My daughter love it but….
purchased but some challenges have problem, cannot play.
Great books and fun comprehension games
This is a great app for getting my daughter interested in books that start out fairly simple and then grow into more complex topics such as communication, currency and electricity. These are all told through stories using the same fun characters all the way until the end of the series. Outside of the books the app is a bit loud and flashy, but the games are well thought and it keeps my 6 year old interested enough to keep coming back over and over.
已購買1-9LV，轉電話後用唔到
如題，如何解決？

Level6開始下載失敗，請問如何解決？
There are some minor errors.
We are enjoying reading stories. But several items we kept in fantastic lab doesn’t work. We can hear sound effects but there’s no animation. My kid looked forward to figure out what she has got but mostly it was a disappointment. Please correct these bugs asap.

Music too loud
I love this app ,but the background music is too loud, it’s hard to hear the dialogue , where can I adjust the sound level?
No English for Parents and Loud
This app seems like it would be great, but when you go to purchase a subscription it is all in Chinese with very loud audio. Not suitable for people who don’t read Chinese.
Cannot read level 4 to 9 with “unlimited access”
Already paid for unlimited access but when I clicked level 4 to 9, only showed “stay tuned”. Pls check.

Love this app
My kids super like this app. They read this app everyday！
從level4 開始 record 就不能使用
如標題，既然都已經上架要賣了怎麼課程都還沒製作完成？
only level1-4 books available now
Updated on Jun 11: So far, app still not finished yet all level4 updates, and other level higher than 4 as well - Currently, there’s only level 1-3 books available on apps, but subscriptions plan kinda of misleading… you might think you can use level 1-9 with ultimated plan.. However, there’s no books after level 4. Furthermore, if your kids level of English is higher, there’s no pre-test to skip easier books, they have no choice but start from first book of level 1. Some feature still not work well for example while subscribing, input birthday year, there’s some issue occurred. Hope it will change better sooner, except above problems, it’s a good app to help children learn English in a fun way.
