I too had problems pairing. I did have the charging cable linked to device when I tried to pair. As soon as I took it out all was good and I got it sorted. Not sure if this helps you but give it a go
Sky doorbell
The camera picture is fine but sensor doesn’t pick anyone up straight away coming up the path till at the door ? Then the microphone doesn’t always work,missed parcels being delivered my wife is disabled so not fit for purpose
Sky Glass
Smart Doorbell, while watching Sky Glass/Stream is there any possibility of a mini screen popping up on your television if the Smart Doorbell is activated? I’m sure this would be useful for older users and those with mobility issues. Perhaps popping up for 30 seconds to a minute?
No more RING DOORBELL
Just changed from Ring to Sky doorbell So much easier to set up No messing around with screws when battery Goes Still have Ring on back garden which works great with Spotlights hoping Sky do the same in the future

Cant even log into my account on it, utter useless! Do not but the doorbell from these guys you have been warned. If zero stars was an option it would have got that 👎

For a doorbell it’s good but Need to have the option to change notification sound on iPhone. Someone pressing the doorbell should ring on phone but it’s just standard notification sounds. Needs sorting
Not brilliant
I extended the Ethernet so The chime is now closer to the doorbell-but still it won’t show me who has been at the door - sometimes it does and sometimes it just won’t it’s very frustrating to be honest I’ve rebooted a few times but still not great
Never worked
Purchased a doorbell 3 weeks ago however this app has never worked! Avoid like the plague!

Happy with my doorbell and indoor camera. Only problem is the picture quality isn’t that great compared to my previous doorbell.
No help at all
Got this, won’t log in. Told they would phone, haven’t. I called again, apparently I’ll get a message when it’s working ?! 2 weeks, nothing. Genuinely the worst customer service for a massive tech company I’ve seen. Then they have the cheek to charge a quid less for new customers…..
Hard to set up
The chime has to be by the router. This means the chime has to be in the same room. This is not convenient. I’m not happy either my purchase I’ve finally managed to install. I’ve had to buy a really long Ethernet cable so I can have the chime in a room where I can hear it. Still can’t get it to record though. I’ll ask my daughter. I’m getting old lol
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t log in no matter what, apparently known issue for weeks but still selling the doorbell, been told 7-10 days till issue fixed, won’t hold my breath going by reviews from a month ago says 7-10 days to fix and still not fixed, and the the reply below I have contact yourselfs and that’s what yous have told me it just doesn’t work poor service expected better from sky
Please improve
I’m now on my second doorbell and chime unit! The 1st would not hold a connection with the chime. The 2nd unit works fine but has shown there are issues with the app itself. The bell is very laggy and most delivery drivers are long gone by the time a connection is made. This is now made worse by the app logging me out every few hours. To make matters worse staff have little to no knowledge of the product and their default is to just send out a replacement device. They have never asked for the old equipment to be returned which speaks volumes!!
it’s 2026 FFS!
The shortest possible power and data leads and no means of powering main doorbell beyond its short battery. Oh and unable to extend system as none of the components are available to buy separately. Genius!
Almost good
Battery lasts around 5 days despite everything turned off. Unable to set Activity Zone, sure to error message appearing every time trying to save. Looking for an alternative video doorbell, which is unfortunate.

DO NOT BUY - sky actively let me pay and receive something that I can’t even set up as their app is broken and they have no timeline for repair! Yet I can’t cancel it and order a different make for home security as I can’t cancel the sky one until I’ve set it up! Go figure!! Diabolical service and very sneaky still selling them! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY

App opens fast however the live video does not open fast enough .
This app is rubbish
This app is rubbish, contacted sky and was told they are working on it but i have paid for the doorbell that wont work without the app so not impressed with the way sky sell items before the app is up and running properly Sort it out sky or the doorbell will be returned.
Not happy
I’m not happy with it ever since I’ve got it. It doesn’t keep its charge. Be honest it’s been a bloody nightmare with it. I’m not happy. Thought I was getting a good deal but doesn’t look like it.
