Lebensbescheinigung via VIVESS
Hat alles super einfach geklappt. 2 Minuten und fertig. Kein Gang mehr zum Rathaus und Porto fürs hinschicken.
Doesn’t work
Tried it so many times, even just last week doesn’t work !
Schnell und einfach
Alles was man angeben muss funktioniert einwandfrei. Die App könnte jedoch noch Bedienungsfreundlicher sein
Unglaublich
Da teilt man mit, dass etwas nicht funktioniert. Und bekommt eine unverschämte Antwort von Apple, dass würde die Regeln verletzen. Das nenne ich Kritik Unfähigkeit. Da erwarte ich einen anderen Service.
Is this a scam?
Is this secretly taking photos of my passport and selling them to the dark market because after 2 years of trying it still says it doesn’t read it despite countless times trying from countless devices.
Great idea. Unfortunately doesn’t work.
From Australia. Only option is Drivers License or passport. Needs to include Photo Identification Card for those who don’t have a licence. Regardless, can’t go any further than trying to fit it in the frame. 😕
Useless
No matter what device in no matter what light this app still can not read a Spanish passport.
App does not work ever
I’ve attempted to use VIVESS app several times over the past year, and it continuously fails. I have had no success with support when I asked for help.
Constant Error
Every time I go through the process at the final stage after everything says done, I get an error and can not proceed. How do you fix it?
Doesn’t work!
When I try to scan drivers license, it doesn’t detect it. I’ve tried other forms of identity but thinks the front of the document is the back. If I could rate minus stars I would, unfortunately I can’t rate less than 1 star.
Doesn’t work
Why have they bothered with this, it’s totally useless
Still does not work
So far every version has failed to recognize Australian Drivers Licence and does not consistently work with passport either depending on the shiny surface of the document. Error 20 always appears after successfully taking your photo. This app is a waste of time for the elderly if it does not work correctly.
De de vida
This app is terrible it cuts you off before you can finish! How can the elderly use it when it’s useless.
Does Not Work!!
I have made so many attempts within the last two months to use this App but it always crashes.
