This is honestly one of the worst credit card experiences I have ever had. The card comes with too many hidden fees, and you can easily end up paying much more than expected. Even using PayPal or taking cash can cost more than the normal advertised charges, which feels extremely misleading. The customer service is awful and rude, and waiting at least 20 minutes for someone to answer is unacceptable. I even made a complaint before my first use because of the way the support team behaved, but I was not kept informed at all. Instead, I kept getting bothered every few days to use the card, and when I finally did, I was charged more than 70 euros. When I asked to cancel, they told me they would send me an email with the details, even though they did not even have my contact information properly. When I asked which email address they would use, they suddenly asked for my name and birthday, which makes no sense if they were supposedly ready to send the email already. To this day, that email never arrived. My advice is simple: stay away from this credit card completely. ———————— Das ist ehrlich gesagt eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich je mit einer Kreditkarte gemacht habe. Diese Karte hat viel zu viele versteckte Kosten, und man zahlt am Ende schnell deutlich mehr als erwartet. Sogar bei PayPal oder bei Bargeldabhebungen können zusätzliche Gebühren entstehen, die weit über dem liegen, was man normalerweise erwartet. Der Kundenservice ist schlecht, unfreundlich und respektlos, und mindestens 20 Minuten zu warten, bis überhaupt jemand reagiert, ist völlig inakzeptabel. Ich habe mich schon vor der ersten Nutzung über das Verhalten des Supports beschwert, aber man hat mich danach überhaupt nicht informiert. Stattdessen wurde ich alle paar Tage genervt, die Karte zu benutzen, und als ich sie dann verwendet habe, wurden mir über 70 Euro berechnet. Als ich kündigen wollte, sagte man mir, sie würden mir eine E-Mail mit den Details schicken, obwohl sie meine Kontaktdaten angeblich noch gar nicht hatten. Als ich gefragt habe, an welche E-Mail-Adresse sie das schicken wollen, wollten sie plötzlich meinen Namen und mein Geburtsdatum wissen. Das ergibt überhaupt keinen Sinn. Bis heute ist diese E-Mail nie angekommen. Mein Rat ist klar: Diese Kreditkarte sollte man besser auf keinen Fall anfassen.

Karte beantragt und sehr schnell erhalten. Ich konnte sie auch direkt mit Apple Pay verknüpfen. Aber nach nur wenigen Stunden Nutzung wurde die Karte bereits gesperrt – und das völlig grundlos! Der Kundenservice meinte, das System hätte die Karte automatisch gesperrt und sie würde nach 24 Stunden wieder freigeschaltet. Das ist bis heute nicht passiert! Wenn eine Bank kein Geld hat, sollte sie keine Kreditkarten anbieten, nur um positive Bewertungen zu sammeln.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Niemand bekommt meine Bankzugangsdaten. Das ist und bleibt unseriös, wenn Unternehmen die haben möchten. Antrag gelöscht! Ihnen ist anderes wichtig. Der Support ignoriert einen und nervt mit Nachrichten und Mails. Besser man wendet sich an den Verbraucherschutz!
