Information not accurate and stealing money out of my bank account
I got this on a free trial which expires on the 16th. It is now the 15th and my subscription in the free trial. Period all the questions I asked it was wrong and then when I canceled it, they charged me $11. And change totally ridiculous. Now I have to spend my time to try to get my money back.

日本語でやりとりをしていたはずが、何故か急に英語での返答しかしなくなります。もちろん、言語の設定は日本語にしているのですが、それでもそうなります。一度、中国語や英語に切り替えてから日本語の設定に戻してもそうなります。

Leider bezahlt man für die App aber funktioniert es jeden zweiten Tag, am sonst kommt immer eine Meldung, dass der Server überlastet ist!!!!! Dachte 1-2 Tagen ist noch ok, aber über Wochen nervt es, wenn du was dringendes brauchst. „Wir haben eine außergewöhnlich hohe Nachfrage, und der Server ist derzeit überlastet. Das Technikteam arbeitet daran, das Problem zu beheben. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal. Sollte das Problem weiterhin bestehen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Help Center.“ ABER DAS GELD WIRD ABGEBUCHT!!!!

Wrote in to ask why I was charged even though cancelled upon 3-day trial being done. No one ever responded and have now tried three times via the “Contact Us” tab. No real people to actually offer support.

Anfangs gut, nach einer Stunde aber nicht mehr nutzbar.
Habe die App ungefähr eine Stunde ausgiebig genutzt und sie hat bis dahin auch sehr gut funktioniert, seit dem bekomme ich auf jede Frage nur noch die Antwort „ Oops! Too many requests, try again later.“ obwohl ich das Abo für unlimitierte Fragen am laufen habe, schade.

Repeated downloads
Only had a week and requires multiple downloads to work. Told me I needed to up grade to pro when I already had subscription. Text does not seem as usable as lasts weeks version in an effort to curb use in marked environments? Dunno but not saving me time the same way.
