Very bad service !
absolutely terrible. My order arrived an hour and a half later than the promised delivery time. In total, I waited more than two hours. I contacted customer support three times, and none of the agents were able to help or provide any useful information. I also submitted a complaint, but nobody ever contacted me. Honestly, this is a very poor service, and I do not recommend using this app.
The worst experience
I ordered food from 11:20 p.m and the food hasn’t come yet and it’s already 2:30 a.m.

The worst app ever
Terrible app and even worse customer support. They ignore complaints, never follow up, and take no action to solve problems. I waited for hours, received no proper assistance, and my order was canceled without informing me or apologizing. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this app.

Zero stars. Rude support and fake excuses
Total disaster for a first order. They kept changing the excuse for why my order will be delayed; first blaming the restaurant, then blaming a lack of delivery captains within the area. When I asked for a refund, they told me it takes 14 days. The support agent was extremely rude, refused to tell me his name, and claimed I couldn't speak to a manager. Unbelievably awful.

جرب تتواصل معاهم مستحيل ولو تواصلوا هم معاك ودا بيكون علشان يلغوا أوردر بعد انتظار ساعة ، يبعتوا يلغوا وبعدها مهما تكلمهم على الرقم ميردوش دا غير إنهم رجعوا فلوس الأوردر على محفظة البرنامج والمطعم اللي بطلب منه فلوسه كاش ومش مستفيد منها

No customer service
It was good app to order. I was ordering continuesly now but today is bad experience from the app. customer service is bad. No answer no reply. And delivery guy also they don’t have enough balance with them and doesn’t give balance and tell he put it in my wallet and still this guy he doesn’t put my balance cash of my todays order in my hurryapp wallet.
