Reliable and affordable service.
For me the experience has been very smooth so far. I like the app interface and the service. Moreover, restaurants are much affordable on the app than other delivery apps. I hope they continue giving the same discounts. My monthly food expense has gone down drastically since the app launched. Thanks Keeta!

O app é legal até seu pedido vir errado
O meu pedido veio errado, o local mandou o pedido faltando, meu pedido de reembolso ao Keeta primeiro foi negado e depois reembolsaram R$5,00 de uma pedido de R$70,00 alegando que era o proporcional aos descontos.
Atendimento uma bosta
Suporte demorado, demoraram pra atender, meu pedido foi roubado, não me reembolsaram, eles viram que o cara marcou como entregue antes de beber na minha casa e basicamente problema é meu, nunca mais uso essa bosta.

Missing order in the delivery
So poor delivery service and worst customer service- i have ordered 4 items from the restaurant and got only 3. One item was missing then i contacted to keeta customer service 4 times everytime different agent chat with me, issue still persist and not resolved. This is 2 time 2nd time happened. First time when i received missing item i ignored i thought it happened by mistake… ##shame shame keeta

Em dois pedidos seguidos, antes de fazer o pedido estava um prazo de até 35 minutos, depois do pedido feito, alterou o prazo para 1:30h 🤡🤡

Pathetic
⭐️ 1 STAR — And Honestly, Even That Feels Generous. I have never reviewed a food delivery app before. This is genuinely the first time I have felt compelled to write one, simply because I have had MULTIPLE appalling experiences with this service. First of all, your app doesn’t even allow customers to pin their precise location properly because of what appears to be a basic glitch. Then, even when you send clear instructions to the driver BEFORE placing the order, they are apparently incapable of reading, understanding, or following them. The messages are completely ignored, the instructions are disregarded, and you are left dealing with the same unnecessary problems over and over again. The service is unbelievably pathetic and unprofessional. The drivers are equally frustrating, with extremely poor communication and seemingly no effort to understand or follow basic customer instructions. At this point, using this app feels like an exercise in wasting your own time and patience. This is not a one-off bad experience. It is a repeated pattern, and the fact that nothing seems to improve makes it even worse. I am uninstalling this app and will never use it again. I will also actively advise everyone I know NOT to use it. There are plenty of delivery services out there, and I see absolutely no reason to tolerate this level of incompetence. Quite frankly, I have rarely seen a delivery business operate with such a complete lack of professionalism. If this is the standard you intend to maintain, I genuinely cannot see this business going very far. Customers deserve better than this.

Worst experience with the Delivery
They have promised delivery of order as one hour from 12:57pm of order id 6733. They have delayed for more than 2 hours, and Jen incall the customer service agent, their response is very bad. They don’t have courtesy towards customers.

Customer service agents don’t even talk properly. They tend to close the chat without providing any legit solution and flood it with auto generated messages without even listening to the real issue.

After multiple incidents of failed delivery and lack of support i have decided to part ways with keeta app!! I have enjoyed the deliveries when made right and appreciated the delivery partners efforts. However the lack of support from the keeta management and the “customer care” when an issue happened, have made me think about this and have decided to stop using thai app. Good luck to keeta management and customer care
