No all support that works
Bug in game after recent update and unable to contact anyone about this. Support page links don’t work .. Previous update was over two years ago. Shame because it was a really good simple game.

APP STUCK
IVE HAD TO DELETE THE APP THEN RELOAD JUST TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND IT KEEPS HAPPENING. IT NEVER USED TO, SO MAYBE AN UPGRADE GONE WRONG?? ANYWAY, IM DONE. It tells me it needs an internet connection! Same thing as happened last time. I’m going to download it again and if it still does the same thing, im gone for good. Pity cause I like this game.

Really annoyed, love playing this but got to level 28 and has just been error after error. Paid for a season pass which never appeared. Moving onto another app now.

Developers aren”t interested in feedback
Update Aug 2022-do the developers care about this game? No updates for over a year. Reviews say the same but all ignored. Such a pity because this really could be a perfect game if there re a few tweaks. Great game which mirrors board game perfectly. Only annoying thing is every single request for games appears on the list whether it is active, declined, or pending meaning I have to search for the active game I’m playing every single go. I don’t mind playing random games with other players I don’t know but if I decline a game I want it to disappear from the list. Once I’ve completed a game I don’t want that in the list. Can these be sorted into a more logistical order please. I’d give it 5 stars if this was amended.

All too often an opponent just disappears. Far too slow sadly. Get bored waiting so am closing down. Life is too short!

Keeps Freezing & giving 0 scores
This app was good for a few games, but less than 24hrs in it keeps freezing. It’s particularly bad when a tournament is running. I wish I could opt out of the tournament (it just adds one to the games at the bottom without me choosing to join). Also it will randomly place a 0 score when it shouldn’t be. Hopefully a bug fix will make this usable again
Time out needed
Great game to play, but completely ruined because it doesn’t time people out soon enough and you can wait days for an opponent to have a turn - and no way to end the game in the meantime. Also allows people to pay to cheat their way to victory by buying extra rolls. I appreciate that is how the game makes money, but little point trying to play fair when people suddenly buy themselves five of a kind on last roll every second game.

Way too many ads
Update Oct 2020: The number of ads decreased for a while but have now increased again AND have sound, even when playing with phone on silent and the sounds in the game turned off! Losing the inclination to play because of this even though this has been my favourite game for ages. Original review (May 19) The same ad keeps coming up 3-4 times during a tournament. I would call that overkill. And every time you go back to the menu you get an ad, even if you looked at the menu 10 seconds ago. It’s way too much and because it’s the same ad, gets VERY annoying! Without ads I’d give it 4 stars. There needs to be a shorter time limit on non-players. 24 hours is reasonable to see if they’re going to play or not. With no ads and shorter time limit on non-players I’d give this app 5 stars.

...except you don’t get to see your opponent playing, you don’t get to sharpen your addition skills, and you can buy a bonus roll for 15 points.

I find it interesting that one person continually gets 800 plus in both the one hour and 24 hour tournaments. I like the game but allowing cheating has to stop

Fun - but slow on loading
Fun, but slow on loading. Do wish there was a “speed game option” (both players commit to back and forth play for an hour, if someone stops play it’s a forfeiture)
Can’t play with family in the same house
Can not seem to be able to play with family in the same house. My husband downloaded game on his iPad signed in with his face book and it shows my game and the people I have played. It shows him playing him self. Don’t understand when he is logged I. With his and I am logged in with mine.

This game was fun. I was forced to purchase $8 worth of chips and this game is full of bugs. Repeatedly taking my chips.
Has Potential but No
If it had a time out for inactive opponents I would consider keeping this app. I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a game to finish because the other person walked away from their phone. I also don’t like that there is no solo play option. And the ads are a bit too much for me. If I wasn’t waiting on other players for so long I’d even consider purchasing it to get rid of the ads, but as it stands I might just delete the app all together.

Playing solo
I want to play solo. The only thing that looked like the way to play solo looked like a porn site that I cancelled out of. I don’t gamble and don’t invite people to play. Too cumbersome. Please fix or will delete Hopeless if have to wait for other players to be interested I do not comment often but this does not fill the bill.
