I subscribed for a week and lost the episodes I had already earned.

Won’t open!
You had a really great looking video advertised on Facebook. since I don’t click on links on Facebook, I came to Apple and downloaded it. The app won’t open.! It goes to a black page that should be opening and then it does nothing I’ve tried 10 times. SHAME IS
Flex app
This is a great app for reading good free books and I always enjoy each one I read…
Ripped off!
Made the purchase based on how many episodes I would get for that amount. I was able to watch one episode then my credits mysteriously disappeared. Meets the definition of theft!

Scammed out of £49.99
This app is either run by scammers or incompetent people who can’t be bothered to answer 3 separate support claims. I spent £49.99 on a monthly subscription. Money deducted and the monthly VIP never came through. Use other apps instead that are just as badly priced but at least deliver what you paid for.
More rewards
Some of the shows are duplicated and rewards do not cover a new episode daily

Too hard to earn points
Every 2-3 minutes, I have to watch an adds for a minute to get back to watch. After I login with FB, it completely crashes and forced me to watch all over again from the very beginning. Wasted hours of my time.

Months subscription
It’s a shame more English stories aren’t uploaded each month. The likelihood of me subscribing up again is dwindling as I count down to the expiry day! I don’t mind watching the Chinese ones but the subtitles distract from what your watching and then some English dubbed ones aren’t as sold.
Great idea! Outrageous prices.
I really enjoyed using this app, and I even paid the outrageous subscription for a while, but the ridiculous price meant I had to cancel the subscription. It’s around £1,000 a year, to watch short films. Granted the films are great, but no streaming service warrants a thousand pounds a year!!!! I think a lot of people would agree with me. Developers - lower the subscription cost to maybe £8 a week or £20 a month, then I will consider subscribing again. And to be honest, you will make more money as you’ll get more subscribers. Let me know when your subscription is a reasonable price please?
Good
Gooo
Too expensive, end on cliffhangers
App charges ridiculous amounts for episodes and the series never end properly, they’re just continuous cliffhangers

Frustrating, over priced, incomplete and unusable
£29.99 a week to continue watching a film which was incomplete after the last episode! Most of what you see as on offer to watch is just a trailer and the rest is all in another language and subtitled. I think these short film apps must all be the same people. Great concept but so poorly executed.

Great platform

I was really enjoying watching all these dramas but all of sudden it stop working please fix it
Prices
Downloaded the app, saw the prices thought hell no I’m not being ripped off, deleted app realising I could go cinema for cheaper, watch on a big screen eating popcorn 😂
