a bit more convenient to access. Which is nice but not really worth $15 a year in my opinion. Not bad pricing on Its own but compared to the free website it’s not worth it to me

Current version
The version of this app as of 2/5/22 crashes every time I try to add a game. Can’t even add games to my collection.
Very good but room for improvement
I like how easy it is to use and the bar code scan to enter new games is great. Suggestions for improvement: - It would be great if we could change the currency displayed for the value of the games just like on the price charting website. Seeing the prices in USD means very little to me and find it kind of annoying. - sometimes no value/or the wrong value appears on a certain game and when adding that value manually it doesn’t show up on the main preview on the game and doesn’t count towards the total of the collection. We should be able to decide which value prevails in comparison with price charting. For example I have a japanese PS1 game that’s worth $30, the North American version is worth over $100. Even when selecting the correct Japanese version when adding the game the value is at $90, which is way too high.

A MUST HAVE
This app is a must have for any gamer. This helps keep me informed of what I have and the value. If there is any sort of catastrophic event I have a list for the insurance company.
Cloud Sync Issues
I really wanted to like this app but unfortunately there’s just way too many sync/subscription issues when cloud saving that it never worked as advertised.
Poor support for uk/eu prices
Great but you need to have pricing in Euro’s and sterling. For a premium priced app this should be a given.
Considering the price
This app is pretty clunky and limited with the art on offer for older games.
Nintendo Switch titles missing
I like the way this app works, but has so many Switch titles not in the database. I'd like an indicator of when the database was last updated. Also really needs game values in £s as others have been saying in older reviews (without a response from developer). Not sure I can drop £15 on this till I hear more on the above :(

Amazing app
Dead App
App just killed itself for casual/slow collectors. No way I’m paying a subscription are you mad?! Previously I planned to purchase the full app after I passed the 100 free titles but now the app is bricked unless I pay. Can’t sync with my account and can’t add anymore games with the online tool. You just lost me as a future customer.
Almost perfect
This app is great for us collectors with the option to scan and search then add to your own collection or creat your wish list. All sorted by console type or by date released or even when you added it to your collection. The only thing that is needed to bring this app up IMO is that you cannot set any currency other than US dollars. Once this has been changed it will be perfect. Don’t get me wrong, when you have a game value in your collection and want to see the value in your regional currency format. You can tap on it and it opens a web tab to price charting, where you can create an account and have it display your local info and currency. So a bit annoying to have a second account but at least that one is free. As for the price. It may seem expensive but I have used other software and even tried alternatives which have my currency available but this is still the best layout and function. IMO A MIST HAVE FOR COLLECTORS! Note: they do the app for movies, books and comics too but you will buy those apps individually and additionally to this one. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hasn't fixed the cover flow images on my iPad 2 running iOS 5.1
Not so good for PAL collectors
I love the layout and ease of use, however the database often uses USA versions of front covers for UK/Euro versions of games. This is a problem because they're usually very different and are a first visual indicator of which version of a game you have. If they can't even get Majora's Mask right when I scan the PAL game and the only gallery option is the N TSC picture I'm not going to pay the full app unlock yet. Also, product codes, as famously written on the side of PlayStation game boxes, and also existing for Nintendo games, are not a field on the database meaning you can't search by them or quickly enter games in Japanese you can't read the title to or don't have the box for or don't have barcodes in the case of Neo Geo.

Love this app. I’ve tried so many different apps, but this is the one I stopped at and stopped using the others. Love the layout, the options, and most of all the ease of use! I am 54 with thousands of games in my collection! I have tested it, used it, and highly recommend it!

Lost data
Didn't fancy entering my data for a third time after the app reset my database once again. Only backs up with a subscription. Get this bug fixed and I'm sure it would be awesome.
A word of warning
After the latest update I noticed that the additional data from the personal fields of almost 50 records was missing. Purchase date, store and price, conditions, valuations, ratings, as well as completion flags/dates; all gone.
Fantastic App
I have a fairly large and diverse game collection and I choose to use CLZ Games app because it finds almost everything I add, even the odd 80s stuff or wacky Japanese imports, it integrates PriceCharting values into each game, has cover art, nice sorting, barcode reading for quick scanning and a ton more. Plus it’s well supported. I don’t mind paying for a subscription if it means the app is continually getting updates as our smartphones evolve. Highly recommended
Does not add games
I have tried adding Xbox one games to my list however only one game shows which is Fifa 14 The other games say they have been added but have not.
Great App Overall
Works really well with the whole ecosystem and highly recommended. I just wish the new version showed the number of games and hardware separately in my collection like it used to.
Expensive and doesnt work well
Just a database program that you need to have the $50 pc program and this $13 program both to work. It doesnt even connect most of the time meaning you need to imput everything manually when you cant connect. Even the support button on here doesnt connect to anything as of this moment. Don't get duped... raptr is a better program and free online and also have an iphone app in the works.. I wish I waited for it instead of wasting my money on this.
Very handy App
Very user friendly, and great now it's a standalone App. Wish it had a bigger database for ZX Spectrum games, as they practically all have to be entered manually. Be nice to be able to search for covers in the App like you can in the browser version.
