I downloaded this the third time 😂😭😭 and I’m gonna give it’s another chance but it is very fun to use and I love just dance so thank you so much. The code may not work sometimes but it works for me and I’ve had so much fun playing this game app

I love it just there is issues
I love this app but it needs to be updated because I cant play just dance 2026 because on the app on my PlayStation 5 updated and the code is 10-01-49-415 this app for the pairing.code only has 8 numbers,not 9. Now I cant play and the QR code is not working. Please fix this.
Won’t accept the last 3 numbers
So the app won’t let me put into the last number to connect this app to game on the PS5. Plus it won’t let me scan the QR code. I tried on my usual phone and my old phone. I redownloaded the app and checked the game updates and it still doesn’t work. Please someone fix this.

So many errors!
My daughter just recently turned eight years old, and I was excited to share with her the just dance experience… Unfortunately, it seems like this app is riddled with errors. We get disconnected from the game regularly and nothing‘s worse than doing good on the song and having to start all over when you’re exhausted. Why is the connectivity so terrible? If this is going to be the controller by which the game is played, you would think that they would make it pretty stable… but they did not hence the one star. Makes me feel like trying to play this game is a complete gamble. Will it work? No idea… I guess let’s try. Love this game! Wish it worked without failing like every 3 songs.

for just dance 2026 switch- Very dissapointed with the app, we tried many mobile devices changing heaps of setings. would not pair, QR code on 3 devices did not work... and the amount of numbers on the pairing code was diffrent to the numbers you could add on the app! We ended up using joysticks.. atleast the actuall app on the switch worked great!

Sometimes it good and sometimes it can be really bad and ik we should be dealing with this but it’s alright just try it’s out and find ur own way! (They have great songs at least!) 😂

The game won’t let me play the game. Just dance, why are you turning so evil?
This game is making excuses about my Internet when I have full Internet. When I did the QR, it didn’t allow me to play the game. That even goes to the code, what a waste of time to play this game. No wonder it’s rated 2 stars. Fix this Internet thing or you’ll never get five stars.

I forgot
When I connect and it tells me to swipe, it kicks me out of the app. It’s not a phone issue because it’s a brand new iPhone.

My phone would not connect despite all of my attempts , I sent an email to Ubisoft about my concerns and within 30 minutes my game crashed and all of a sudden my phone connected and I can now use the camera controller. I love a company who listens and fixes issues

The game overall is fun and immersive, however when I was logging in a few months ago the message ‘ERROR’ appeared on the screen. After doing some research I realised many other users experienced this and haven’t been able to fix it at all. Hope Just Dance will resolve this issue.

Good app except the pairing issues are stupid. The first time I played with my family it worked perfectly and now the second it comes up with pairing issues. There has to be a way to fix this

Honestly, the lag sometimes goes too far.I just wat to play without having the hassle of holding a remote but unfortunately it doesn’t come easily with constant connection problems. Not so fun especially since I e been waiting 20 minutes and keep on estating my switch and re-downloading the app!!
Solution?
Hey guys. I have the same connection problem (Xbox X). But I found a solution. I hope it helps for everyone. I usually delete the game from my console and then download it again. And the phone connects. I know it is silly and we shouldn’t deal with this type of problem but at least it is working for me. I hope it works for everyone as well. Happy dancing!
Mine worked perfectly
Mine works so good that it keeps working for a very very, very long time. We paid it for like three months. We just started on my dad’s computer. Anyways you guys should fix those problems, dude.

I tried multiple times to connect my phone to the just dance app on my game and it’s not connecting even when I have connected my phone and the gaming system to the Same internet and when trying to enter the code it starts glitching
Application non fonctionnelle
Testé tous les fix mentionnés sur le net que ce soit attribution d’ip fixe à la ps5 voire tous les appareils concernés. L’application ne demande pas l’autorisation d’accès au réseau local comme le faisait la version 2021 qui a toujours fonctionné nickel. Bientôt un correctif Ubisoft ?

I love just dance and I only use this app if I need an extra controller but I’m always scared my phone could go flying across the room. I wish you were able to l access this app on your Apple Watch so I don’t have that fear and feel way more comfortable than trying to dance with a phone in my hand.

Old review: The app doesn’t request access to search for devices on the local network, and therefore cannot connect to my switch- I have just dance 2023. Devs, please fix this app. Although since it’s Ubisoft, I doubt that’s ever going to happen. Update, now the app requests access to the network- however, it still does not connect to my switch. Update! Maybe the game just needed updating because it now works great. I think I’ll use this app controller more than my switch controller!

Funktioniert seit Anfang an reibungslos mit der PS5. Also mit der App an sich habe ich egtl keine Beschwerden. Einziges minus: Ist etwas nervig mit dem Handy in der Hand tanzen zu müssen und insbesondere für Kinder eher ungeeignet. Vor allem wenn man mal aus Versehen den Bildschirm sperrt. Wäre cool wenn Ubisoft sich da was anderes einfallen lassen würde. Das mit der Kamera ist cool aber erkennt nur eine Person pro Handy also schwierig wenn mal die ganze Family zusammen tanzen will
Pairing issues
The game is fine for the most part, I generally don’t have any issues with it other than the pairing. It’s so annoying because most times it won’t let me pair and comes up with an icon saying “connection pairing error” and says something along the lines of: “We’re having trouble connecting to your game. Check if your console and phone are both connected to the same network” and it’s stupid because they are. And other times it will let me play with no issues at all. I wish there was a way to fix this, because I have done everything I can to try and find the issue.

So when I downloaded the app it didn’t work the first time. I redownloaded the app, restarted my router, but nothing worked. It kept popping up with that annoying ‘uh uh’ emote saying it had an error. I was obviously bummed out since I have been a JD fan for almost 10 years since the release of JD14. I had every game, bought several consoles like the Wii, Xbox One, and an Xbox Series S just to play all Just Dance games. So obviously I was pretty sad I couldn’t score on JD24E since it has been one of the reasons why I play JD. To get a high score. Then, I knew I had to bring out the big guns. I wrote down all my important login information for the bank, Facebook Messenger, etc on a piece of paper to save them since I knew I would forget them all if I had to do this. After that, I factory reset my phone. Boom. I reinstalled the app, booted up JD24E and suddenly it worked. No more uh uh emote. I was overjoyed, and was happy that the app finally worked. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to go through that annoying process of trying to troubleshoot and writing down every single piece of login info I had. If it doesn’t work, just factory reset your phone. Don’t know what it did but it did something and I’m glad it did.

I do not know why, but when I put in the code all it said was wrong code and is you phone and game on the same wifi now I could just be being a bit dumb but does it mean your own wifi and the console needs to be on that or the game itself needs too be on it.

Can pair phone with the game, but when I start a song the scoring doesn’t show up. One time it did and it was just X’s (I still don’t understand why), it was in a proper spot with good lighting and still saw me…also there are a lot of drama queens in the reviews…just use your controller 💀
