The more you play the odds are that you always lose. This game is definitely rigged
Bugs fixed, but support is lacking
The reported bugs were fixed in the latest update, and the game is much better now. But despite trying to contact their support multiple times, I was never recompensated for the 1,000,000 chips that were lost due to the previous bugs. Overall a solid game now, but don't expect support to respond or assist if things go sideways due to coding issues.
Unrealistic gaming
This is not even fun. The dealer will rarely bust. Will often get Blackjack when you, the player, have 19 or 21. You will bust 85% if the time following the master players rules and guidance. Do not use to is if you are practicing for the real thing. You will lose your shirt. I’m giving two stars because it used to be fun. And I’ve been able to keep some type of balance while other apps have just eaten up the chips and made me pay to continue to play sonI deleted all of those apps. I haven’t had do delete this one…. Yet.

They say this is not rigged I care to differ. I play a lot of black jack and never in my life have I seen a dealer pop off 21s with 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 showing. And when I have a 20. It’s a fun game to play but it’s not by any means legit
The Best but Buggy
This app is the best for learning and practicing blackjack, especially for card-counting. However, there are several technical and functional issues. For instance, the program requires users to re-enable “Turbo Mode” in the settings each time they leave and return to the table screen. Additionally, the video animations are visually unstable and lack smoothness, making them somewhat difficult to watch. Furthermore, the card count occasionally appears to be inaccurate—only sometimes off by one following split hands—for an unspecified reason. The application would achieve near perfection if users could adjust several key gameplay parameters within the settings. These should include deck penetration, table minimum and maximum limits, the option to play two hands simultaneously, and the ability to split up to four times. It would also be valuable to include a mode featuring a continuous shuffle machine, which would enable statistical comparisons with a traditional shoe and deepen players’ understanding of varying game conditions. Another inconsistency concerns payout rules. The application currently awards a 3:2 payout for blackjack achieved after splitting aces, a policy that diverges from standard casino practice. In most real-world casinos, blackjack after splits pays 1:1 rather than 3:2, reflecting industry norms. Despite these shortcomings, it remains better than all other blackjack apps available.
Minimum bets increased 10x
Yeah I’m uninstalling this. You just upped the minimum bets by 900% making the game unplayable without in app purchases. If I wanted to get railed like this I’d go to the actual casino.. at least then I’d have a chance of actually getting something in return for my money 👎👎
Good time killer
Fun game. Great way to kill time. The only I think I felt was odd was that every 4th card was ALWAYS a face card or a 10 card.
Why the huge minimums?

Real money for fake chips
No I’m not going to spend real money on fake chips at a fake blackjack table. Are you crazy? I wanted to play a game. You don’t charge money to play Solitaire or FreeCell! You gotta be kidding.
No internet
A few days ago (I believe Friday, May 26, not sure), I also got a “No Internet Connection” message. It was intermittent once or twice, the has been permanent since Friday or so. Hasn’t connected since. I have closed the app, rebooted my iPhone, went to airplane mode and back with no luck. All my other apps and functions have had full internet connectivity the whole time. I have tried different Wi-Fi networks, and have turned off Wi-Fi to just use my carrier’s cell phone signal. Again no luck. I don’t have any antivirus or spam blockers installed. The app worked fine before that. I didn’t make any changes, upgrades, or install any new apps during the time it went out. It does appear there is a problem with the app not connecting with your servers. The only thing I haven’t tried is deleting the app and reinstalling. I am afraid of losing my chips. Hope this helps, and you are able to find a solution soon! Update June 28, 2023. It looks like Internet access has finally been restored! Thanks!

Good but not the best.
This app is great but as mentioned, there are statistically impossible losing streaks that frequently happen (losing 15-20 hands in a row). Im convinced it’s for revenue. The advice is only accurate for the original two cards you’re dealt and not afterwards. This leads to inaccurate advice streaks/advice percentage. The game also doesn’t allow you to re-split hands which is not realistic and should be easily programmed in the game.
No internet connection
Echoing the remarks from at least one other reviewer, I can’t get past the “no internet connection” stop. I know I have a connection. Tried different places. Different days. Been going on for weeks now. Shame. I enjoy playing this from time to time. Now it’s a no-go.
Best Blackjack, but has some errors
I think this is the best blackjack app, mostly because you can change the table rules. I also love the advice button, but it’s not always accurate. For example, when you hit a soft total hand, and still have a soft total, it will always give the wrong advice for your second move. There are a few other examples for a multi deck table where the dealer hits on a soft 17. Also, the game overpays by one additional bet on a double down. So a double down win pays 3:1. This is great for the player as it tips the odds significantly in your favor so if you play every hand correctly you will always come out ahead, eventually. However, it will give you unrealistic expectations if you’re practicing to play at a casino.

Seriously this app just started randomly overriding the mute and playing sound on the ads. Seriously? Was loving the app but may have to delete if this doesn’t stop asap.
Last update was horrible
Have loved this app for years but the last update was horrible. The gameplay is frustratingly slow, the card animation takes so long, the flashy stars when you win a hand are obnoxious, and it lost my “no ads” status. Please fix the horribly slow animations and speed up the game back to what it was.

Shuffling is done too early in shoe, ruins chances at counting cards
I find that I get shuffling between 45-65% penetration. Isnt a normal shuffle supposed to be 75% penetration? In my opinion, it totally obliterates any chance you have at counting. If you’re counting cards or using other software, your odds should get better as the shoe gets deeper (since you have the opportunity to get a higher count with more cards played). Fyi, shuffling sooner is a tactic real casinos use to reduce the players edge. Real casinos can have it set at 50% to completely ruin a chance that an advantaged player has at playing a winning game. I suspect this app does it as to not let the player win more and in theory more in app chips bought. In this app, a 50% penetration is not uncommon. I do find losing streaks to be long. I do also find crazy dealer hands hit (like 8 card 21’s). It does feel to happen more often than it should. I would love to see multi-hand splits. Also if you split on aces and get a 10 its considered a blackjack. My local casino has that as even money.
