the good,, the bad, and the in-app purchases
Just think it's lame that I uss gems to unlock a past days puzzle, but don't get the point towards the tournament for it. come on. and too much you have to purchase or forced to play the add on games to unlock cool stuff. needs more cool stuff, like skins for the boards. lol dont get it twisted, i love this game. not too many ads, especially compared to that similar game.

Great Game. Needs Repair
Love the game, but it needs some repairs. ISSUES- The email address was not updated for help. I no longer have the Roulette wheel so I can’t get enough keys to play wordlink. I like the weekly challenges. I like to reveal 3 panels in wordlink but can no longer get the keys to play. I do NOT play when you have to open 2 gifts in wordlink. That is not the least bit fun. You can get keys in word run, but it’s frustrating to play dozens of levels and get every gift EXCEPT keys!!!!!! I also wish you weren’t subjected to your ranks & stats after every daily word, but rather it was an option. WHAT I LOVE- the daily Wordle type game includes 4-5-6 and 7 letter words. I love to play the tower game. It’s a terrific app with different options. It just needs some attention.
Can’t contact support
I enjoy this game and considered paying for ad-free, but for some reason it makes me log in with my Apple ID pw EVERY TIME I OPEN IT. Not even just daily, which i also shouldn’t have to do, but EVERY time i open it! You cannot contact support. The email they give you to contact them just gets returned with error.
Serious issues
This game is a good word game but it has serious issues. Playing the card match game the screen freezes so you don’t get the reward. The side games do not appear yet you get gifts to use in them. It’s a waste. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I still don’t have the side games. Gonna delete and not come back. Thankfully I didn’t waste any cash on it

Impossible de jouer sans que vous deviez payer pour soit un pack ou être diriger vers une autre jeu et attendre 2 minutes pour revenir à wordle. Très décevant,
No Sound?
Fun game but it has no sound to it at all..and no it isn’t on my end. It’s a good game but no sound.
Is anyone paying attention of the gliches?
The rewards gives you lifes when you need keys, and keys when you need lifes. They seems NOBODY is paying attention. The gliches have been going on for weeks now. SO FRUSTRATING
Like It—With a Question
I like the game, but it is totally overwhelmed with advertisements. I literally played one step in a game in which I switched one letter for another one — and those two letters were highlighted so I’d get it right - and immediately got an ad. So far, I’ve had two ads that would not end. I don’t have time to waste on this.
Meilleur jeu de mots!
Très bon jeu que j’ai acheté, mais le fonctionnement a changé, des options on été supprimées. Il faut maintenant payer pour avoir les jeux précédents alors qu’avant on pouvait retourner dans tous les anciens jeux des jours et mois précédents. Décevant. De plus il a bogué et j’ai dû le supprimer pour le réinstaller.

The rewards are not working above level 220 in worlds. It is broken. I tried to submit info via website contact page but your form keeps inserting https:// in front of a valid email address then issues error of invalid email when hitting submit.
Quit working at lvl 273
Cannot advance past 273, it keeps sending me to level 9999 and when I solve it, it freezes. I paid to remove ads and I’ve played this game for a week and now I can’t even play. Nothing fixes it! So frustrating and seems to be a known issue based on other reviews.

La roue pour les récompenses ne fonctionne plus. Comment fait ont pour avoir des loupes si on ne veux pas les acheter, c’est vraiment poche!

J’ai payé pour enlever les pubs et quelques semaines plus tard je ne peux plus jouer car la mise à jour fait planter le jeu. Assez décevant, j’espère que ce sera corrigé bientôt.

Weird and scam… in no world should I ever be asked to enter my apple password for a game, or any app really lol
My game is frozen, sort of!
I was really enjoying this game but it stopped working! When I finish a word puzzle and everything has turned green, nothing happens. The success isn't acknowledged and I can't move forward. Can one of your tech genius get their cyber-fingers in there and fix it? Thank you!
Game Freezes Up
I was playing this game without much issue. There are in game ads which I was expecting, but I reached level 273 and all of a sudden the game freezes after getting the word correct. I have to close the app down and reopen, also having to put my Apple ID password in every single time I reopen the app. It’s a fun game, but it’s been very buggy ever since reaching that level. Hopefully there is a fix for this soon as it is incredibly frustrating to have to do this after every single level
Frustrated
I really like this type of game, but there are just way too many glitches! I keep looking for app updates, hoping that they’ll fix it but instead, I just run into a different type of glitch. I spend more time logging out and back into the app only to lose my progress!
A brain awakening exercise!
Thanks for giving me a way to stimulate my brain at the start of the day! After I have attempted my Wordling Challenge, I’m ready to take on whatever the day has in store for me!

Please fix bugs
I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to bring game play issues to the developers attention. I started playing this game 3 days ago and everything was great. But as of yesterday, I am encountering issues with the game freezing when attempting to play the flip the card game, the game is freezing after I complete each level, and I have to force close the game in order to continue playing. Also it is now asking me to enter my Apple password each time I open the game. I am playing this game for another app I use and it is asking me to complete levels within a limited time frame, so these issues are very frustrating. I have also emailed customer support twice, but I have not gotten a reply yet. I hope these issues are resolved soon so I can continue enjoying the game.
Levels not loading
After about level 260 it does not progress after you successfully complete a word, just freezes and so you have to restart. Seems to be an issue for a while now.
Good game, glitchy app
The game is fun, but my app has been glitching after every level and won’t progress to the ‘congratulations’ screen after solving a word, I have to completely close and restart the app between every level. Not sure if this is a common glitch, but the only support email listed is out of service so it seems that glitches like this are just something you have to accept as part of the app.

Fun but very glitchy.
I want to like the game but it’s very glitchy. I’m on level 275 and it keeps freezing when I get the word right to the point I have to close and reopen the app to play the next level. I’m playing this game to earn rewards so this is frustrating.
Good game however not a smooth app
The daily word game no longer has a play button. It is covered by adds. I can no longer play this portion. The world portion only goes to number level 277 then it repeats the same puzzle but shows play level 9999. Since I can’t play the daily word and I can’t go past level 277 in the world portion, I think this is one app that will be deleted.

Últimamente, se han producido un par de errores que han impedido usar el juego. La semana pasada, el juego dejaba de cargarse al llegar al 80 %. Esta, el báner publicitario de la parte inferior, oculta el botón para jugar de la palabra del día. Y no hay manera de desplazarse por la pantalla para que aparezca el botón. Consecuentemente, no se puede jugar. PS los errores se habían resuelto a las horas de producirse.
Could be excellent, but…
This game could be excellent, but the glitches actually render parts unplayable. The adds banner at the bottom of daily play prevent you from playing this part of the game. Also, when I come back to the game after not playing for a period of time, I need to restart the app. And every time I restart the app it wants me to sign into my Apple account, and that’s not happening! Fun to play this game but really hard to navigate and the adds take up more time than play.
Keeps loosing play button
I open daily word can’t play it as no play button this happened before and I had to use blue crystals up to go back and play which is unfair this needs fixing

Très fâché
J’ai acheté la version payante pour enlever la publicité mais elle est toujours présente. La version que j’ai payée me permettait de jouer les jeux des jours précédents. La dernière mise à jour jour a enlevé cette possibilité. Conclusion: Payer pour en avoir moins avec les mises à jour.

Problème d’accès
Depuis quelque temps il m’est impossible de jouer au mot du jour, là où on doit trouver un mot de 4, 5, 6 et 7 lettres car une publicité au bas de la page cache l’option play sur lequel on doit cliquer pour accéder au jeu. C’est très fâchant car rien à faire, pourtant le jeu est à jour. J’ai même désinstaller le jeu, réinstaller par la suite et le problème est toujours présent.

Wordlink Bundle
I love this game but there are issues!! I paid £6.99 for a wordlink bundle that I have not been credited for?? I can’t continue to play as I have no keys, there should have been 60keys in the bundle I have paid for also paid £5.99 for no ads, and still getting them. You’re willing to take my money but not getting the proper credits, I did try and email you but it bounced back. Please sort this issue out asap!! This is off putting when it is actually a good game!!

The puzzles are laid out by date in the app, but when they are shared they have a numerical ID in the sender's thread. It's difficult to match the sent puzzles with the solved puzzles in the app, especially looking back over old ones, which I often have occasion to do. Is there any way they can be better identified, with their date, say, as well?

Excellents jeux mais beaucoup de bugs avec les pubs pour gagner des points. Et depuis peu, le jeu de cartes à l’intérieur du jeu MONDE ne fonctionne pas du tout. Vraiment frustrant!
