Dear team; Earlier version of the app was much useful as the GPS location of bus was helpful to plan the journey. Recently We are forced to wait for the bus in the scorching heat as the location or status of the bus is unknown. Please restart the GPS location facility. Thanks in advance

- Add Apple Wallet QR Code - better layout to timing to get between busses till destination. - Choose a route and get notification on busses arrival time and when to walk to a station - add live activities to busses arrivals - cost of transportation Thanks!

يعتبر من اسهل وافضل استخدامات وسائل النقل بالحافلات وبـ أقل الاسعار 🤩3.45 ريال محطة الدمام الرئيسية مرتبطة بالقطيف والواجهة البحرية والخبر وحي أحد والمطار والخبر كذلك مرتبطة بمحطة الدمام الرئيسية والثقبة تفيد استخدامها خلال فترة الازدحامات المرورية ووقت الضروره وفي ايام الاحتفالات الوطنية كذلك توجد بها نقاط فرعية بالقرب من مجمعات ومستشفيات ومدارس تخدم حاجة الفرد .
السواقين يشغلون مكيف حار في عز برد الجو اذا تغير يشغل مكيف بار شكله يبي يمرضنا
اتمنى يكون السواقين من جنسيه تتكلم باللغه العربيه حاولت اقيم من داخل برنامج في مشكله
Bus times not correct, no bus stops
The app doesn’t update with the correct bus times. One moment it will say the bus is 17 mins away, then next moment it will say that the bus is 2 mins away. Terrible to plan your day or route. There are also not bus stops everywhere, so if you are new to the region or the bus service, you don’t know where to get on the bus or where it will stop. The drivers don’t stop all at the same places

التطبيق صعب الاستخدام وغير واضح والمفروض استطيح معرفة جدول الرحلات لاسبوع والمسارات والجولة الافتراضيه قبل الرحله حتى اسبوع ونحتاج اضافة رحلات اكثر ومسارات اكثر وبارك الله فيكم

This app needs more upgrades like where exactly the bus will stop at the end because the map in this app is horrible also the buses will not stop anywhere you want just you have to stop near the location until that you have to walk like 20 or 10 minutes. ugh, I feel disappointed but I wish this app or this program begins again to fix this issue. Thank you
محطات الحافلات قليله
اتمنى لو تضيفون محطات حافلات عند كل حي واحد او بين كل حيين واحد… يعني مو معقول كيف اني انا ساكنه قريب من المستشفى الالماني ولو ابغى اركب حافله لازم اروح لحي بدر او اروح للمطار؟ مو معقول الطريق خطير ولو بروح لااقرب محطه لازم سياره وهذي نقض فكرة الحافلات اصلاً.

The app is good but the settings of bus terminal to terminal is not good thats all because they cant pick up passenger if your not in the terminal

All the names of the buses are wrong and it creates so much confusion when you are trying to catch one. F6- D4 vice versa
