Feedback
FARY taxi is convenient and reasonably priced
Unreliable booking process and constant driver cancellations
I am very disappointed with the user experience on the Fary app. Whenever I try to book a ride, my request gets passed around to nearly 20 different drivers before I actually get one. To make matters worse, a driver will accept the booking and then cancel it shortly after, sending me back into a endless loop of waiting. The process is frustrating and completely unreliable when you need a quick ride.
Based on my experience.
When I read reviews, I thought this app is totally useless. But when I use it is really good. In two months I use it ,multiple thimes booked. Everytime easy to get driver, price is reasonable. I had used Grab since 4 or 5 years ago. I have some disappointing.
Bad Review
I wanna really appreciate the local made but it just sucks. Grab taxi is just way better, stricter policies and I feel more safe riding via Grab Taxi. Fary on the other hand has less stricter policies so most car doesn’t have Aircon and charge more prices than Grab.
Incorrect location
When I tried to call taxi, it shows me different location from my real location. It should be fixed asap.
Best service platform
Good reliable local applications service , but there is some technical issues sometimes but it’s okay to use it , coz they have 24/7 call center operators to take care of the customer. I love it
Worst service app!
Drivers are not professional and don’t respect time & customers. They cancel anytime they want.Company’s service is also too bad.Too bad! Some drivers so rude and don’t have work ethic.Company is not specific and strict with choosing drivers, they choose whoever they want. The worst application in Myanmar!I don’t recommend it.

FARY
Good service
Useless App
This app is totally useless. The drivers always decline my requests, and I never get a ride. That’s why I always choose Grab instead. Grab is a hundred times better than this app.
Safe Rides
Thanks for creating this app. It helps me reach my destination safely❤️
App cannot open
Stupid app cannot open, keep redirecting to setting page and stuck at splash screen.
great service
Customer support is very good
Drivers charge more money
WARNING!!!!!! PLS READ THIS. ALERT!!!!!! Yesterday, I have to go to a wedding, so I booked a kilo taxi, and the total is 5000ks,then when I got into the car. The driver said he have to go to the bathroom. So I was like ok. Then he didn’t even go to the bathroom. He just drive to somewhere and another, just to waste time and IMPORTANTLY MORE Money. Because the more he go. The more money he can charge. I got late to my destination and the normal total is 5000ks and the amount he charged is 10000ks.. So So annoying. I got late to my wedding.
Best Choice To Ride
FARY made me feel safe every time.
Wasted
So many promotions yet no functioning service. Attract drivers, not customers, so that they are willing to accept the booking!
