So easy to use .
Not great
The services partnered in this app have appalling reviews on trust pilot. Things like making people mental health worse. Taking money from people without permission. So I can’t use any of it. Very sad and not helpful at all. Box ticking by the nhs. No actual help.

Finding it hard to log in my correct shifts as this app seems to not recognise anything other than full time hours .
Can’t enter information
The last question asking for more detail for the employer is impossible to complete as the box you write in is hidden behind the keypad that pops up on you phone. This makes it impossible and frustrating even if you were well, never mind when you are so unwell you are needing to report a day off work

Put in my email address and saying wrong email and can’t get any help as to be able to change it

Hard to use
Good shape has too many sections to complete. It is so difficult to submit a few days sickness - I rarely have time off/use GoodShape and am frustrated that it is this complicated.
Certificate issue
This is the first time I have used the app. I’m using it because unwell and my employer requires me to do so. Unfortunately, having registered and downloaded the app, I find that its security certificate is out of date. So I cannot use it.
Not working since update
Since the update a couple of days ago I have noticed that the app is not loading properly. I’m not sure how to contact the developers apart from here. I am using an iPhone if it helps. This is the first time I have had a problem using the app.
App is okay
Entering sickness episodes is easy enough after you get registered. However, the search function is ridiculous. Searching "cough" comes up with suicidal thoughts?? Very strange.
Never respond to my access request
I have been trying to get into my account For over a month emailed twice to get a reset but no response To my email poor communication

I am on the sick , I have a sick note off the doctor saying I am unfit for work so why do I have to fill this in every day and what happens if the tasks it tells me to do go against what the doctor or consultant advise

I did have a problem with the text size being too large, meaning I couldn’t see past the first page. However, the Developer was kind enough to email me and explain I needed to change my phone settings to a smaller text size. Problem solved!
Useless App
Useless app with a poor design framework, another corporate gimmick that does not even line up with trust policy and does nor guarantee safeguards to protect data.
Unable to use
Locked out of account and tried to phone to log an absence this morning and got an automated message saying to use the app then line was cut. If we don’t log our absences, it’s a serious matter with our managers. I’ve tried other options to get through to someone and been on hold for 30 minutes whilst being ill laid in my bed!!
Unable to select dates or times
I have been unsuccessful in reporting my absence through the website that we are encouraged to use. I’m unable to move the page to select a return to work date and time, so can’t move through the reporting process. The people manning the phones will put under pressure as a result.
Pathetic
It’s asking you to do things that you already know when you’re ill. Everything is common sense. When you can’t be arsed with stupid notifications and just recover, you don’t need it. You get notifications all year round for no reason. Can’t believe my employer has bought into this garbage.
