Gutes Kundenprogramm und Übersicht der Einkäufe!
Online Shop unbrauchbar
Ich finde der Online shop ist unbrauchbar. Es wird einfach eine Browser Seite geöffnet (dafür brauche ich keine App.) Ich finde mich in der Navigation nicht zurecht und es passiert mir immer wieder dass ich versehentlich die Seite schließe. (Wollte nur zurück / Filter zuklappen) Filter funktionieren aus meiner Sicht auch nicht gut. Wollte nach Wanderschuhen suchen und habe in Outdoor-Welt nach Schuhe - Preis aufsteigend - gefiltert und es wurden mir 1 Rucksack, 3 Tshirts und nur ein paar Schuhe angezeigt.

Ist die reinste Frechheit, link‘s sind falsch verknüpft.. nichts funktioniert nur annähernd einladend um bei dem Schei**verein irgendetwas vernünftig zu suchen und finden. Sucht euch Programmierer die annähernd von ihrer Profession etwas wissen. Da bekommt man als Laie schon Augemkrebs.

Vásárló megszólítása
Szerintem elég prosztó dolog a beregisztrált vásárlót szimplán a vezetéknevén megszólítani. A profik adatoknál külön mező van mindenre, tehát rendelkezésre állna barátságosabb vagy több tiszteletet kifejező megoldás is… egyébként rendben van szerintem az alkalmazás.

Cannot delete my account!
You simply arrive to the point where you want to delete your account, which apparently you can do it on the app only, as I couldn’t find the option on web.. but it simply does not complete the deletion. Frustrating.
Funktioniert nicht
Die Bonuspunkte lassen sich nicht umwandeln da immer eine Fehlermeldung kommt. Über die Website kann man sie nicht umwandeln. Irgendwie nicht sinnvoll

Nu se pot folosi punctele disponibile.
Am instalat aplicatia doar pentru a putea utiliza punctele disponibile. Insa este un cosmar, nu am reusit. Trebuie sa introduci numarul cardului (desi esti logat, care-i rostul?) si codul PIN! Ce cod PIN?!
Unbrauchbar
Anmeldung in der App weder über Kundenkarte noch mit meinen Benutzerdaten möglich. Nach Scannen der Kundenkarte und der Namenseingabe komme ich zur normalen Anmeldeseite und nach Eingabe meiner Benutzerdaten wird Ungültiger Login / ungültiges Passwort angezeigt. Login am PC funktioniert problemlos. Somit ist die App für die Fisch und ich lösch sie wieder.
Für die Fisch
Jetzt ist euer Shop eh schon ziemlich orsch. Dann schwenkts mit der klassischen Kundenkarte auf App um, und was passiert? Nix. Natürlich bietet ihr schön die Möglichkeit an die bisherige Karte zu verknüpfen. Nur, es passiert nix. Nichtmal eine Fehlermeldung, ich drück Bestätigung, das Hervis Loaderradl radlt, hört damit wieder auf und das wars. Ich kann wie deppat weiter bestätigen drücken, aber zum Ziel bringts mich ned. Ich frage mich ernsthaft wie ihr es überhaupt schafft euch am (Online)Markt zu behaupten. Die Marge aufs Graffl muss groß sein.
Fehlerhaft und sinnlos
Verknüpfen der Kundenkarte funktioniert weder manuell noch via Scan. Webshop ist nicht nativ integriert bietet i.V zum Browser nur Nachteile. Funktionsumfang dermaßen generisch, Ideen hatte man bei Billa schon vor 10 Jahren. Dafür nutzt man Kundenkarten Apps…
