The update really cleaned up the GUI and how it reads the DB from Dropbox.
Crashes after selecting any entry on IOS 15.5
This app hasn’t been recompiled in a long time…. Cmmon author… how about just a simple re-build… Then it might work? It is 5 years old!
Great in iOS9, not so much in iOS10 (yet)
This version is currently buggy if run on iOS10, but seems awesome in iOS9. I only gave this 4/5 stars because of the bugs that will eventually get ironed out. I maintain my Keepass database on my Mac, save it to the cloud, and access the cloud-based file via my iPhone. This method has served me well for years. For anyone interested in buying this, please understand a little about its origins.... Keepass is free software with variants that run on PC, Mac & Linux. The developer of iKeepass wanted to maintain this free software model but couldn't get it through Apple's strict vetting process UNTIL he slapped a menial $.99 price on it (then suddenly Apple OK'd the app to appear on the App Store). I don't think the developer is getting rich off of purchases. In fact, I'm amazed he continues to update the app. Regardless, new versions keep coming. And that is the thing you should focus on when deciding to buy. If you're looking for a "One password program to rule them all" solution (iThing, Mac, PC and Linux), this is a great investment. The database file generated is cross-compatible between the different distributions. Yes, if you have iOS10 this current version isn't great... but the developer will almost certainly adjust in the not too distant future.
Sync issues
Dropbox sync does not work in iOS 11. Otherwise the app is pretty good.
Latest update
The latest version has broken integration with Dropbox. Other then that i really like this app, and it functions well.
Works perfectly for me
It is sad that there was issues in the past with this app cause it is working quite well for me today... It's score / rank / review should be way better imo. I was looking for an app that can bring my password list from drop box and update with the changes I do anywhere else and it does it perfectly and way better than other apps i've tried.
Dropbox sync broken
Used to work great then an update broke Dropbox sync. You can no longer sync to your password file if it’s on Dropbox. I’ve had to delete this app now and find something else. Pity, I liked it, it was easy to use and originally worked well
Very welcome interface update
As a happy user of iKeePass since many years now, to get a mobile access to my Dropbox-based password vault, I thank you for this brand new interface! I just had to relink my kbdx file and here I go … A few translations missing in some screens (German instead of English) but overall it looks good
No iMac
Nice app for iPhone and iPad. I just bought a iMac desktop and there is no KeePass for it. I will be looking for a new app now to store my passwords. It will take me hours to input the hundreds of sites and passwords I have stored on KeePass.
Cautiously optimistic
I have yet to fully test this to see if adding an entry will corrupt the DB (like it has been doing for the last three years), but so far so good. New design is such a departure from the old design that it took some convincing that I was still dealing with the same app. The app required a refresh of the DropBox settings to access the DB correctly, but this kind of quirk should be expected after 4+ years of no changes or updates. If the dev continues with updates, I will be very happy with the app, as it has been my go-to password database despite its *prior* propensity to corrupt the DB when updating it.
Fantastic program works great with Dropbox
This is one of the best little programs ever written, works great with Dropbox and other computers including Mac I highly recommend this to anyone looking for password storage across all platforms for windows and Mac - obviously this is for iPhone and ipad but the database is updated on any platform that you use
Used to be great
Loved this app, used it for years. Dropbox sync stopped working with the iOS 11 version. Wish I could go back to the old version.
Great, needs iOS 8 update
Works as it should, I use it with a database synced from Dropbox. The interface is still an iOS 5-ish design though, so it looks a bit dated on a newer iPad. However with the release of iOS 8, the thing to make it perfect would be extension support to fill in passwords straight from Safari.
Is this safe to use?
I love this app and the Dropbox integration works great, but this version seems suspicious. The links to author support are broken, redirect to another website and other website sections have no updates for several years. I am not comfortable opening up my secure database until the author confirms the legitimacy of this update.
Great Update with minor bugs
Got my databases syncing with Dropbox no problem. Just had to re add them. Issues I see are the Touch ID support doesn't seem to want to stay when I enable it and at the top the two options which I'm guessing are finished and abort are in German. The UI is looking great!

PLEASE Fix the sync with Dropbox
I have been using this for years. Whole family uses it. Now, it won’t sync with Dropbox. Please, please fix it - and when you do, please remove the German from the English version.
Does what I needed it to do.
I wanted to be able to access my kdbx 2.x keepass database on my third generation ipad, which is stored in my Dropbox area. I downloaded it and had it open within a few minutes of working out how to set it up. It is very simple to use, but what is there is not explained eg what is 'optional password and key file' for? When I added my long and complex database password, it told me it wasn't secure! This feature needs explaining. Overall, very happy.
Need update
I'm using the keepass in my pc. But stop to use it in my iPhone because it needs updates. Supports to google drive, etc. I'm staring to use 1Password
iOS 10 bug
Effective with iOS 10, the show password feature no longer works correctly. Copy to Clipboard does work, however. Passwords can then be pasted into a Note.
Works great with Keepass kdb database
Just purchased the app. I work in IT. I found it easy to link to my keepass ".kdb" file hosted in dropbox. After you add database, you close the "add database" screen & click on your database at home screen. You will be prompted to enter your master keepass password and then bingo! I also updated the database with my Ipad by adding an entry to the keepass database. It quickly saves the entry to the kdb file stored in dropbox. I then accessed the database with this app on my iphone & immediately saw the update to the database. I am satisfied for what this app does. It could use a quick launch feature.
Makes no sense
I spent the .99 cents and downloaded the app but I can’t figure out how to use it. There are no instructions to speak of to help someone with setting it up. Very disappointing.
AES seulement

IOS 10
Show password no longer works, the button moves and goes green but you have to paste password in a note to view it. When is the ETA for a fix?
Needs updating
Could use updates and better functionality, like ability to not re-require authentication within one minute, or show only newest entry for a password there are multiple items. Dropbox support is nice.
Works Flawlessly Day-in and Day- out
I've been using this app for a year now. Every time I access it from my iPhone, iPad, or PC my passwords are up-to-date and synced between devices. I use it several times a day couldn't recommend it high enough.
No Longer Works with IOS 11 and Dropbox
The beauty of KeePass is that you can link it to your Dropbox account and then sync between devices and computers. Not sure if it was IOS 11, Dropbox, or an update pushed out but it no longer syncs or links to Dropbox. It will Just error out. I have moved to MyKeePass for now until I find a better app.

IOS10 Upgrade database issues
Two days ago when I upgraded my iPad to iOS10 I did not realize the effect it would have on my iKeePass database. Logging into iKeePass and viewing all the various companies and sites in which I work with is not an issue. However, the sole reason all these places exist in the database is no longer operational. Selecting the 'On' to view the password for a specific database entry does not display the password. Selecting 'On' does change the button color from gray to green, but not having the password is really the heart of the issue. After all this is a password database. Somehow I now have to reset all passwords and store them else where. Please fix this issue soon.
a little tricky
I’ve used KeePass in one form or another for 5+ years - the’ve always been fine once you get them working. OS upgrades can cause issues and the software itself def lacks support as is generally expected. I just had to reinstall the App to get it to recognize a dropbox file — and if you don’t type in the correct password it just shows a blank database w/o any error message - no “you’ve typed an incorrect password” - not user friendly but effective.

V3 Broken DropBox API V1 retired
I used to use this application to access my password database over DropBox but in Nov 2017 DropBox retired their V1 API and this application has not been able to sync my DropBox database since that time. This would be a 4 star app if it worked with DropBox - and that is only because some of the UI is in German and can be confusing for non-German speaking users
Finaly good
Finally this app deserve a 5 stars. It works well and I love new GUI. For five stars, it needs write mode. Not only read mode.
Not easy to use
I have MacPass for my laptop and thought since they were related, this program would be an easy addition for my iPad. Could not be more wrong. No instructions, not intuitive to set up or use, could not load passwords in easily. Gave up and trashed program from my tablets after having on my surface after second day — just too cumbersome to set up and use. Will find something easier. Sorry, still looking. Don’t waste your time.
Bug...
When you modify a record, and a field is empty, ikeepass write in this field another data from an another record. Drop box dupplicate the file AND after the file is corrupted too on my iMac. My database is corrupted now ;-(
Interestingly different experience to the other reviewers
I think it's great! Dropbox integration is excellent, I now have a single database which is constantly updatable from any of my PCs and viewable from all of my devices (iPhone and iPad) instantly. Fantastic effort for 69p.
Last update broke
Parts of app in German now, the viewport makes it hard to type in url's, and I am no longer able to open my database via http. Last update worked fine. :/
Does not support kdbx file format
The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is the lack of support for the kdbx (Keepass v2.x) file format. This means I find myself constantly exporting to kdb format, and can't update anything from my iPad.
DO NOT UPDATE!
Made the update to the latest version, as usual... but I'm no longer able to open my KeePass file!! File is sitting in DropBox, the app fetches the latest version, but it keeps saying "UNKNOWN ERROR" after typing the password. The same file DOES open on my PC. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Works as advertised
iKeepass may not have the most intuitive interface but as the only Keepass game in the iPhone town, it does the job. Working fine with Dropbox public folder.
Tight
This app is awesome...GUI exact same as original sourceforge version. Ignore the developers' translation and short description...you can't ask for much more on a password app...keep at it Karsten, utilities always take a while to get off the ground. Signed...a diehard KeePass user.

Documentation
Although lacking in documentation this app works perfectly on the iPhone. I had to search the web to find how to install and link to my Dropbox etc, although this was pretty easy to do once I found a helpful third party site. Just wish KeePass would work properly on my iMac !
Disappointed no local db
I was very disappointed that there is no local db option. I do not trust storing so much access information on the net. The encryption used is good, not great. I understand the US export restrictions on encryption so did not expect better but did expect a local option.
A promising start
Well pleased to have access to my KeePass database on my iPhone, even if it is only read-only for now. Current version (1.2) has only one noticeable bug - if a folder contains sub-folders but no password entries, the folder contents is inaccessible. Easy workaround - place a dummy entry in the folder. Also note that if you're sharing one database with another device and you always want to see updates you've made there, you'll need to switch off 'Use Local Database' to force it to re-download the database file. Conversely, whilst you've made no updates you can switch this feature on to speed up opening.

Totally broken
I have been a user for years and this new update doesn't work at all. It keeps telling me to download the database from Dropbox with no clear way how. Anything I try to do from every angle doesn't allow me to open my database. It is literally unusable!!
It works
I gave this a go today despite the several negative reviews and am delighted to report that the latest version (2nd June) worked flawlessly and quickly. I did have to export my kdbx (v2) file to kdb (v1), but that was expected. This latest version has a built in http server to make the file transfer easy, and it was. Haven't used it much, but an early request is that the size of the comments box be increased, or at least made scrollable. I tend to use this box a fair bit on the main PC database and not all the lines are visible in iKeePass. Still, it is great to have all my passwords to hand and I hope further improvements will be forthcoming.
Performance improved, still unintuitive
The new GUI feels much smoother but is so weirdly designed... This is the 3rd major GUI redesign (within 7 updates, over less than 2 years) since I bought iKeepass a couple years ago (when it was pretty much the only Keepass app for iOS). Author seems to work on it very sporadically and competition released better products over time. I recommend KyPass (best) or MiniKeepass (free) rather than iKeepass at the moment.
Needs work
It does what i need. Not intuitive though. Here's how you make it work: 1. Keepass v1.x (kdb) in dropbox public folder 2. Log into dropbox website 3. Navigate to public folder 4. View public URL for file 5. Launch ikeepass 6. Enter URL in server field without filename (click edit button) 7. Click + button to add 8. Enter db name (name.kdb) Note #1: Set "use local db" to No to synch newest file from dropbox(need wifi or data plan... ) Note #2: You can create a trigger in keepass 2.x to auto export the kdb to your dropbox (google keepass export trigger) -not much functionality, but clean and allows you to view keepass files -Currently has a bug where my entries have to be under the General group, I can't navigate other groups.
