Got my new iPhone and now everything is pay for this pay for that. You can’t pick you ball weight or make your own curve for your ball to take. The old version was way better. I’m very disappointed.

New update harder to score?
I have played this game for a long time and was always able to shoot into the high 200s. Now all of a sudden, I’m lucky if I get over 100. I’m aiming from the same shots that I always did and now I’m getting 7–10 splits which I never got before.it’s really difficult to get a strike anymore. What the heck happened?
iOS 26 issues
Game quits frequently and iPhone 16 heats up big time. Processor is stressing!
Good game
This is a good game, I like it, while it may not be the same game as it was years ago, I still have a good time playing it and it works great on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, highly recommend if you’re looking for a bowing game
Paid version full of Ads
This paid version used to be a great a game with lots of fun decorated balls and creatively designed alleys. Now all balls and alleys have to be re-earned (bought with virtual earned coins) and you are annoyingly bombarded with ads that you can’t get rid of. Paid games with ad banners permanently on your game screen and sudden full pop up ads that you cannot close out of should not be allowed in a full paid version of any game. DELETED.
Fun game
Works perfectly on iPhone 6+. Curving the ball seems to only work one direction - left to right. The pin action violates the laws of physics on occasion. I think it's impossible to hit the pocket and take out ONLY the 1,3,5,&9 pins. 🤓
Rebuild completely ruined the game.
The old version of the game was FAR better. It had better physics, more features (customizable bowling balls, motion controls, trivia, etc) and had better graphics. The rebuild doesn’t have any of that.
I give this version of action bowling a three out of five stars.
This version will not let me customize bowling balls or music. Can someone fix that?

I always remembered playing this game when i was like 7 years old and i just couldn't stop playing it, its strange i still play it now, but at least nothing can stop me. (I am 14 now)
Another Good One has Died!
This new game is a joke. My average was about 170. Now it’s 124. I could get 1-2 strikes in a game. I have not had a strike in the last 9 games. Glad I did not shell out anything for this junk app.

Good to play on an Ipod touch but not an an Ipad - it's a low res picture! It's something to think about before spending $4.00 like I did for the full version. Awaiting free HD upgrade for what is otherwise a good game.

Avoid this waste
This game is crap. No consistency. I can bowl 22 strikes in a row in practice mode then go to game mode and throw the exact same way and not get more than 1 strike in the game. Go back to practice and throw stoke after strike. This game is a joke. I gave it several hours of playing time with nothing to show. Find a better game and avoid this waste of time.

The free was better. Don’t need all the options. Can’t get anywhere near the scores I got with original game. Probably going to delete this app and be done with it. Why do programmers always mess with what works? Goodbye!!!!!

I noticed that Trivia was removed but in the next version can you add trivia mode back in the game
The first game and sequel are the exact same software
You guys literally overwrote the first game with the same software as the same game. They are both identical to each other.

I haven't experienced any crashing. Perfectly good game for me. Just wish you could direct the ball more.
When it ain’t broke, why fix it?
Sorry, but the newly updated Action Bowl just isn’t doing it for me. The action was fairly realistic with the previous version but not so with this. Fortunately, I was able to turn off the extremely annoying music and sound effects.
Boring quickly
Gets boring very very quickly, played one round and was bored. Make multiplayer cuz you cant even play against a computer, about as much fun as playing bowling by yourself.
A good Classic
I remember this game years ago. I still play it today and I also like the fact there is a second version in a separate app. Usually I don’t see that a lot but it’s good. One classic and one that is newer
Old Version Far Better
I have an older version of this game on my iPhone 4 that I can still play. Imo the old version blows this one away. I recently upgraded my iPhone 7’s iOS & was disappointed that I was forced to this latest version of this game; will be going back to my old iPhone to play!

What where you guys thinking????? I used to love this game, but now can’t stand it! You changed the mechanics, the ball positioning, and made the touch mechanics too sensitive, should have left the game alone, been a long time player since I my got my iPhone2 back in 08 I am seriously thinking about deleting you’re app????
having trouble putting on ipod
I have downloaded this app, and whenever I try to put it on my ipod the app disapears, and I don't understand why this is happening.It has never happened to me before, I have reinstalled itunes and this has never happened to me. I have had this app beofore and it stayed and worked on my ipod, but why is it now disapering,it just will not stay on my ipod. Can anybody please help me.

A great app but since upgrading to iOS4 it will not work. Please fix!

Something has changed in this game. In the past, I bowled a perfect score all the time but Now, not even close. Also the ball curves on occasions and now there's more ads. So now I hardly use it.

What happened
This new version is terrible I had the original action bowling I tried the free version I like it so much that I purchase the payed version I loved it it was great I played and opened up all the different lanes and had most of the different bowling balls in my game. Now that version doesn’t work and the new one doesn’t transfer anything to the new app. I tried contacting the developer But none of the links work and they don’t seem to respond to all the low reviews. I wish they had not disabled the original version I want to play it again. I don’t play the new version at all. I tried it and don’t like the controls for the curves and other changes.The game play Isn’t fun anymore. Give us back the original game or make the new one more like the original and give me back all the extras I earned over the years. Please respond to our concerns.
